takes forever to get service in the pharmacy. I have been to some GREAT Walgreens but this one is sadly not one of them.

I really gave these people 2 Stars last time? They have not gotten any better and it's probably time to find a new pharmacy. A couple days ago when I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter and myself. For some reason I received four bags of pills and had to show my ID. Not knowing what my daughters prescription was for, I didn't think much of it. Honestly, I was trying to drone out all the others who were complaining about getting their orders filled way too early. When I grabbed the bags to leave, I noticed the pills, intended for me, were for someone else. Seriously, this happens to me all the time here. When they finally found my bag, I was shorted one prescription (of course I noticed this once I got home). I went online to see if it was filled and noticed they were waiting doctors approval to get refilled. I then noticed, when I looked at emails from my doctors office, they had sent them two faxes to get this taken care of over the past two weeks. So today, I went back to pick up my missing prescription. They still claimed they needed doctors approval. I told them they had received approval and I had the proof on my phone in the form of an email from the office. I was informed this wasn't good enough and I needed to call my doctors office to get them to fax another order. Sigh. So I call my doctors office and they also notice they have submitted this information to Walgreens twice already. I told them I knew that, but they have claimed not to receive the orders. I'm done w/ them. They need more staff, one person cannot run the busy counter and drive thru efficiently. They're so busy, mistakes happen all the time. I'm one person and I have issues about half the times I show up for a pick up. I wonder how many other problems occur on a regular basis. read more

I've been a long term customer and have never had a problem with any of the staff until recently when I believe she's in management of some type her names Olga ( I seen name tag) started harassing customers to whom she believed were stealing or about to steal. I was there while she physically put hands on a woman who looked homeless ( she is indeed homeless) because she didn't want them in the store. I will not be going back to that Walgreens anymore if she continues to work there. She's also told me to hurry up and get out while I'm shopping for myself and family. For no reason. The store wasn't closing or anything. I told one of the other workers this they agreed it was wrong. She is a menace to that store and will be that stores downfall. Time to hire better managers period. Find someone who's full of customer service and treats fellow employees like your supposed to not disrespectfully. read more

The pharmacy staff are really nice people, but have a hard time finding filled prescriptions. The automated service calls you and tells you your prescription is ready for pick up but you go to pick it up and it is not filled. The store's computer system fails too often and the store closes without notice. Plan to wait 15-25 minutes in prescription drive up, even when your second in line. The parking spaces are tight for trucks and the lot is always full as it shares it with a dispensary and two restaurants. Photo Dept. Is pretty good. Highway 12 location is too far to travel. May need to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy. read more

Horrible service!!! We were given wrong information. I was told that my refill would be ready tomorrow. When we went to pick up, it wasn't ready. Then the guy yelled to the speaker. It was absolutely rude and unprofessional. ZERO star if possible!!! Never go back there again!!! read more

Horrible experience here today with the pharmacy. Had to call 3 times to even get through- first hold was 44 mins then the line went dead, second was 26 mins then disconnected. Finally got through on the 3rd call- pharmacist answered the phone directly and was truly awful to deal with. First told me the rx request hadn't come through from my dr yet, then when I provided a confirmation number he changed his story and said he couldn't check right now because there were 75 scripts waiting, then changed his store and said 200 scripts waiting, then said he actually didn't have time to look because it was almost lunch time. This has to be a joke right? I waited on hold for over an hour and you can't even tell me if the script was received or not "because lunch"?!? Finally got fed up and went down there in person. Unsurprisingly the pharmacist was late coming back from lunch by 12 mins leaving a line of 7-8 people just sitting there waiting wondering what the deal was. Magically once I was at the desk in person saying I needed this rx now and knew it had been called in over 5 hours ago, he was able to find it and fill it immediately. This place is a joke. Michael the pharmacy tech was very nice though! I bet he gets yelled at a lot because the pharmacist is so incompetent and rude. Poor guy. read more

I never go to this Walgreens but I was desperate in trying to find formula. Thankfully my ebt works for getting formula so when I got to the checkout I asked if they accepted ebt. The lady says "what is that some kind of food stamps or something." To which I replied yes. When I swiped my card the card reader was taking forever to process so I stood there for about 5 minutes while the lady also just stood there. I had to finally ask if it went through on her side or if I needed to maybe try again. She said "I'm not sure I don't know what to tell you". The other cashier lady that wasn't even ringing me up had to call the manager to come help because the person "helping" me wasn't doing her damn job. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe hire someone that knows the job. read more

