I came here to print some photos, and chose this place based on its 4.0 Google ratings. I probably wouldn't come back... I arrived a little early, and saw only one man behind the photo desk - wearing glasses focused on the computer with earplugs in. A cashier from the front checkout had to run over to start the print job, and then ran back to the register. Before leaving, she motioned to the person using the computer that my order was printing. After I saw that the prints were done, I tried waving at the man (since he was 100% focused on the computer). He took off his earphones, and before I could even speak, he said "I'm sorry, I can't do anything, you're going to have to talk to the other person in the front." (My girlfriend also said she heard something on the computer about Anne Hathaway ?? so I don't think he was doing anything work related). I turned around and there was a line of 8 people backed up at the check out counter this point. I walked over and motioned to the clerk that the job was done, and she radioed someone to help me at the photos desk. Another person came in and helped me, but told the other employee "Hey, the photos were clearly done" to which he responded "Oh, I didn't see, my bad." To be clear, my negative experience is due to this man on the computer at the photo desk, who wouldn't even let me ask him a question. The other workers were perfectly fine. They seemed to step up their game a little by getting rid of the bad apples or maybe I came here on the day where the bad employees are off. Major win there because I got the professional customer service I need. If you are doing something nearby, this is the closest location for a Walgreens you can find. For anyone that wants a grab and go this is your location to consider. They are absolutely terrible, I had a prescription transferred to their pharmacy. First they said my insurance card was the wrong one, I came back with a different one and they ended up using the one they told me was wrong, then they said they were out of the meds I needed they recommended that I wait since they ordered it for me and I can come back 2 days later to pick it up instead of having it transferred to a different pharmacy. When I came back, they again said it was out of stock and that I need to wait. Absolutely terrible, do not use this place read more

The pharmacy here is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Everyone is unhelpful, incompetent or rude. I have never had such a bad experience trying to get clarification on what medications are available and what is out of stock. I even asked what was available at other pharmacies and they told me they can't know because their inventory isn't accurate. read more

I had the strangest experience with this Walgreens. The one plus I will give is that there is a huge parking lot, and it was easy to get to spot. I came here to get 8 gift cards. When I came to the front, the male cashier helped me. I asked him to double check if it was 8 gift cards. He was so rude he said, "I just scan it, I don't count. I assume you know what you want when you get here." Talk about rude, he just stood there while I counted them myself. Customer service here is non existent. read more

This Walgreens is so poorly managed. I pretty much only come here for prescription pick ups and propane. They said they don't have the key to their propane cage. One of the workers told me it's been missing for over a week. No one can find it. You would think someone would call the district manager or someone and have them make a new key. I don't know how they're still in business. The morale in this place is so low. The workers just kind of mope around and it's really sad to see. read more

Pharmacy is always understaffed and they often don't have inventory of medication that are on reoccurring prescriptions. Not sure why such a large company can't manage the basics. I wouldn't recommend this Walgreens if you need reliable service with your medications. read more

Avoid at all cost! Scheduled a flu shot and Tdap vaccine today and filled out the paperwork online. When I arrived, they didn't have the Tdap, so I was just going to get the flu shot. Then their printer wasn't working so I had to fill out the paperwork again for some reason. Then I wait more than 30 minutes for the flu vaccine because it was too cold apparently. THEN he put the bandaid on below where the shot was given and it bleed through to my shirt. Totally unprofessional but they were nice read more

I called tonight because my cousin bought me a gift card visa by vanilla for 135.- when I received it, it was not tampered and when I opened it, four of the numbers were scratched off. I called on Thursday at 8:30-8:35 pm to tell my story to a female employee who answered the phone. She told me that there is nothing they can do. I told her that this is a scam because it would have showed that it was tampered with. She wouldn't help me at all. She then got irritated with me and told me to get the receipt and call the customer service number and FU$K OFF. She then hung up on me. I've been in customer service for 23 years with Nordsrom and this is beyond unacceptable to be told that by an employee. Please do not shop here and do NOT buy these Vanilla Visa gift cards. They are unusable. I will definitely report these incidents to corporate. So this Morning I spoke with the store Manager Andrea and she said there is nothing she can do. Walgreens is selling FRAUDULENT cards and will not give you your money back. This will definitely be written up about. I am not one to let this go. People need to know what Walgreens and Vanilla Visa Cards are doing and this scam needs to stop!!! Shame on you for doing this to innocent people. read more

This Walgreens is AWFUL!! I had purchased something from another Walgreens out of town and did not end up needing it. I went to return it at this Walgreens because it is by my house. The cashier was a younger kid and was eating a lollipop when I walked up. I didn't see anything wrong with it because i assumed he'd stop eating it to help me. Was I wrong. He proceeded to eat the lollipop smacking in my face while he ate. He couldn't process the return and said he needed to call a manager. I said ok and to help the person behind me and I'd grab something else I needed while we waited for a manager. I walked back up to the register and the manager (a young Hispanic girl) was telling him to make the customer come back tomorrow because she couldn't help do the return. I overheard this and said I wasn't coming back and needed the return processed. They tried once and At this point it was the younger cashier, manager and a rude associate with a foreign accent. They were all eating these lollipops and were just being unprofessional at this point. I was upset because the approach and how the situation was being handled was not ok. The associate with the accent began to get aggressive with me and started saying he was just trying to help me. Which he wasn't. He had walked over to be nosey and see what was going on. I told him how unprofessional he was by arguing with me and eating. He said he was a manager and he could eat if he wanted. I laughed and said I doubted he was a manager by how unprofessional he was and said he had a 15 minute break to eat and it was rude for all of them to be smacking their lollipops in my face. I asked for all of their names and told them I would be calling to speak with a manager the next day. It was really disappointing to have this encounter. I will no longer shop at this Walgreens and will drive the extra 8 minutes to go down the street to cvs. read more

