I'll note that I had a wireless portable battery that worked with his phone, and our son we were traveling to visit also has a similar phone, so hubs didn't HAVE to stop for a new charging cable at this moment. But, I would have wanted a new cord ASAP, too. Initially, hubs thought he'd spotted an office supply store across the street from our hotel, so we could get extra cc points for this purchase, but once he realized it was a grocery store, we pivoted to try another store in the same plaza. Shelves were barren, though, and we found no charging cords. Then hubs remembered seeing Walgreens by our hotel so we drove back across the street. After hubs bought what he needed, he decided he wanted to take advantage of a BOGO half-off deal. So he went back inside & bought another cord for half price. I'm not sure exactly how that transaction went, but I know hubs returned to the car happy with his purchases. We'd definitely shop here again!

Instead she "inconvenienced" me by keeping me on hold for a few minutes. Very nice of them to do that. I went into the store and had the pleasure of working with Tyeishie. She was handling all of the customers in the pharmacy line and all of the drive through folks. One of the drive through folks was a bit displeased they had to wait a grueling 7 minutes in their air conditioned car while Ty was handling business. It's a perfect microcosm of life. The customer in the drive through didn't see what was going on behind the glass. But they got a bit snippy. Perhaps if they could see they'd know she is working her tail off? While waiting, I browsed the store, everything was clean, organized, and easy to find. About 5 minutes before opening, the pharmacy tech came over and took my name, which was already a great start. They are closed tomorrow for Christmas Eve as most businesses are and I am left without the medicine I need. This is just unacceptable and careless as a business owner. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and unremorseful.
