Beyond the ease of having prescriptions filled or refilled, their kindness is beyond compare. After 25+ years of my "Superman" dealing with stage 4 colon cancer and trying to get his much needed meds there was only constant frustration to obtain his needed medications. He has since passed and I continued dealing with them for myself. The staff at store # have been one like family and they always tried their best to work within the corporate system but the system is broken. The staff there are truly lovely, the problem isn't them. It was the ridiculous way the company dealt with valid prescriptions. I was recommended Garden Drugs by one of my doctors and I still can't believe what a pure pleasure my dealings are. It is personal, kind, understanding all while remaining professional. This is a letter of recommendation to anyone who has had to jump through all the stumbling blocks that the "big stores" have in place. Please if you are still using Walgreens or CVS do yourself a huge favor. Have your physician switch all your scripts to Garden. within months of transferring to Garden one of the biggest frustrations of my life has been eliminated. No more constant time on hold, no more insurance issues or long wait times just to get my scripts filled. the lovely staff at Garden actually call when the meds are ready for pickup, unheard of at Walgreens. I didn't mean to write such a rambling, long review but if I can make anyone's life easier it was worth it. Give them a chance. This was my go-to Urgent Care but it fell apart over the past year. The worst experience I had was…read morejust now: my child accidentally dropped prescribed antibiotics and I called to see about another prescription only to be told I need to pay for a consult if I want the prescription sent to my pharmacy. When I refused to and wanted to speak to someone else the lady on the phone just laughed it off and hung up. I called back but the same person keeps answering shutting me down. A few months ago their system was down so I had to pay out of pocket and file an insurance claim because even though they had me on file they would not take the time to make the phone call to my insurance for eligibility and wait until their system was back up, they need the money up front. Sure I let that one slide but now this? Totally unreasonable place. I have to either go pay another consult and of course wait through the whole thing again or choose another place where one is treated like a patient and not a commercial transaction.

This CVS is most convenient as I used to go to a salon nearby to get my nails and often would stop here each week to pick something up either for myself -- or for my nail tech before my appointments. Also in the past, we had CVS as our main pharmacy for meds on our health insurance plan. And although we got most of our meds up by our other house, we would also shop here for various products. So it's a good CVS. Fairly standard. And it used to have decent service. Now they have self-service as well as checkout registers. And my husband has their loyalty program, so we get sent various coupons periodically. And yes, although our new pharmacy has changed and my nail tech has moved locations further away, I imagine we'd stop by if we need something that our local Walgreens does not have in stock.

This will be seen by a lawyer, they claim I was escorted out by a sheriff in August, I was never talked to by any police and I never received any calls from them according to Sylvio, and they have me singled out because they do not like me. Or they have me confused with someone else. The manager previously asked me to remain a customer, and I have since filled all of my prescriptions exclusively at this location. However, I've experienced several serious issues, including missing quantities on my sealed boxed prescriptions in blister packs, and unexplained changes in pickup locations. Recently, I was told I could not transfer a prescription that I've never had filled anywhere else. When I called for clarification, I was met with hostility from the manager. Now, I've been denied service entirely and told I cannot fill any prescriptions here. I do not have a vehicle and rely on this location because I can walk to it. I've done nothing but pay for and pick up my medications, yet I feel I've been unfairly treated and discriminated against for no valid reason. I intend to contact legal counsel regarding this matter. I do not understand what the issue is, but denying someone their prescribed medication without cause is unprofessional, unethical, and potentially dangerous.