I've been going here and the Bollinger store for photo pick ups. It's slowly been going downhill and I keep hoping it will get better. Recently placed an order and went to pick up. The lady asked for my last name and couldn't find the order. So I asked if the order number would be helpful. She said "yes but I'll ask you for it when I'm ready". I said ok no problem and waited. Finally asks for the order number and says to me. "You didn't tell me how many photos you ordered. If I knew how many I would have found them sooner". Ok... she didn't ask me that and I would have happily told her. Then rings me up and speaks very condescending to me. Mind you I'm staying very calm and using my manners. Gives me the photos and they seem big. So I check and they do not have the white part trimmed off. I said oh I ordered a 4x6 and she says they didn't have time to make them the right size. I can either cut them myself or wait for her to do them and it would take a couple hours. So beware you could order 4x6 with an 8x10 border you need to trim yourself. And be ready to be treated like you're bothering them. This is not the first time. So sad it used to be a pleasant store to go to. read more

So it's mandatory that I have my COVID test within 3 days. So I schedule my test on 02/03 at 9:30am. I sit in the drive thru line with two cars ahead of me and by the time I get to the window it is now 9:45am. My test results were sent to my email today (9/4) at 4pm and everything was good until I seen the time stamp for when my test was "collected". It says it was collected at 7:43am. This means it's now documented that my test was collected outside of the 3 day window. Which is impossible for two reasons: 1. Walgreens opens at 8am and 2. This pharmacy has has a great parking space. Our experience with the pharmacy department was awesome. The pharmacists were very courteous to their patients from checking in to answering questions. They are so busy but we never heard noises and shouts like I have heard in other Walgreens locations. They do their job silently and that brings a cheerful mood as you stand in the line for prescription watching them. These are some of the things the other Walgreens around the locality should learn from. One of the things that they could improve here would be to space out storage carts that the employees use to load up the racks. These carts block each and every space in most of the aisles and the walkways hindering customer movement. Also, the employees in the cashier desks could show some smile and courteousness while handling the checkout process. read more

Avoid this location as much as possible. From photo to pharmacy - every employee will make you feel like you are bothering them as a customer. Not a location I recommend. Almost all the employees are unhappy here. I came in for a scheduled booster shot and the pharmacy is closed when I got in. An employee calmly told me that they had a no show from that department. I saw another employee wearing scrubs so I asked her if she can administer the booster and she irritatedly told me that its by appointment only which I have... when I told her that I do have am appointment she proceeded to tell me that the pharmacy is now closed and that they called everyone who had an appointment... which of course was a lie because I never got it. read more

This store deserves 0 stars! I have never experienced such terrible customer service IN MY LIFE. I grabbed 2 packs of diapers that were "out of stock" on my Walgreens curbside order and proceeded to the photo counter to pick up the rest of my order. I'm the second in line and after multiple attempts to page someone, the associate walks up while continuing her converstion with her coworker failing to even acknowledging we're there. The customer pays at the photo register and once it's my turn I tell her I'm here for my pickup order and already catching the hostility with the eyerolls and her shortness, I don't even mention the "out of stock" situation. She gets me my bag and disregards my hands full with 2 packs of diapers. I ask her if I can pay for the diapers there at the photo counter and she rolls her eyes, mumbles something and goes to the register at the front. Confused, I follow her to the front where she is quickly does something for the cashier and then she walks back to the photo register. Still confused, I follow her back. Again I ask about the diapers and she says "I'll need to ring those up at the front". I follow her to the front where she opens a new register and once I'm standing in front of her, in a loud and aggressive voice she says "I CANNOT HELP YOU! DO YOU NOT SEE THERES A LINE AND YOURE CUTTING THE ENTIRE LINE!!!" Shocked and confused I told her she was helping me and told me she was ringing me uo at the front. She repeats herself loudly again. YOU JUST CUT AN ENTIRE LINE. YOU NEED TO GET BACK IN LINE! " At this point i go to the back of the line. It was such a hostile and aggressive tone, the other customers caught it as well and offered for me to be rung up before them. Which i declined as I was not intentionally cutting the line but following her original direction that she would ring me up in the front. She rung up the person in front of me at the photo register so why was I treated differently? Once it was my turn to pay, I ask for her name. Shes not wearing a name tag and the name tag she has in her hand says Kenia... which she says isn't hers, it's her coworkers. Coincidentally, she says her name is Nia. Also after her little rant, an elderly couple had a question about a product and she gave them the same treatment, eyerolls, aggressive tone, short answers. I was seriously in shock with how rude she was being. Now I see why this walgreens has such terrible reviews. Customer service is seriously lacking read more

