When I walked into this store I started hearing loud announcement throughout store "customer needs assistance in cosmetics"...as I'm walking through cosmetics...then I hear "customer needs assistance in Laundry". I stayed next to laundry looking at cards. A few minutes go by and another "customer needs assistance in Laundry". I wait and look around to see if assistance is coming or if the announcements are alerting the store to anyone else needing assistance. Two white men walk in and go where they were going...no announcements. I decided I want to know why it's announcing where I am in the store. I go to the front counter and ask. The clerk says it's doing that for everyone. I witnessed it clearly was not. I will not spend my money in a store where I am treated like a criminal. In fact I'm an Air Force retiree. Came in to pick up some prints. They weren't ready, which is fine, but I was told I couldn't wait in the store because I had a backpack. They told me I could wait in my car, (are you serious?). I'm a 43 year old woman with arthritis in my shoulders, which is why I don't carry a purse. I know this review won't make any difference, but I at least wanted it to be known how they treat disabled people. read more

I come to this particular Walgreens locations because it is one of the closest to my house. And because of that I usually order my one hour prints from their photo department. I tend to decide and or procrastinate gifts so my go to tends to be photos! And why not?! They are beautiful memories that when printed, are always nearby and will last longer than forever. So being that I am a procrastinator I used their one hour photo print option. And I have to say, they they are yet to disappoint. My prints are always ready the same day and usually in less than an hour. They are always what I'm expecting and always made well. So in all, I blame you Walgreens photo department for making me a procrastinator of gifts. Lol! I will continue to be back to this location for my photo prints! read more

This Walgreens is rather difficult to get to due to the weird traffic configuration at 281 & Evans, but I'm sure you can figure it out. The store has ample parking, and is relatively clean inside. They have a large wine selection here, which is relatively impressive for a pharmacy! The clerks were helpful and cheerful. The clerk greeted every customer who came in, and seemed to be happy to be there. This is an A-OK place to go grab a cold one or to stock up your cellar. read more

I could not believe when I walked into the bathroom what I saw. The entire stall for handicap was smudged with feces. I immediately brought it to the managers attention and all he said was, "thank you for brining it to his attention." He should of shut down the bathroom immediately in case a child went in there or even a blind person. He seemed like a complete idiot and was not worried about it at all. read more

It's flu season, so we headed to Walgreen's to get that taken care of. We started out at a different location but they didn't have the right dosage for an old fart like me. They verified my insurance and called this Walgreen's to see of they had the one I needed. They did and so we were on our way to this one as it was near all our other errands. I was the only one in line yet it took over 10 minutes for the tech to not be able to do what the other Walgreen's had already done, verify my insurance(the other one updated all my insurance in their system so they shouldn't have had to do anything). She punched in so many numbers on the computer it locked up and she had to use the next one. Same thing. I told her the other Walgreen's had already verified and it is the same insurance as last year. All that did was confuse her more. I told her never mind, it was obvious she was at a loss to rectify this issue. HEB right across the street got it done no problem. I don't know why I keep going back to Walgreen's. There is always some sort of issue when I go. read more

Walgreens with tons of wine choices! Used the photo scanner to put printed pictures back to a CD. It worked fine but took forever to scan 36 photos! (Set price $6 for up to 36 photo CD.) It took about an hour to scan and then you have to wait at least 30 minutes for the CD to be processed. The employee behind the counter was super friendly and helpful though as a plus! read more

I was charged $98 for a medication that, on the website, turned out to be advertised as $28. I was charged so much because I showed a VA card. VA does not reimburse us for meds! Thanks for sticking it to a vet in need. read more

so far, not good at all. Went there last night at 9:30 and pharmacy was closed. Website says open Monday - Friday - 7 am - 10 pm. Been calling number listed, and no answer. Need to call doctor to get prescription sent to another store, like maybe CVS? read more
