Dr. Ford was my third and final consult and I knew instantly she was the doctor for me! I was ready to book before the consult was over - it was the first time the meeting felt more like a conversation and not just a formality. Vinny was so incredibly friendly and helpful in scheduling and all of my pre surgery questions. I was shocked when the anesthesiologist reached out to me a day or 2 before surgery just to ask if I had any questions or concerns. This conversation quickly quieted any pre surgery jitters I had. Day of surgery was a breeze. Dr. Ford really made me feel safe and cared for before surgery. I've never had any type of surgery before but with her confidence and incredible bedside manner, I never felt even a bit nervous while waiting in pre op. The prep and recovery nurses were also wonderful. Magaly is always so pleasant to work with and helps keep me on schedule for all of my check ups. Recovery has been easier than I expected.
