Worst customer service ever in the pharmacy. Waited in line for 40 minutes. So slow. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else.

I am sure at some point Walgreens was a pharmacy but when you get here they are understaffed and the wait is really bad especially now as we are supposed to be distancing. When I got there the confusion about lines was seen on everyone's face, they have a tiny bit of paper with tiny writing on telling people to go a different way to the line but as you really don't know it is there there are two lines and no one knows who's turn it is. The young woman behind the counter ignored many people today even though we all thought we were in line. After 15 mins I gave up and went through the drive though. That was another 15 min wait. Maybe instead of 90% of the store selling cheap tat they could actually be a pharmacy and support the local community? read more

Terrible service at the Pharmacy. We were in line for almost 30 minutes to get flu shot and then was told they ran out. Could have put a signage out and let people know. Going to Ride Aid now and don't bother to come to this location in the future. read more

Horrible experience Just got out of the ER for a very severely injured foot with cellulitis infection and and immense edema. the person at the pharmacy counter said they would fill my pain and antibiotic prescription within 30 minutes and text me when it was ready since I was immobile and on crutches. My boyfriend and I drove back 40 minutes later to find that they had closed. Very unprofessional and they obviously DO NOT care about people's well being or health. Will never recommend them and will not be going back. New staff is obviously needed and until then, people should not waste their time or money for their healthcare needs at this location. read more

The only area that has issues is the pharmacy. 1 person cannot run the drive thru and help the people at the counter during peak hours. Long waits in the evening-anytime after 5 PM to close-be prepared to stand in line for 20-30 minutes. The best time to go is right when they open. I have to agree with the others, the pharmacy is very slow in filling orders. 20-30 mins is like the minimum wait time. Drive thru or otherwise. One time I saw an entire episode of dr. Who while waiting. An entire 45 min episode. They have never screwed up a prescription, and so I give them an extra star. read more

An absolutely heartless pharmacy staff. My daughter who is away at college and desperately needed critical medication called in her prescription and arrived prior to closing. HORRIBLE pharmacy, just like what has been said. The pharmacist thinks he's a doctor so will either scare you away from taking your prescription or close the prescriptions so you have to go through your doctor again to get it refilled. It takes days for the communication to happen so you're left in the wind which when you need a medication daily really sucks! He should leave his opinions to himself and let the medical professionals handle our issues. I wish I could switch pharmacies but like others said, it's the closest one to my home, might be worth looking into and driving farther away if things don't change. This is a nightmare to deal with on a monthly basis. read more

I would have to agree with all the other users on this one. Doesn't matter if I call ahead. Use their text messaging service to let me know when my script is ready. End result is ALWAYS a long wait trying to get it. Great, send me a text or a phone call letting me know I can come pick it up. But when I get there, no matter evening, mid morning, whatever, I'll wait a minimum of 20 minutes. Drive thru. Go inside. Never matters. They always seem to have what we need in stock, so it's hard to argue that. I just don't understand why the wait is always so long. I once got stuck waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes. This is the worst and slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Waited all day for some flu medicine. Find somewhere (anywhere) else to go.

The pharmacy is slooooowwww, no matter when you go there. My average wait time here, over the past six months, is 45 minutes. I need to find another pharmacy in the area that does not take so long to process orders. I just moved to this area and never waited more than 10 minutes at my previous pharmacy. By far the slowest pharmacy I've used and I doubt I'll come back. I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes before I was even greeted and told they'd be with me in a moment when the handset to do so was right next to them. They are close, but it would save me time to go elsewhere. read more

Very slow service. The irritating thing is that they know you are standing there waiting forever, yet they don't even have the ability to look you in the eye and just say "I'm going to be with you shortly" Nope, they just go about their stuff as if your invisible. Once you do speak to them, they treat you like you're a Methedone user who's there to pick up drugs. I simply got Ibuprophen and was treated like an addict. The ladies were also very rude. I am very glad that we have a Walgreens in my neighborhood, it so convenient. The cashiers upfront sometimes have a poker face or unhelpful but the ladies at the cosmetic counter are very friendly and helpful. You can even ask them if they have any coupons or sales going on with your make-up items or any other items in the store and they will help you with that. Sometimes I just go straight to the cosmetic counter to pay because the front can get a little slow. read more