Yesterday, I was told I'd have to wait for an hour to pick up a Rx that I had been trying to get filled for hours. Since I could not get anyone to answer the phone, I went to the pharmacy. There seem to be a lot of people trying to get Covid vaccines that make them short staffed and "backed up" as I was told. This is leaving them stretched too thin and unable to handle the flow of medications. Came to yelp to find a better reviewed pharmacy. Why can't major pharmacies provide good service? BUT if you walk up and had a prescription waiting you don't need to stand in line!? Where do I start? I had all my Christmas shopping except for one gift for my granddaughter. Each year I tell the grandkids they can pick one thing and I will make sure I get it for them. They work hard all year in school, volunteer in the community and really try to be good citizens so I like to get them something they want not necessarily need. I was able to find everything except the Maybelline Vivid Matte vault of 30 lippies. During Christmas many of the makeup companies put out limited edition beauty bundles so us old people don't have to worry about what shade to get, they put every shade under the sun in it so you're covered. I had been to over 11 Walgreens trying to find it over the last three weeks. Couldn't find it on Amazon. Was about to go to reddit and put out a bounty for one as I wanted to get her what she had asked for. I wandered the makeup aisles at this Walgreens about ten minutes just hoping I could find one. Maybe someone put one in the wrong place. Maybe they got a new shipment in. I was about to walk away with some consolation lippies when a young lady came over and said good morning and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. First of all, in all the Walgreens I've been searching in for the last several weeks she is the first person to ask me if I needed help finding something. And something about this young lady just screamed kindness. Very warm smile, awesome eye contact, she really wanted to help. I told her what I was looking for and she walked about the display I had been standing in front of for at least three minutes and pulled out a package and said I just have this last one left. Yes!!!!!!!!!! The wonderfully helpful Jasmine not only greeted me and asked to help, she delivered!! All with a big smile on her face. Turned this old lady who had been freaking about about how to make my granddaughters only request happen come true. Sweet Jasmine, you make coming into Walgreens that much better. Even if you didn't have the lippies, your attitude and desire to help me (as I knew I looked desperate and lost trying to find it lol) was a gift. I truly hope Walgreens knows the kind of worker they have in you. And Walgreens you better appreciate Ms Jasmine as 11+stores with no do you need help until I came upon her. She is the example that the others need to duplicate immediately. Secret Santa Jasmine, again many thanks. I've been going to this location for years. Extremely polite, respectful, and knowledgeable pharmacy technicians. However, the sales people on the floor always seem sad and depressed but they do their job and they never bothered me until tonight. I went to this location tonight and had trouble finding an item. I asked for help and a not very nice sales person helped me finding it although he gave me the feeling that I bothered him. I went to cashier to pay. The cashier told the 1st customer in line that she couldn't help her because her manager said so. They started talking back and fort. The two ladies who were between me and the male customer got involved as to why he couldn't pay for his stuff. All of the sudden the floor manager, the same person whom I asked for help earlier, came and started yelling at him and asking him to leave the store, he asked why and he said because I'm not your dog. I asked the customer in front of me about what was going on. She said that the customer waited about 5 minutes and as he couldn't see anyone around, he raised his arms and clapped his hands and called for a cashier! He apparently did so not knowing in which isles were the sales people and that didn't go right with the manager. The two ladies were telling the manager that he was not a good manager because he needed to calm down and treat the customer with respect. He then yelled even louder and said you two can leave too! Anyway I asked that customer to give me his stuff and I paid for them. I was ready for the manager to come back and try to stop the transaction and he luckily didn't! I work in a customer service business and I have experienced way worse than clapping hands in the air but I always remained calm. I always knew how to defuse the situation and not to escalate it further. I believe this guy either had an extreme bad day or he is just rude! All the customers in the store were shocked by his overreaction! Not acceptable at all! read more

I saw signs for $2 off for eye drops and sales prices for dental floss that did not show up on my receipt. Today, I went to pick up my monthly prescription and they for some reason had to re-verify my insurance, which is fine by me. Great! What was wrong is for pharmacist lady Hiral to say that I'm getting a discount and that she had to reactivate that discount for me to get the price that I will be paying , $20.96. Discount? What discount? I've been paying that price since I started the medication. She said that my insurance or card had expired, which is false because I'm still working with the same company that provides me the insurance. It's the insurance that drops it down to $20.96 and not her own doing. Lady Hiral was making it sound like she was doing me a favor. Please! read more

This Walgreens is really close to my workplace and is extremely convenient coming to and from home as well. I don't really ask for help her as I usually know what I'm doing and where I'm going around the store. Still I must say that I really appreciate the staff they have assembled here. They are really caring and courteous. Always asking if I need help and even at the checkout they greet me and ask me how my day is. I thought it was because I was wearing a suit but even in my normal clothes they are still most courteous and even remember me! I love coming here for the cigarette twofer deals and every now and then take advantage of their 80 cent Arizona iced teas.
