We needed copies of a few pictures in a hurry for Christmas cards. After ordering dinner at IHOP my wife uploaded several pics to the Walgreens app and the we ate dinner. Shortly after our meal, she got a text from Walgreen's advising us the one hundred copies she had ordered was ready. A short drive later and we stopped in Walgreen's to find all our copies were indeed ready. The copies came out great and the cost was very reasonable. If you need quality photos copied in hurry, Walgreens is definitely the place to go. We were very impressed by the fast, courteous service. I give them my top rating of five stars. read more

I feel like I take Walgreens for granted. It's always there, steady and ready if I need something quick. But with all the big box stores nearby, I tend to overlook my friendly neighborhood store at the corner of happy & healthy. Until those other big stores didn't have what I need. Most of my visits to Walgreens have been to their photo center. I love the app and the ease of uploading pictures and picking them up an hour later. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful, whenever I have needed assistance. I need to remember this location is here and stop by more often. read more

My fiancé and I just came to Walgreens to get a drive-thru COVID test done. We are not feeling good. We tell the guy at the window we have appointments to get tested. We give our last names and he says we don't have appointments. I show him my confirmation email and suddenly he sees we have an appointment. My fiancé's appointment didn't go through apparently so we ask if he can fit him in because the test takes 30 seconds. He says no and that my fiancé needs to set up the appointment online.....even though I have a screenshot of it being filled out right before you press submit so I have proof that we filled it out. It just didn't go through. Plus they don't take same-day appointments- you have to make them a day in advance. We are exhausted and just want to go back to the house at this point so I take the COVID test (in the time slot my fiancé had signed up for, my time slot wasn't for another 15 minutes) and we head home. Just spent 30 minutes in the drive-through. There were 3 cars in front of me. Once I got to the window, I realized why it was taking so long. I sat there for a full 5 minutes before anyone waited on me. I was late to pick up my special needs son as a result. NOT HAPPY. PLUS, they are closed form 1:30-2:00pm everyday. The most convenient time for me to p/u prescriptions. Can they not stagger their lunch hours like everyplace else? One time they filled a prescription I was no longer taking. I thought I was picking up my current medication. Once I looked in the bag and realized their mistake, they would not give me a refund FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I should have switched pharmacies then. Lesson learned. I will be switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy. read more

I was employed at this Walgreens location (10429 S Redwood Rd) for a very short amount of time. Roughly a few months. This was THE MOST terrible place I have ever worked at in my entire life. The management is disrespectful, disgustingly unprofessional and extremely immature. Just the management alone spreads lies and gossips about every one of their employee's. There is so much harassment and bullying being passed around it is almost unbelievable and totally mind blowing. I have never been in such a toxic work environment. The employee's AND management are disgusting not only to everyone who works here but to almost every single customer that asks for assistance with something. I've witnessed customers being yelled at, things tossed towards them, attitude thrown and it was very hard to watch almost everyday. I've seen the shift lead Jenny make 3 of my coworkers cry on multiple occasions because of how she speaks about/towards them. There has been unspeakable things written on walls in the building to where only employees could see, targeting certain people with foul words and names. It's happened multiple different times and it has gotten out of hand. I'm glad I was able to find a healthy work environment and leave this emotional mess of a place. I run errands on Saturday's. I stopped by to pick up my prescriptions, I pull up to the driv~thru and a sign says Pharmacist not on duty and they can not dispense prescriptions! I'm thinking what in the world, the sign had the address & number of a 24hr store. I call them and they tell me I can not get my prescriptions because they are pain meds. (I've been taking them for year's) They can not be transferred! So the lady transfers to the Walgreens that I normally pick up my prescriptions at I sat on hold for 47 minutes. Nobody picked up/helped me and I'm out of my pain medication. Why in the world was there not a backup Pharmacist available?! People need their medications. I can not simply miss a dose! This was the straw that broke the camel's back with Walgreens! The staff are always rude and act like they don't want to be there and they act inconvenienced when you ask for help. They have given/filled meds I quit taking a year ago! This Walgreens needs to be managed better. I will be transferring all my RX's to another pharmacy it will NOT be a Walgreens! read more

Pharmacy staff clearly does not care about patient care. They are there to work their hours and that is all. I have been to other Walgreens locations with better service but these are typically out of state. Those in Utah have a staff that appears to have better things to do than help. I called on a Sunday and asked if they could possibly stay 2 minutes late as I was on my way and was told that they can not. I have never asked for this before at this location or any other. I was told that they do not get paid after 5 and so they would not stay. I got there by luck at 5 and low and behold they were gone. I wish they had customer service like CVS pharmacy. I went there for years until an insurance change and we were forced to go to Walgreens. I will be looking for any other pharmacy we can go to and will not be using Walgreens pharmacy in the future. read more

I have used this location's pharmacy for over ten years. Unfortunately I am moving to another city and will now be using another Walgreens. I wanted to leave this review to give a huge shout out to one of the pharmacy techs. Krystal is wonderful. She knew me by name and was interested in the things going on in my life. When I told her I got into a car accident, she was genuinely concerned. (And than she was excited to see my new car when I pulled up in the drive through!) When I went on vacation, she wanted to hear all about it. I felt like she cared about me, not just as a customer, but as a person. I was happy whenever I saw that she would be the tech helping me! She was always friendly with a smile on her face. Top notch customer service... I'll miss this Walgreens because of her! read more

I cannot stand this location of Walgreen's. Besides the fact that the store is usually dirty, the employees are ridiculous and rude. Last time I went in (not by choice, but because I was in a rush) I had two employees avoid me when I walked towards them to ask a question, when I finally caught up to one, she wasn't helpful, and then the employee that helped me at checkout made a snide comment about what I bought after ringing me up wrong. The pharmacy itself isn't terrible, they are helpful and do know what they're doing, but there are definitely better ones around. The store is downright awful. read more