Hmmmmmmmm, Well, I am on hold now, as I type, for 29 minutes, 21 on a 2nd call and 8 minutes on a call previously, in which, the phone system assured me I was 2 callers away from being helped, then promptly returned me to the main menu and made me launch back into the Pharmacy queue where I am hearing the above quoted message on a repeat loop 12 times per minute, NON-STOP.... Gee, I am not crazy now after this or anything.... TERRIBLE WORK MANAGEMENT is on full display here, as the lost revenue in this Pharmacy due to it's poor workers and their inability to handle the call volume/walk-up traffic, I am sure, is covered up and un-diagnosed due to this Corp being so large, GOD forbid anyone ACTUALLY care that these workers are being paid for blatant incompetence... read more

I have used this Walgreens because I thought it would be convenient since it is closest to my house. No more! The employees are dude most of the time, the wait time even after a prescription is confirmed to be ready is continually an hour or more wait time once you are at this location. I have been a chronic pain patient for 20 years. I take a very low dose of pain medication that has allowed me to work for 20 years instead of being disabled. This pharmacy is close to my new house so I thought I would try them. They refused to fill my prescription. They claimed it was an illegal prescription. Which is insane because I have had the same low dose prescription for 20 years when I asked them why they were lying and being rude, if they could explain to me why they thought my prescription was illegal they hung up on me. I have never been treated so horrible in my life. read more

This review is strictly for my experience at the pharmacy, although I can't say I've ever had anything more than a terrible experience in the regular store as well. My coworker presented our insurance card at Walgreens (not sure if same one) and was able to receive four 2-packs of covid tests for free of charge. Tonight, around 7pm aug 1st, I go into this Walgreens and go directly to the pharmacy. The arrogant,scratchy voiced fake brown haired middle age lady says can I help you. I say sure my insurance told me if I present this card at all pharmacy I can get free Covid tests (and mind you I had already called to the specific location to doublecheck and they said that they did do this for my specific insurance). She proceeds to look me up and down and say "is this a Medicare thing?" Lol. "Ummm no" I respond. She then says well we can't take this. I say when I called they said I could so could you at least check? She lets out a big sigh and is starting to check before the other rude C U Next Tuesday behind her blurts out " yeah we don't take that" and rude lady #1 proceeds to frisbee my card back to me onto the counter instead of handing it back to me. My husband waited at the drive through window today at he pharmacy.The sign at the window said they would return at 1:30. The sign was incorrect. He waited a while, Just getting out of the hospital after chemo, he was there to get a medicine he had to have that day. He had to go in to get the medicine. Not pleased that the drive through did not open on time. That is why we picked a Walgreen's pharmacy because of the drive through. Not happy with them at all. read more

Three calls/visits to this pharmacy location over a week and a half still failed to properly transfer my medications from out of state. This pharmacy is in shambles. There's a sign stating they are hiring pharmacy techs... The pharmacist ( male ) who is rude and unhelpful didn't appreciate my poignant response to the sign "no wonder you're hiring". He said "yes, thank you" as if my irritation and needs didn't matter. Rite Aid is exceptional and I'm returning to my go to pharmacy. I incorrectly thought Rite Aid wasn't nearby. If there was an option to select ZERO stars, I would have. Not only were the pharmacy staff so incredibly rude to multiple of our hospital employees, but they also had no idea what they were talking about. If I wasn't working, I would have said a lot more than a smirky "have a nice day". I don't trust them to care enough to accurately fill my patient's prescription and we will not be giving them our business. read more

The pharmacy was extremely helpful. There was issues with the express app, and willing to work with it and we came up with a plan. The staff was very nice, and positive even with the line when they came back from lunch. read more