Maybe it's "just my luck" but then I go in for something they always seem to be out. The pharmacy needs more agents especially during busy times such 5-8 pm. The line is always long and wait times are 20 plus minutes. Try going at different times and very rarely do I not have to wait at least 10 mins. read more

Meh. This is a very, very average Walgreens. Over-priced on most items, but great sales if you know what to look for. The only real downside I've experienced is an unwritten policy limiting each customer to four of any given sale item. While I don't have any inherent problem with this, I'd appreciate some signage instead of being told so by the cashier. The managers/supervisors are all great about fixing the problems that always seem to occur on Sunday mornings with the new sale prices! read more

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. They are understaffed and it shows. I only use it because it's the closest one to my house. Not only are they slow (inside or via the drive thru), but every time I come to pick up something, they say they don't have my insurance on file. Every time I explain how many times they've told me the same thing every visit, and each time I give them the correct insurance information. It's tiring. Starting now I will find a new pharmacy. read more

The only reason I go to this pharmacy is the convenience of the location. The staff is friendly but this store can not handle the volume of prescriptions coming in. They took out one of the drive up counters? The wait time either in your car or in store is way too long. They need to expand not downsize their service capability. read more

This has got to be the slowest pharmacy ever! I have never been here and not had to wait at least 15 minutes. I have been going somewhere else for the last year but I decided to give them another try. They have not changed one bit. It is quicker to drive to the local big box shopping store, find a spot to park, show your membership card and wait in line to get your prescription than it is to shop at this walgreens. If you have nothing todo, and all day to do it, by all means shop here. If you value your time at all, go anywhere else. read more

I went there to transfer prescriptions and the pharmisist acted so put out by helping and there was no one waiting behind me. she wanted me to call the other pharmacy to send them over, which they cant by me they need walgreens to call. it was such the ordeal I had to repeat info 3 times for her to enter into system. they only reason why I went there was because of the convience to my house. read more

This Walgreens is very convenient as it's located very close to my house I love that it has a drive-through pharmacy and located near Taco Bell it's can be a one stop shop if you don't want to go down the hill and out of the location definitely recommend for photos medications drinks any odd end things you might need around the house. read more

My wife quit going to this pharmacy a while ago, but I hadn't learned my lesson until recently. I dropped off a prescription with my workers comp insurance card and they said it would be ready by 2pm that afternoon. It wasn't, and I couldn't wait the half hour they said it would take. I ended up going through the drive through days later, right after my surgery, and waited 25 minutes in line with 2 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window they wanted me to pay, and I told them it was covered under workers comp, and that they had my card. 10 minutes later they finally found my card, but told me they couldn't bill SAIF, my workers comp provider, and I would still need to pay. Being I needed the prescription, I paid, BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! read more

This is the slowest, most poorly and inefficiently run drug store I have ever seen in my life. They screw up prescriptions, take at least 20 minutes for every order, and at least 50% of the staff don't seem happy. Example: pulled up, was told it'll take 30 minutes, watched then take 8 minutes to enter the order (which was lower priority than nails and Facebook) and it took over an hour. My 3 year old sat and cried in pain in the car. Done going here. read more

Like others say the line here is ridiculous. Car or inside you are waiting an extended amount of time. Unfortunately it is within walking distance to my house so we have been going for years, with last night being the final straw. My daughter was prescribed an gel, when I called to check status (God forbid they reach out to me about it) they told me they hadn't started because insurance wouldn't cover and it was over 1K out of pocket. I immediately left a message with her dermatologist, who called me back about an hour later. They told me that was ridiculous and found multiple other pharmacies close by who had the cost of the medicine for under $200.00 out of pocket and had a good rx coupon making it only 43.00. I am appalled at how Walgreen's jacked up the price so ridiculously and no longer care how close they are. We are moving all our prescriptions going forward (and we have a good amount in our family!) to another location that is NOT Walgreen's. The best part, when I got to the new pharmacy (Walmart neighborhood Market) they had multiple people working and you were helped right away! read more

