It's been about 4 months since my last session and results are good. Definitely better than what it was without them. Cheaper alternative to lipo but definitely keep your expectations in check! It's not a miracle worker and you won't look instantly skinner. You also need to go in for "touch ups" a few times every year if I remember correctly.