I wish I read the reviews before choosing to print my photos with Walgreens! It was such a nightmare!! I ordered and paid for my photos online. I received an email notifying me my photos were ready. I get to Walgreens, after a longs day work, and guess what? They cannot find my photos. I show the gal my email notification and she says hmm...ok, I'll just have to print them then. So I sit around for about 25 minutes for my photos to print. When they were finally ready the gal asks me how I'd like to pay...I said, uhh I already paid online? She said, I see you added a credit card online, would you like to use that? Wtf!?! I said sure, but made sure I kept the receipt in case I got double charged. So far I only see one charge, thank goodness. Idk what is wrong with their website, but it is clearly not working as it should. Anyway, I get home and checked out the photos to find most of them were cutoff. And then I get a call from Walgreens starting they forgot to give me some prints that was left on the printer! So I drive all the way back, got back in line to get my prints and asked them to reprint me the photos that were cutoff. I only did the ones I really needed to give to my in laws for Christmas, so I basically took a loss on the others. They told me I had to reorder them online and then they can exchange it. I am pissed by this point, but stayed calm. I get out of line, reordered the prints on my phone, and then got back in line...just so they can tell me it would take another hour to print the new photos. I am now ready to blow my lid, but I calmly said I'll pick them up the next day and left. Went back to pick up my corrected photos the next day. NEVER again will I ever buy photos from Walgreens!!! Spent $50 for crappy photos & a waste of my time. Terrible experience! read more

omg if it were possible to give this dump LESS than 1 star I WOULD! Caught a cashier lying today to her peer AND her manager. She ripped sale tags off the shelf when I tried to show the sale price to the cashier. The story is too long to post here, but I told manager to watch her store security cameras to see what that witch did. Manager had to honor the price posted which the girl ripped off the shelf for unknown reasons. I will NEVER set foot in that store again. A friend who lives close by has had similar problems with the same two female employees and refuses to shop there any longer because of them. read more

When I went to pay for my merchandise there was a sign on the counter saying 20% off for Veterans Day. When I told her my husband, who was with me, was a veteran and could I please get the discount, she took the sign and read it to herself and said "That was for yesterday only (Nov. 11), there's no discount today (Nov. 12). Very confusing since our kids were home from school today because of the Veteran's Day holiday and why was the sign still on the counter if they were not giving out discounts? Did they forget to take it down? She did not honor their sign that was left out, did not apologize for it, and was not friendly or helpful. I won't be going back. read more

Don't use their photo department!! Last year they screwed up photos and printing, and this year they let an order process they don't even have supplies for. I even received an email stating my order was ready, but when I got to the store they said "oh sorry we are out of stock on those. We don't know when they're coming in." I'm sorry but I paid to have it don't on the same day, and you sent me an email saying it was done, but it's not?! When I asked for clarification on the timeline, they were rude and treated the situation like it was my fault. Additionally, the collage board that were complete were glued down to the board not straight and are hanging over the edge. Poor service. Poor quality. Just steer clear! read more

I've thought about contacting corporate offices, but rather than go there, I just tell everyone I know looking for a good pharmacy to avoid this particular Walgreens at all cost. This review isn't about the service, I've never had complaints in that area. It is a question regarding the cleanliness of the store, floors in particular. There is always going to be stuff dropped on the floors from customers, but today when I went to get my RX, there was an absolute lack of mopping. There were places that liquid stuff had been spilled and was dry and had collected dirt from feet walking over it for days, I would think. I asked the girl in the Pharmacy and she said she had talked to her lead pharmacist about the same thing. My husband then went to ask for the manager, was told she was upstairs, so my husband then repeated the same issue to the women in the cosmetics department. They said they would tell the manager, hopefully, they will. I've been coming to this Walgreens for over 28 years and hope this can be resolved. Don't want to have to move my prescriptions to another drug store that cares about the first impression this store seems to. read more

bro oh my god. terrible service. im from a completely different state and i accidentally forgot my medicine. my family sent it over here so i was able to take them. i need them. they sent only ONE prescription for me to pick up. the pharmacist said 2? we got a bag and went home to open it and see that its a medication i have never seen before in my life. all of my informed was correct as well. we called in and they were completely and totally rude! it's taken us 2 days to get these pills that are incredibly needed read more

While very ill and needing my daughter to pick up the Rx, I called to pay in advance with my flex spending credit card. Idiot on phone says no I can't do that. Apparently prescriptions arrive in many different ways. My advice: ALWAYS CALL to be sure they have your script and when it will be ready. There has always been a long wait when I have gone. Other than that, the people are nice and friendly. If nice and friendly is what you want just scoot on over to a Les Schwab store. They RUN out to greet you. Schwab doesn't do prescriptions but they are friendly!! read more
