Hubs discovered that neither of the phone cords he'd brought on our weekend road trip were charging his iPhone so he wanted to get a replacement. I'll note that I had a wireless portable battery that worked with his phone, and our son we were traveling to visit also has a similar phone, so hubs didn't HAVE to stop for a new charging cable at this moment. But, I would have wanted a new cord ASAP, too. Initially, hubs thought he'd spotted an office supply store across the street from our hotel, so we could get extra cc points for this purchase, but once he realized it was a grocery store, we pivoted to try another store in the same plaza. Shelves were barren, though, and we found no charging cords. Then hubs remembered seeing Walgreens by our hotel so we drove back across the street. After hubs bought what he needed, he decided he wanted to take advantage of a BOGO half-off deal. So he went back inside & bought another cord for half price. I'm not sure exactly how that transaction went, but I know hubs returned to the car happy with his purchases. We'd definitely shop here again! read more

The staff was extremely rude to multiple different elderly patients. I normally don't write reviews but it was not right the way they were speaking to them especially when they are handicapped or clearly confused. I also had an appointment at 9:30 and wasn't seen until 20 minutes after. read more

The pharmacy and team located in lake Mary store 1201 S international were very rude to me as a customer. They took no accountability on a mess up on my prescription on their end and blamed it on the app. This is the second time this store has underperformed. I will never send my prescription there again to receive unprofessional, mediocre service from the pharmacist and staff. They rushed me off the phone and acted like they did not care to help. The young lady even told me who I can call with my complaints as she did not care to help or hear the issue. I was not a long time customer to them I was treated as another number. read more

Wow, I see all the bad reviews. Such a shame. Anyway, I walked up in this piece December 27. I had an appointment in Orlando and forgot my passport photo. I will go to turn around and go back home but my other half was like " why don't you just try CVS"¿ we weren't sure if they had particular hours for doing photos or not but it was worth a try because had I went home I would've been definitely late to my appointment. I walked up in that piece and it wasn't looking good because the photo section didn't even have the lights on. It wasn't that early in the morning either, probably around 945 I saw worker and asked him what the photo section open yet and he said yes. Anyway, I found the guy and he said he can make me a passport photo in about five minutes. They got me in and out!!! I will give the tech a shot out, but I don't remember his name. Anyway, kudos to the guy that worked in the photo section the Thursday after Christmas. Thanks. I had to come here last Thursday because I was in need of baby wipes and all other stores were out of stock due to everyone stocking up on toilet paper because of coronavirus. So I called ahead and spoke to a man who confirmed they had baby wipes in stock. I forgot the man's name (maybe Josh?) When I got there, there were just a few left, maybe under 5-6. So I only took 1 pack of wipes in case other parents were in need of them. I got on line at the cash register and noticed 2 women in front of me that hoarded all the baby wipes. It looked like a mother/daughter team. They each must had taken 6-7 packs of baby wipes. It was ridiculous how greedy they were to be taking that many when babies need them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. Anyway I got to the counter to pay and that same man that I spoke to on the phone had saved 2 packs of baby wipes for me up at the counter. What an amazing employee! This is great customer service especially for a mom with a baby at home in need of wipes. read more

The convenience store side is great. BUT THE PHARMACY is terrible. Their communication is almost non existent and they either don't know what they are doing or think customers are dumb. They need to do better. read more

The hours state open till midnight it that isn't true they just closed at 10pm, correct the times please.

I arrived to pick up my medication at 4 in the afternoon and the pharmacy was closed. I'll be picking up my subscriptions elsewhere.

The pharmacist Liz is honestly amazing, I have never in my life been able to say that I love my pharmacist because honestly I usually don't even know who they are but she goes above and beyond every single time my partner & I need assistance with some crazy weird medication/insurance snafu, and makes going to the pharmacy such an Efficient experience. It's very unfortunate that Walgreens corporate has lowered their store hours to closing at 7 PM every day except for Sunday which they are now at all because that really clashes with our schedules This Walgreens has the best staff in the Sanford/Lake Mary area. For now I'm want to stick it out and hope that their hours go back to normal soon. But serious kudos to the pharmacist she is superb! read more

Very rude Walgreens employee. I asked where an item could be. The young guy looked annoyed wearing no mask. He replied I'm new here and i just don't know or help. My 4 yr old said that man was mean. Yes, he was son never act like that. I walked out of Walgreens no purchases made. Terrible service, and this person needs to be thankful for his employment during these crazy times. read more

This review is for the pharmacist at this location. I came in and dropped off my prescription and waited around for it to be filled. They seemed really busy although I didn't see anyone else sitting and waiting, I am sure it was from something else. I came back to the counter and asked if my fill was ready and it was. The technician asked if I had any questions about the medication and I did. The pharmacist was on the phone near the register, he was on hold so the tech asked the question, he didn't understand it so he looked at me. I asked him which medication I should start that night because my doctor told me I had to start one of them and I wasn't sure which one. He looked at me and said "Are you asking me or telling me" with complete attitude. Being a very calm woman, I asked him again but what I wanted to do was jump behind the counter and ring his neck for being so rude to me. Never had someone sound so condescending in my experiences. I completely understand being busy, my sister is a Pharmacy Manager at a Walgreens in California and I am aware of the volume that comes in but to be so downright rude was unnecessary. There are tons of other pharmacy's around, I took my business elsewhere! Now I shop at CVS. read more

Easy to get in and out. Friendly staff, the pharmacy in the past couple of months really has had a quick turnaround time. Usually the wait isn't more than 15ish minutes if I ask to wait. I generally use the app so when I come in it's ready. It's better than calling. read more

Every single month I come to get my Bc refilled and EVERY SINGLE month they say it's ready and when I get there it's not! They acknowledge the mistake to do nothing for me tell me I have to come back they are rude worst service EVER! I am shocked they haven't changed staff with all the reviews I been reading!
