Not sure why a lot of the items are locked in glass cases, but the employees are around to unlock it if you ask for detergent or razors for shaving.

This is my first experience at Norman's. I recently moved to JC and have been looking for a pharmacy with vysanse. It's been hard to get my scripts filled lately. I called Normans and they luckily had stock. I walked over, dropped off my script and after 20 minutes of waiting the male pharmacist asked "Is this you? Where do you live?" and began to quiz me on my identity. I've recently moved twice in two years and my ID address did not match the one on my prescription. He gave me a lot of grief about it and then told me to "take it back to your old pharmacy" and began to shoo me away... If the owner had said that it's policy, that they could not fill the prescription because of the mis-aligned addresses, then I would have understood even tho I have not had an issue in the last two years. Instead it felt targeted, like he suspected I was doing something bad?? I felt very shaken up from the experience because of his demeaning tone and what felt like an interrogation.. As a service provider, I really depended on them to help fill my script because it's so hard to find vysanse stock these days. I am disappointed and looks like I won't be doing business there.

It's convenient for me because my doctor can just send along my prescription electronically. Some tips though: 1. Call before you pick up. 2. Try not to catch them right at opening hours, especially if the weather is bad. They keep your info on record, and it's nice not having to repeat yourself or repeat processes if you have regular meds you need to keep picking up. They should probably boost their Yelp presence though, and fill out their business information so people know what to expect when/if they come.

I had to buy my Adderall out of pocket and instead of charging me the Good RX price, the guy who is a pharmacist charged me $40. You get no points for being loyal to this company. In the end, even if you've done business with them for years, they will slam you with the highest price for meds if you're not covered. When you arrive at the building, It is truly unique in that you have to walk through a liquor store to get to the pharmacy. The Walgreen's down the street seem to handle prescriptions more efficiently.

I came here yesterday and the exterior looked very old. Thought I dropped by to see what Christmas…read moredecorations they got in store for me to buy. I checked every aisle and they did not have that many decorations to buy. I found a nice cute singing and dancing puppy that was just too cute to not buy. I had my $10 cash bucks rewards to use so might as well use it on this dancing and singing puppy! The ears are so fluffy and flops up and down when you turn it on to sing and dance. The puppy moves side to side! You can stop the dancing by simply pressing the button on one of the paws. Other than that, they have nice hair clips for Christmas and lots of lights. I did not see any animated train and carousel Christmas decorations for sale this time around CVS like last year. I was initially going into CVS to look for those but ended up buying the puppy. Maybe next year they will have some in stock for sale. I will just keep trying to go to other CVS locations to see if they got these in stock because they are so nice for the holidays.
