Very, very poor customer service. Sometimes prescriptions are needed timely, and they just don't seem to care. I said I would wait for my prescription ro be filled, and they informed me it would be 2 to 2.5 hours before they could get to it. I asked why and she responded that she would be the one filling it but she had all this prescription scanning to do first. Really? If staffing is an issue then Walgreens needs to deal with that, but these pharmacy workers just came off as not caring at all. I will no longer use the pharmacy at this location. read more

I used Walgreens recently to print photos. I wanted to add a few new ones to my collage. I downloaded 10 pics to walgreens.com. I don't like glossy, but matte prints required the pics be shipped as they are not printed in store. I wanted the pics fast, so I placed my order. I liked how the site helped me determine the best size print based on my downloads. Very cool! I received an email within 30 minutes that my prints were ready for pickup. WOW! That was fast. On my lunch break, I went to the store to pick them up. I went to the photo counter and was waited on quickly. I paid online, so he handed me the pics with a friendly smile, and I was on my way home. Truly aggravating when pharmacists already get a bad wrap but the fact that they are not cordial, negligent and rude really is the chef's kiss Declining EPS with competition from better, more competent companies will eventually drive Walgreens out of business. Took some time to get a pharmacist to help us in the drive thru. Once we got contacted by one, we got our prescription immediately.

3 of last 4 trips to pick up prescriptions. They sell me injectable meds and don't have needles. They tell me to try Publix. Just send your stuff to Publix. This store is horrible. No customer service and they don't care. read more

I used to be a die hard Walgreens shopper, all my prescriptions and OTC meds and first aid supplies were all bought at Walgreens. Now- I have been woke and see that they are one of the most expensive for rx medications and only go to a Walgreens for convenience. In this case I was grabbing sterile non-stick gauze pads, wrapping gauze & triple antibiotic ointment for wound care. I dropped $30 on the products- anticipating needed a lot I bought all the largest containers. I anticipated higher prices- but this location is a block from my work, relatively easy in and out. While not my go to anymore- I still appreciate the occasional pop in for medical needs. read more

Walgreens needs to get their customer service together. I will no longer shop here even though it's 3 minutes from my house. They post ads for coupons and rewards that don't ring-up correctly at the register, and the young women working there have no clue how to handle it. Time wasted to make the return or advised to call their corporate office to address the concern. Very disappointing. The last time I was at this location, they were distracted dealing with suspected shop lifters. Ugh!! read more

Terrible. I went to use the FedEx services they offer at their location. After standing there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to assist me, I was then told that they can't log into their fedex account to ship my package that was prepaid. Why offer a service if you don't have access to it? read more

The WORST Pharmacy ever- ZERO CUSTOMER SEVICE SKILLS. do not expect them to do anything above the minimum IF you can even get them to accomplish that. Patient Satisfaction training desperately needed. This Walgreens is walking distance but I now choose to drive 5 miles to next closest. read more

This is a great Walgreens, the staff is so nice and the store has the feeling of a boutique in the neighborhood. The store manager, Adam, is so helpful and actually will get things in from other locations for you. During Covid, everyone is masked and upbeat. The pharmacy is very busy, but they always make sure that you are taken care of and understand your prescriptions. Wendy is the head of pharmacy and is extremely caring. I'm glad to say this is a constant and not a one time occurrence. Cheers to neighborhood stores, a harkening back to those good old days. read more

This is my local Walgreens drugstore and deserves a few props! Very awesome to have 2 Redbox kiosks here that are accessible 24/7! We have had great experiences with our holiday cards at Walgreens photo shop as well as passport photos. Love the size of the place which makes it easy to get in and get out for various sundry items! Most importantly, when all other stores close for the holidays you can always rely on Walgreens to be open and help calm the mayhem of last minute frantic shoppers! read more

I'm so disappointed in this Walgreens! So I traveled to Florida to see my daughter and took my dog. He was anxious after our trip and soiled her carpet. I decided a little Imodium AD would help so Christmas Day found me at the nearest Walgreens. I was very pleased that they were open and quickly found some meds to help him. I also grabbed some Benadryl. On the way out I remembered one of my gifts was a bottle of Tanqueray Gin so I grabbed some tonic and then randomly grabbed some chips. Well let's just say never buy their store brand because the tonic was flat as a board and the chips - the date was good- were stale. This shouldn't be an issue except it's a pharmacy... You pay a premium for everything! Otherwise I really appreciate the sacrifice the hourly workers made so I could get some anti-diarrhea meds for my shepherd. Oh well ! I got my Imodium and - knock on wood- no accidents in the house ! read more

As of this evening, given my experience with this location, I will no longer be a Walgreens customer. Will be transferring my preferred pharmacy elsewhere. I called 2 hours before closing and spent over 30 minutes on hold listening to the same song. It finally occurred to me that no one was going to pick up. I tried to call back and reach ANY store employee, and same story. My daughters Rx was supposed to be refrigerated, but the label with that instruction was folded over on itself and stuck over the same instruction on the bottle. My fault for not being more diligent, absolute fail on the pharmacy's part. At the time of pickup they told me at 1 pm (2 hours after the doctors call) that it would be a 15 minute wait. At 2 pm they told me it would be another 15 minutes. I get it, but they're also not handling bubble gum and soda back there. Well-being is at stake, and this location apparently cannot be relied on. read more