They bungled up my prescription again. I handed a written script on Thursday. Lady pharmacist says it'll be ready the Friday pm. Checked back Sat am and same lady says it needs to be special ordered and will arrive Monday. How come it took her two days to realize that? Meanwhile I'm suffering... They also bungled up mom's script two months ago. Didn't use the right insurance info so we ended up paying more. read more

I have used this pharmacy for years and it has gone down hill. I don't want to hear about how busy you are or that you just opened or that you haven't had time to follow up on an approval with Doctor. Most horrible customer service - step it up guys. The pharmacy is terrible. I was quoted a 15 minute wait on a prescription and it ended up being an 1 hour wait. Completely unacceptable.

I live in Bethany so this is the most convienant pharmacy. Unfortunately the staff is terrible. For example a RX was transferred from immediate care for my sick daughter. I showed up and hour later to pick up and was told it was going to be another hour. Needless to say I was upset. After and hour I asked if it was ready (as you just need to add water and as a former pharmacy tech I know damn well it doesn't take this long to fill a RX). I was told it was going to be another ten minutes. Then 10 minutes later a tech came out and said they didn't even have the medicine!!!! Are you kidding me? Incompetence is running rampant back there! I had to go to scholls and Murray to get my RX. Another example just a few days later is I get here right at opening with a RX from the hospital (I just got released) and they said it's going to be 45 minutes. For 8 pills. In which it took them over an hour and I had to again ask them if it was ready before they actually started working on it These people are horrible. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP. Shame on the pharmacy manager for allowing this kind of blatant incompetence takes place that ultimately hurts the patient. Disgusting. read more

I go used to go to this location all the time because it's convenient. But I just can't stand it anymore. They have this older lady that runs the register there and she is sooo mean. I mean it, every time I used to go there she was incredibly rude and she snatched my money out of my hand. I understand people have there off days, I have mine but for it to happen all the time is obviously the type of service you'll receive every time. I started to go to QFC to get all my convenient needs(which I pay more for) because I just don't feel like being treated rude for supporting there business. I seriously think that management should better train her on customer service. read more

I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy. First, I have let go and forgive that my prescription was not filled even if I called and check. Drove there only to be told it is not ready and will be ready in 20 minutes, went shopping inside and got back after more than 20 minutes and still they said, not ready. That one, I forgave, but today is worse. I got from a shelf an anti frizz hair spray for my daughter and for some reason, the box must be damaged and the anti frizz in a tube fell out of the box into the floor. Hastily I picked it up and was putting it back inside when a lady from this Bethany Walgreens tapped in my shoulder looking at me with wide eyes and said "You haven't paid for it yet, don't open it." I got really offended, first, the box of that product didn't hold the product secured enough, then secondly, this lady assigned in cosmetics was rude enough to accuse me that I was opening the box without buying. That's ridiculous. It is adding insult upon injury. She even said, "I do that mostly to a lot of customers as they are opening boxes without buying..", well I am so insulted since she looked at me like I can't even pay. I'm pretty sure that's why there are very few people going there. Though I didn't even check out the smell, and was speaking for others, what if the smell of the product is revolting, does that mean others really can not check out the smell or you will be accused of opening without buying? I would have let it pass again but that very rude lady has to be reprimanded by management. She turned and I was not able to see her name but I can describe her, blonde (not sure though if she just dyed her hair), with lots of make up, eyes are mean when she looks. Oh man, I am just so mad I plan to go back and find out who she is. She just assumed without witnessing what actually happened and embarrass you. If she does that to all other, and what if those people did not stand their ground, cosmetic lady will just be scaring customers away and not come back. That's what I am going, I don't want to be in that pharmacy again. After I pick up my prescription, that will be the last as their pharmacy was closed when I arrived there today. read more
