A cashier from the front checkout had to run over to start the print job, and then ran back to the register. Before leaving, she motioned to the person using the computer that my order was printing. After I saw that the prints were done, I tried waving at the man (since he was 100% focused on the computer). He took off his earphones, and before I could even speak, he said "I'm sorry, I can't do anything, you're going to have to talk to the other person in the front." (My girlfriend also said she heard something on the computer about Anne Hathaway ?? so I don't think he was doing anything work related). I turned around and there was a line of 8 people backed up at the check out counter this point. I walked over and motioned to the clerk that the job was done, and she radioed someone to help me at the photos desk. Another person came in and helped me, but told the other employee "Hey, the photos were clearly done" to which he responded "Oh, I didn't see, my bad." To be clear, my negative experience is due to this man on the computer at the photo desk, who wouldn't even let me ask him a question. The other workers were perfectly fine. Otherwise, prints came out with good quality, as expected.

I do want to say for the most part, I come here get my prescriptions and go. But once in a while I will need extra assistance especially dealing with new prescriptions or seeking for advice. Special shoutout to pharmacist Jordan! She is pretty amazing! She has helped me on several occasions always with a smile and kindness. Today she helped fill a prescription at another local pharmacy since they didn't have the medication in stock. She called the other pharmacy, transferred my medication order and called me to go there in 30 minutes. It helped me so much in so many ways! Thank you Jordan!! It's not easy dealing with people picking up medications all day long. But why not do it with a smile and make the best of it? Thanks again Jordan for doing just that!

Walgreens, what a nightmare of a store! My experience at this place was scarier than a night in Elm Street. First of all, the staff acted like they were in a horror movie, not willing to help or even make eye contact. Customer service? More like customer disservice! And don't even get me started on the pharmacy. Waiting in line for prescriptions felt like an eternity in the dream world, and they kept messing up my orders! Freddy Krueger doesn't have time for that nonsense. But wait, there's a silver lining to this nightmare! There's another Walgreens location just down the road, and it's like a beacon of hope in the darkness. The staff there is actually friendly, and they get my prescriptions right the first time. Plus, the store is cleaner and better organized. It's almost like stepping out of a nightmare into a pleasant dream. So, if you're in the area and need to visit Walgreens, do yourself a favor and avoid this one like the plague. But if you need to pick up from an actual pharmacy, this one in Santa Clara is a good option, with friendly and professional staff, and an easy process. Every once in a while, there's a long wait (for instance, 30 minutes on my most recent visit), but on most days wait times are reasonable. I don't expect perfection, but when it comes to our health and well-being (especially when facing chronic conditions or the like), having a reliable pharmacy like this to turn to is invaluable.

Well,…read moremy experience with Bascom Pharmacy has always been very positive and even more so after my mother passed away. My mom was always a loyal patient/customer of Bascom Pharmacy as she would drive 7+ miles to this pharmacy to have her prescriptions filled. After a while, the pharmacy would send the maintenance prescriptions to my mom's house, unless my mom had an appointment close by and will go pick up the new prescriptions in person. The pharmacist and her staff were always professional, courteous and compassionate. They went above and beyond to help my mom with the prior authorization when needed. They even sent her complementary cough drops knowing it is one of the regular items she had purchased previously. What made this pharmacy stood out from all the other pharmacies was the pharmacist Tina's attendance at my Mom's funeral. What a pleasant heartwarming surprise! She must have seen the obituary from the newspaper. I write this review as a sincere appreciation of all the help my mom had received from this Bascom Pharmacy. Tina, the pharmacist is truly special and compassionate.
