Amber in the pharmacy is awesome!! My insurance became inactive due to changes and moving so my 2 prescriptions needed to be paid for and they were not cheap. Somehow she ended up putting in an employee discount and saved me $50. She's amazing, and sweet and Walgreens is lucky to have her working for them!! read more

Just a note to my neighborhood Walgreens: Thank you for being there. The pharmacy may be slow (who's isn't?), but it's a very nice store with nice employees and I can't tell you how many times we've "run down to Walgreens" to get a necessity. I like my Walgreens store! read more

The prices are generally lower than the other leadi g chains when talking about toiletries. The otc medications are generally cheaper, so that is great as well. personally, I like that they have vanilla coke, which many pharmacies don't have. that's irrelevant to the pharmacy, but defintiely a plus. read more

Walgreens has everything my heart desires and everything I do not need but somehow justify buying becasue it';s ONLY $1.89 or some odd ball number like that. You can of course find the usual suspects: biore and neutrogena as well as those body works sprays that smell so good; all under $8. Then theres hair dye for you gals like me who change it up in between hair appointments.. $8 for revelon too. Lots of goodies for kids, body stuff, mens products, shirts, stockings, herbs for most everything, Ihome system under $40, beer, wine (I wouldn't really recommend the wine :)) and pretty much everything in between. They have a pharmacy as well. The people are pretty helpful and generally quite pleasant. read more

I would NOT recommend getting your flu shot here! The person giving me the flu shot did NOT wash her hands and when I asked her to wash her hands before she handles my syringe she said "but I'm putting on gloves?!". I still insisted that she washed her hands. And after she rolled her eyes she finally did, but came out with gloves on.. after touching the door handle with the gloves she's about to touch me with. It was just bad. They don't seem to know what they are doing at all! read more

I came to this Walgreens several weeks ago to load my Clipper card for use during my commute to work. They were unable to use my transit debit card to load my fare even though I had used it here before. In the process they did load my card with $155.00 but could not charge it to my transit debit card. I offered to pay but they said they would have to request it be deducted from my Clipper card. I went back once a couple of weeks ago and offered to pay using my credit card but they said no, that they were afraid I might end up paying twice. I never spent the money and it has been waiting on the card for them to deduct I went to use my card this morning and it has been blocked (possible fraud). The bus driver let me ride for free, $12.00, as I did not have cash and did not have time to go to the bank. I called Clipper and they said that Walgreens asked to have it blocked and that I have to go back and pay the $155.00 which I offered to do before. I have to get cash for my ride home as Clipper said there was nothing they could do. The Clipper representative said Walgreens should be able to load my card using my transit debit card but I told her they were not able to. My phone number on my account was current and the Clipper representative said I should have received an email but she could see I did not. Just a bad way to start the week and it could have been avoided if Walgreens had just let me pay for the fare when I went back the second time. read more

All I can say is are you kidding me.me and my fiancé walked into the store 20 minutes to closing. There was nobody to greet us. Automatically we headed for some candy. A little bit after we heard "SECURITY ON THE FLOOR" from the over head. This happened about 5 to 8 times it came onto the overhang. Right after an employee cane to me and asked if I needed help I responded with no I'm just looking around. She proceeded with "stocking the shelves". I work in retail and we did the same practice every time we think somebody is stealing. But only to people who look 100% suspicious. I knew it was because of us because it was only me and her there was one more person but he was a former employee the lady said. We were being watch the entire time. When we left the store from only purchasing CANDY a employee stepped outside before us to put carts away I glanced back and saw she was staring I smiled and said "we weren't stealing" as we got I to our 2011 Mazda 6 just paid off....all I can say is I'm highly disappointed read more

Terrible store. Rude employees. Very messy and the bathroom was disgusting. Worst experience I ever had.

Dropped a prescription off and they told me thirty minutes. I came back an hour later and the prescription wasn't ready. I was then told that the pharmacist was at lunch and she would not be back for another half hour. My wife had hip surgery and was in a decent amount of pain. You would think that the pharmacist and tech would communicate and fill a pain medicine before going to lunch if you told the customer it would be ready in thirty minutes. I work in the service industry and this is not the type of service that builds loyalty and repeat customers. read more

I am not sure why the management of this store cannot figure out there is a problem in the pharmacy. They are always understaffed and the people they do have working back there really don't know what they are doing. Pathetic! I have finally decided enough is enough and I will take my business elsewhere. They are not the only game in town. read more

WTF?! Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Every time I come here there's either some rude judgmental idiot who doesn't know how to work a register, or there's an old fart going through a midlife crisis and scowling at everyone. The only reason I go here is because it's close, but if it happens again I'm asking for the manager and making sure something changes. read more

Worst. Walgreens. Ever. Always a line and no staff to help. The pharmacy is ALWAYS packed and you're lucky to stand in line for less than 30 minutes. The staff is negative and look stressed out. One time I waited in line at the photo area (after pushing the help button) for more than 15 minutes and the overhead service announcer went off 4 times before someone finally came up to help. In the mean time I tried asking for help, was given a sigh and the girl picked up the speaker and announced it, once again, that someone was waiting in the photo area. Also, while I was waiting I saw staff having conversations, the manager disappear into the back and again, no one to help. When the manager finally came up to help me, she didn't apologize for the wait, she didn't smile, she looked miserable! The only decent experience I've had was There was one young man at checkout late one night who was smiling and positive even though he was left alone up front with about 10 customers in line. Other than that, these employees look pissed off and now I'll go completely out of my way to another pharmacy or store just to avoid this one. read more
