This walgreens is a new location to the Santan Valley area and is always clean, fully stocked and the employees are always friendly.

I come here all the time and always greeted with a smile. Good selection of product and decent prices. Cheaper than cvs pharmacy. This location is clean and well kept. There are a couple red box out front too but are always swamped with people on the weekends. read more

Pharmacy is a disaster. Refills don't get filled, but the system calls and says they are. Techs are curt bordering on rude. If you have prescriptions to fill in this area, SAFEWAY is a much better choice, I actually feel like they value my business. read more

I believe her name was Jann. She was amazing in the photo department. I bought frames for my centerpieces for my wedding and I didn't take into consideration the size she help me for about an hour getting them to fit and getting the best price as well!! Well, come to find out, that the pharmacy never contacted my Dr. for the refill authorization. Which I was told they had done. I have since discontinued my business with Walgreens. I am very happy being away from this particular Walgreens pharmacy. read more

These people at the Pharmacy are completely incompetent! They are slow as hell and in the 5 years I've been going there they have yet to fill my prescriptions out correctly! My insurance were partnered with Walgreens so I had to get my prescription there. Now that has changed and I am done with these idiots. In 5 years you would think they could get it correct once by accident even, nope. Avoid this place like the plague, retards work here. read more

Employees are definitely friendly and helpful. My only issue is that it would be nice if they didnt close at 10pm. Seeing as it is the only Walgreens in that San Tan Valley area, it would be so nice if they closed at midnight or 24 hours. The store is clean, generally always stocked with items, offers nice discounts and the lines are never very long. There is a REDBOX kiosk on the outside (for movie rental lovers) but that kiosk gets full very quickly. This Walgreens is convenient in location on Gantzel and Ocotillo, with a 24 Hour Mc Donalds within walking distance, Dunkin Donuts, Pets Club Store, a great Nail Salon (great pedicures with long massages), and a Chevron Gas station across the street with a car wash attached. ANYHOW....just thought i'd mention all the convenience of this Walgreens if you live in San Tan or passing through. read more

The photo department here is awful. Horrible customer service l. They don't have the decency to call you when your pictures get screwed up and they can't print them or anything. They don't even apologize when they mess up. Is the second time I've had a horrible experience at this Walgreens. read more

Clean store, nice location. But, went in to grab a simple pair of flip flops seeing that I left all mine behind for this trip. No sandals or shoes even for that matter in the whole store. I've previously went to a Walgreens for a quick grab pair of sandals so that's why I chose here but it turned into a pointless trip. I understand it's winter almost and not the season for sandals but 86% of women are still wearing them here and other moderately warm climates. I think they should at least have a few pairs. :( read more

Pretty disappointed in this Walgreens right now. Over an hour wait in the lobby and staff were not too nice about it. I have been a loyal Walgreens pharmacy customer in various locations for over 20 years, every month. Never waited longer than 20 min. I assume they are under staffed, but they probably need to get that resolved or I will have to take my business else where. There are a variety of ways to be prepared to get meds and order ahead of time, but this was an emergency situation. read more

Worst place ever! After being kept waiting in line at the pharmacy for a half hour to fill a very simple prescription, the tech never offered an apology or explanation let alone a smile! They weren't even that busy by any stretch of the imagination. Other departments had people waiting as well! Never going to the "corner of happy and healthy" again! read more

I just love one of their associates. She's so on point with telling you about their latest charity push which I'm happy to support. The money comes of your debit card when you pay, so no shady donation jars. And she's equally great about whipping out a coupon book from behind the counter to save me a few bucks. My only issue there was a manager when I did a return. I lost my receipt for a blush an when I saw the return amount I was like, "I paid that much?" Normally I'd rather spend a few extra bucks at Sephora, not Walgreens. So he hits s key changing my refund to an even exchange for the pen I purchased and rushed off. Sure, keep my 8 bucks Walgreens. It was awkward. But like I said, they support several really amazing charities and that particular associate is totally worth an awkward moment with her odd manager. read more
