I went to get a passport They said they don't do them there because they weren't accepted by the government! I asked the employee about getting half-price on my pictures, and he asked if it was a coupon because he didn't know anything them. I don't Blame him. He was the only one there ,as far as I could see ,that was there, running the cash register, the videos, and I'm sure he was stocking.!! I've been a big fan of Walgreens pharmacies. Always friendly and professional. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. The pharmacist is completely rude and unprofessional. The staff is a mixed bag. Most of the female techs are polite, but ALL of the male techs are just as rude as the pharmacist and very unprofessional. I've filled a complaint with the ADA against the pharmacist. Hopefully that will prompt him to change his behavior. If you can go elsewhere, do. read more

THE WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER BEEN TO!! The lady working treated every person I saw her interact with very poorly. I heard multiple people mention how rude she was. She was telling everyone to call their doctors but then refused to answer the phone. My doctor called 3 times. Just plain rude. The pharmacist or pharm tech was someone I had not seen before at the drive up. She cut of my sentences when I was talking, I never got 5 words in, and after trying to explain my insurance 3 times she turned off her speaker and waved at me to go without my meds. I never insulted, cursed or even raised my voice. Hopefully she was just having a bad day. But this store sucks anyway. The only reason why I go here is because my insurance makes me. Refused to fill a prescription due to the pharmacist disagreeing with the prescribing doctor. Disgusting.

Went to the Tooele Walgreens to get a flu shot for three people. No other customers in the store. The boy working there (the one with the pink hair) said in a condescending voice they required an appointment. We each had to go online to do that. They were 30 minutes apart. We asked why they could not just do them together. Pink said "that would defeat the purpose of having appointments". Well we knew we had been defeated by way of stupidity. I'm sure his parents are so proud. We left Walgreens and drove to Birch Family Pharmacy, in less than 30 minutes all three of us walked out with smiles and sore arms. Literally the worst pharmacy experience ever! My husband got his wisdom teeth removed YESTERDAY. I went to get his prescriptions and they said they were backed up, which I completely understood. It happens. The girl said they would call us before closing time to pick them up but they let us know too late, mind you we live about 5-7 minutes away. By the time I got there they were already closed and their systems were down even though it had barely turned 8 o'clock when I got to the back. Meaning they closed before 8! Now today I went to pick up said "ready prescriptions" early in the morning soon after they opened and only got ONE of them, so I told them there should've been TWO prescriptions and they said they had to put it in the system again because it wasn't ready!?? Mind you the 2nd prescription was the most important one he needed to start this morning to clean the wounds and prevent infections! NEVER COMING HERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS EVER AGAIN! We needed those pain meds since yesterday not today, not tomorrow. They need to do better! It is now the afternoon and I just got them. Also other people were complaining that they also received late messages about their prescriptions as well. And it's not the first time it has happened. read more

Zero stars! What a pisspoor Pharmacy. Always have issues here. They never have this or they are out of that and there attitude is always a we don't care about your inconvenience. A shoulder shrug and an insincere "sorry‍". The Pharmacy is poorly managed and the employees are counting every second using every excuse to get on their lunch break. Pompous kid running the register said they couldn't give a flu shot because they were going on lunch in 9 minutes. I get flu shots every year and it takes all of 5 minutes. By the way, there was nobody waiting. Maybe in the drive through but I was the only one in the lobby. When I asked the manager how long it takes to get a flu shot, she had to check her watch to see what time it was before she gave me her answer of 30-40 minutes. Zero stars. I waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes to get to the window, then an additional 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone inside. I see no one in line inside, so I park and go in. By the time I get back there there're three customers in front of me. They get helped. When I got to the counter the guy turned to help a car in the drive thru who had pulled up in seconds. Remember I have already been waiting for over 50 minutes. He then helped a second car in the drive thru. I had no choice but to leave without my product because it was obvious I wasn't going to receive help. I was told they were "really busy" by another employee. Okay, that's fine. I'll make it a little less busy by taking my business elsewhere. I know no one at Walgreens cares and maybe that's another problem in of itself. I called to have my prescriptions transferred and while on hold I get to listen to Walgreens telling me they have the fastest waiting lines and helpful staff. Very excited that that staff is so extremely friendly and helpful with coupons! I haven't been anywhere that was as helpful with coupons as this Walgreens! The staff always knows what coupons you saw, and where you saw them, they understand how to combine coupons to help their customers! I stop here regularly! A few weeks ago my husband's VW broke down and he parked in their parking lot knowing it would be the weekend before we could have it towed, so he went in and talked to the manager who told him not only would they not have it towed but he'd keep and eye on it! I've never had a pharmacy screw up, backpedal and be as horrible as this place. They straight up lost a discount card I gave them for a medication and then attempted to charge me anyway. None of the pharmacists would follow through on correcting the problem and the one pharm tech who did ended up gossiping about my mixup with the other staff. It took about three weeks and a phone call to the corporate offices with a complaint to get my medication filled. All over an asthma inhaler of all things. read more

I don't know what changed, but as of late, I've had terrible experiences shopping here. I got treated like a criminal for finding stuff that was 90% off. The manager, at least she acted like one, named Christy, interrupted my conversation with a pharmacist to ask if a particular cart was mine (it had about 8 items that were normally $2.50 for $.25.) I said yes and she laughed and sighed and said "well these are not supposed to be 90% off. So you can only buy one. Do you still want it?" I said no thanks and left it at that. She took everything out of my cart and put it in the back room I'm assuming. Honestly it was incredibly embarrassing. If it's not supposed to be Christmas clearance, then why is it ringing up that way? I should be able to buy whatever is out on the floor. And is Walgreens really going to hurt over what, $18? I think not. I'm assuming she just doesn't like me because I was there twice that week and found several items that looked like clearance (for instance, Pepperidge farm cookies with Christmas trees on them that expired soon) and when they rang up full price I said nevermind. The cashier asked me if I'd like her to ask the manager for a price override and I said sure, doesn't hurt to ask. Quickest "no" ever. Which was fine, I purchased my other items and left happily. I spend a lot of time here filling prescriptions (unfortunately) and it's the closest store to my house, so we often stop for milk and necessities...now I don't ever want to go back. If I ever find a good deal, or something on clearance, is that manager going to tell me she thinks the price is wrong and tell me no? Why would I waste my time. I have went to several Walgreens to have my pictures developed and never had a problem until I came to the Tooele Walgreens. It seems like everyone in this town doesn't know what customer service is. They have no clue what it is at Walmart, so it shouldn't surprise me that they don't know what it is at Walgreens. Well, I had a Science Project due today, that is my sixth grade son's project, printed pictures to put on his board, let me correct that, tried to print pictures to put on his board, and they should have been done yesterday, (January 24, 2018), but they were out of 4x6 paper to print pictures on when I tried to pick them up. So, they told me they would have more paper by 7:00 AM the next day, which would be today, January 25, 2018, the day the Science Project is due!! Get up extra early, get ready and go to Walgreens at 8:30 AM to pick up my pictures and tape them on the board on the way to school. BUT what is this, no pictures because they couldn't figure out how to get the online orders to print. Um, does anyone work here who cares? Because I have been to other Walgreens in the Salt Lake Valley and they tried to help me so much. This Walgreens just leaves it on the next person on shift and they don't care who they dropped the ball on. I won't print pictures at this Walgreens every again, or even shop there. Because if they don't care enough about their customers, then why should I care if this Walgreens goes out of business. I will not support stupidness. I hope you do go out of business.
