There is no added value in this. The manufactured personalization is fake, and they aren't going to know when during your birthday to send it, even it were an appropriate topic for interrupting. They should know your scripts and allergies and insurance filing info, not your schedule. This text was an overreach, and disrupted a rare opportunity to sleep in. Sleeping in one's birthday is a common happier birthday wish, so I felt it worth reporting. I also told the business, and I hope they discontinue this wrongheaded program soon. Using a local business for its unique ability to not act like a franchise shouldn't be like that. Even if it was an email, I don't want to live in a world where people get more birthday wishes from bots than loved ones. That's depressing.

The pharmacy techs and pharmacist are very friendly. I get several meds here- couple for my blood pressure and one called suboxone, which is for opioid addiction (it's been a staple medication that has kept me stable, sober, and a contributing member of society since 2008). I have had bad experiences from other pharmacies in the past regarding this medication due to the stigma associated with it. Like, just plain rudeness and inappropriate comments from the staff. I haven't had that here and I am glad to have this place as my pharmacy! So, yeah, thanks. From one healthcare worker to another, I appreciate your hard work in these times when we are short staffed.

Got there at 7:30pm (30 minutes before the 8:00pm close on Friday 4/22). Waited behind one person that already had been waiting at the counter impatiently (must have been there a while already). While I was there, it took them over 30 minutes get to her (we were their only two customers) , so I ultimately reach the counter 2 minutes after the 8:00 closing time. Without saying a word, the assistant walked to the other side of the counter and started wiping down the CC machine. After I stood at the counter for a while waiting, the assistant looked up at me and said curtly "you know we are closed". No, I didn't... I could see the difference. Then I started to laugh to myself about how bad these same two have become at this location. This was all too familiar....yup.....I saw it on one of Carol Burnett's skits (and I think Candid Camera). Ultimately, I didn't leave the counter and the Pharmacist had to finally come over to get rid of me. I was checked out in under 60 seconds, thank you. A regular Pharmacy could have found 60 seconds someplace in the 30+ minutes of doing what appeared to be nothing (and with no other customers around) ....but like I said....I've been coming here a long time so nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Two Pharmacy employees, two total customers, no phone or computer activity with a half hour of time seeming to be doing not much, not exactly overload conditions. Will say, the memory and the later laughing about it all, almost made it worthwhile. If it wasn't for the convenient proximity and GoodRX prices, it wouldn't be worth the laughs. Can't wait for the next episode there.

My wife has MCAS, which makes finding medications she can tolerate incredibly challenging. Even very small amounts of fillers, sweeteners, flavors, dyes, or unnecessary additives can cause reactions for her. She often needs prescriptions compounded with the absolute minimum number of ingredients possible, and not every pharmacy understands how critical that is. Mike, the owner, truly gets it. I've been the one working most directly with the pharmacy, and I am genuinely so grateful for the care and attention Mike has shown us. From day one, he has treated my wife's case with seriousness, patience, and real compassion. He has worked closely with her doctors to make sure each medication is compounded exactly the way she needs it, stripped down to the simplest formulations possible. Whenever something needs adjusting, he takes the time to talk it through and problem solve with us. What really sets him apart is how far he is willing to go for his patients. There have been times when our schedule or her health made it difficult to pick up prescriptions during regular hours, and Mike has been willing to meet me at the pharmacy on Sunday mornings when they are formally closed just to make sure my bride had what she needed. That level of dedication is rare. Living with complex medical issues can be overwhelming, but having a pharmacist who treats you like a person and not just a prescription number makes all the difference. My wife is definitely a special case with complicated needs, and Mike has consistently bent over backwards to make it work. We are incredibly thankful to have found him. I recommend Northwest Pharmaceuticals as highly as possible.

This lovely female dog has a condition called Wilson's Disease, and the person who was elected to send me her compounded medication from Oregon was late in doing so. I made several calls to various Compounding Pharmacies in my area, and found only one who could compound the prescription the dog needed. Mike worked patiently and graciously with the pet's vet in Oregon and myself on a very busy Saturday to create the necessary dosage for this animal. Needless to say, Poppy the dog had her next scheduled dosage right on time thanks to this wonderful Pharmacy owner.

This is my nearest location but I try to avoid it or go to another location if I don't want to have to worry about being harassed by that specific employee. But as it's the nearest Costco I try to shop superrrr quickly and avoid certain aisles sadly and hope the creep employee isn't there to bother my shopping experience and make me feel unsafe. Yay to this location for having my favorite Heart Healthy Nuts in stock. There was awhile where none of the Costco stores had this for about over a month but they are back and easy to find here! I love Costco. Great deals and products. I always stop at the gas station before leaving. Highly recommend a slice of pepperoni pizza from the food court!

Also, they offer great prices with Clinique and other cosmetic brands. Ulta Beauty moved to their bigger and brighter new location at 132nd & Aurora between Amazon Fresh and Planet Fitness. Hopefully they will have better foot traffic here versus their former isolated spot of what remained of the former Northgate Mall. Lots of products, piercing services, makeup stations, and a larger salon. Friendly and helpful staff. I was happy to find my favorite shampoo from France! The Homie found a volumizing hair trial kit too. Plus I was able to use my 20% discount, even better. Glad this location is closer to home. Just pack your patience though as the shared parking lot can be a bit packed. Note: the cash registers are towards the middle of the store, not by the entrance. There is onsite security and curbside pickup. This area is becoming a bit more gentrified and less sketchy.
