Twice I was told he was "just finishing up and would be in shortly." I had somewhere to be at 3:30 so I informed the office manager I was leaving. Her words were "he's just finishing up with discharging someone," zero apology. She sat there and said nothing when I said I was leaving and I was not pleased I had taken off work. I still have not heard from them to follow up and am assuming I won't. To act like my time isn't valuable is inexcusable. This comes less than a month after I referred my sister to have $20k in procedures done, and they knew that. I will never return.

The store is always well staffed and if you need help finding the right color or product there's always someone around to help. I recently went in looking for a new face wash because the one I've been using and loving isn't cruelty free. They sent me home with 6 samples to try so I could find the right replacement. The Sephora Play box is a great way to try new products and get a little more adventurous if you're like me and always stick to one or two items/looks. I also love their return policy: you can return anything at any time for any reason. I'd love to see Sephora make their own products cruelty free and carry more cruelty free brands in store. As such a large name in the beauty business they have the platform to make a real difference.

So I did get fillers in one area and I am REALLY happy with them. Jodie is really good at what she's does and my face still looks like my face - just refreshed. Some FYIs - I think the consult was $50. When I paid for my service they deducted the $50. My fillers ended up costing ~$600 in total. There's also a rewards program that you can sign up for to get discounts on future services. I will definitely be back.

Aerial, customer service rep at Deep Sea Cosmetics rudely and strongly told me they weren't responsible for any vendors selling their product. In addition, hung up on me when I asked for her manager. She does not represent Deep Sea Cosmetics well and should be terminated immediately for treating a customer very poorly. Looking at my experience with Deep Sea Cosmetics, I won't be running out to buy DSC. They obviously don't care about their customers!
