We called back to the pharmacy and they said that they just haven't gotten to it yet. This volley went on all day!! It was just a matter of them bagging it. She was in pain all day. The prescription was finally filled at 4:10pm! Their attitude was terrible. They don't care. I would avoid this location.

I called last Friday to tell them that the character of the pain had changed from pain with biting to a chronic toothache. I was told to take the painkiller tramadol. I called the office today at about 8:43 AM to inform them that my appointment with the Wilmington endodontist had been changed from Thursday to Friday. The staff told me that the appointment was for evaluation only, and not for treatment. The staff at this office told me that the referral was for treatment as well. I was told that the dentist would call me back today to ascertain where the treatment was to be given. If treatment was not at the endodontist, then I wanted an appointment for next week for treatment at this office. I did not want the toothache to continue any longer. I was not given an appointment, and the dentist never called me back. There was no concern for my level of pain, nor a response as to which office was to provide treatment. The referring dentist should have contacted the endodontist to work out where treatment was to take place and when.

Their office failed to submit the charges from 2022 and said that it was my responsibility to pay the full amount even though it was their mistake for not filing the claim (or refiling the claim in a timely manner). The dental insurance company only allows 1 year from the date of service to file a claim. Jennifer Williams' office takes no responsibility whatsoever for not filing or waiting to let me know 17 months later when there was nothing that I could do with my insurance company. Their office lays the blame on a past employee and Dr. Williams takes no responsibility whatever. And I was told that there are many patients that have the same problem. Find another dentist. Not this one!
