How I've not done a review of this particular Walgreens is beyond me. It's close to home and convenient and we've been coming here off and on for more years than I care to admit. They carry a bit of everything -- from cosmetics to meds; from food to cleaning supplies. During hurricane season, they have been there for last minute water and other items. During the holidays, we've ordered Christmas photo cards here; When a candy craving hits and we don't want to go far, then here we are. We've lived nearby long enough to remember when this store was built and sadly to remember when a police officer lost his life here. More recently our latest healthcare plan switched from CVS to Walgreens so we are here often to pick up prescriptions and related items. I'm sure we will be here again... read more

Everything needs improve. Big lines, cashier extremely slow, other employed just standing not helping. Asked for to use the restroom now that I'm waiting 30 minutes just to pay some pills and they said the restroom is out of order. read more

Have gone here for years. Tried booking a Covid 2nd booster on line. Went in told them that the system isn't working for people over 50 yet. I tried several times. I handed her my vaccine card that was issued by this store and the nasty person at counter supported by others behind her started accussing it of not being a legitimate card, then loudu and rudely said she doesn't care if system on line doesn't work call this number and make an appointment!!! . I explained I was handicapped and is painful and difficult for me to come back , I'd like the vaccine today. There was only one other person waiting for one. They loudy and rudely told me NO!!!! Not happening!!! The woman waiting for her shot happened to be my neighbor and she was disgusted how they treat people, as well. Absolutely sickening treatment!!!! read more

Tyler is a terrible person he spent the entire time I was in there talking down on the employees in front of customers. Caught an attitude with every customer. And then refused to take my money so I could put it on my card because it was "too many ones" even though I bring my money in there all the time and have never had an issue till I dealt with him. I have had very good luck over the years getting my prescriptions filled here. The pharmacy staff has always been very helpful and help me significantly during a time when a prescription was way outside of my budget. Unfortunately my new insurance does not allow me to get my prescriptions filled at Walgreens however I still time to shop at the store because it is clean and the employees are always very helpful. Like other pharmacies stores if you have their card you get loyalty discount for being a member of their free program so I take it vantage of their deals. read more

I have never seen such incompetence in such a non-caring staff including the attending at the window and the pharmacist repeatedly at this pharmacy. They will quote you the highest prices even though they know you have access to lower prices. They have no compassion for people who are suffering for products they don't have. Terrible customer service, misplaced my order, didn't deliver even though I had chosen delivery when I purchased, and didn't call me. I called at the end of the day looking for my medication and they had no record of purchase or delivery. Finally they figured it out but told me they couldn't deliver to me for 3 days and I couldn't talk to a manager for 3 days. Horrible customer service and refused to rectify the situation. Take responsibility for your mistakes. Do not recommend this pharmacy. read more

The location is okay. None of the staff is really friendly and just seems kind of miserable to be there. The pharmacy has at least three people usually working and is super slow. When you are new, you cannot provide your insurance over the phone and have to do it in person which took a while. I'm not sure if that was an individual thing or the process. I purposely moved a Rx here because I thought it would be easier than having to drive where I used to get it, but I am not 100% sure that will be the case. There is a drive through for the pharmacy, but I haven't used it yet to know if that would speed up the process. I would however rather sit in my car than stand in a line at the pharmacy so you may want to opt that way if you are in their system. read more

For the most part this location has those i need it now things. Its convenient for me. Its price range is higher than walmart, ex: mens axe deodorants are around $3-$3.50 at Walmart and $6.00 at Walgreens. There are a few welcoming employees and a few that come off cold abd lack of social personality. Pharmacy is helpful and informative. Hardly see a manager here, must be hiding or store is run by employees. But for those whose say staff is friendly, Id like to know who because I go here every week and there are only 2 employees out of the 6 I encounter who are friendly, unless they helped you after getting laid. read more

I really enjoy this walgreens. There is a closer on to my house in Fort Lauderdale but it don't mind driving the extra to get great service. They are always so nice every time I come in. The store is clean and put together well. The RX department is awesome. Plus this store carries chocolate covers gummy bears. Yes that's right... If you live by give this walgreens a chance. It's a shame that I've just moved to a condo less than a quarter mile away from this location. I've wanted to transfer my regular prescriptions to this Walgreens. I drove up today with a prescription that normally would have to be ordered. The tech walked to the pharmacist, and came back saying they don't carry it. I asked if they could order it, and, after a VERY short time, said they couldn't, because their "provider doesn't carry it." At no point did they check to see my history with their company (10+ years), or offer any possible solution. The pharmacist did not come to discuss the matter with me. I'm glad they have a good selection of shampoo, and beef jerky. This is a pharmacy, though, and there is NO good reason to treat customers badly; they're the reason you have a job. read more

Worst service EVER! I had to wait over 30 minutes to PICKUP some photos that were ready. No respect for customers.

Came here around 7:20 at night for some over the counter pills for my wife, the first time all was well. I got what I had came for and left, sadly I got Tylenol and it does nothing for my wife, so I had to drag her along with me for a second trip. As I enter the store, I grab the attendants attention to let him know I plan on exchanging the over the counter medication I had received, he immediately grabbed it from my hands to check if their was a receipt in the bag, as if I wasn't their 5 seconds ago and then proceeded to tell me go ahead, nonetheless, while he kept my receipt and medication! At the time I didn't think anything of it, but it was not first time I had gotten the wrong medicine and had to drive back at our previous Walgreens, but I never had to drop my previous purchase off at the counter, prior to getting my replacement. If he would've gotten what we needed that would have been fine but the fact is he didn't. This is racial profiling at its finest. We just moved here and this is the closest one near where we live, I won't be coming back here. Balding old man, with the thick; don't have sex with me, pervert glasses should be fired. WALGREENS HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES. I'm a veteran and college student, don't tell me this is the best you've got. If so, you should be boycotted. You get "0" stars. read more
