The store is okay! The parking lot has used needles with no one who cares enough to pick-up and discard.

I spent the evening in an emergency room and left needing pain medication and medication to prevent vomiting. I am still waiting for my prescriptions to be filled; I have spent the day vomiting in pain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY! It shouldn't take 6 hours to fill a prescription. read more

I sometimes get my vaccines at the walgrens close it's 1.1 miles away from where I live and I am on a power wheelchair so the first time I went I was a little nervous but it worked and now I know for a fact that I can go 1.1 miles round trip on my power wheelchair the second time I went I used a local public bus just because of the weather it's clean and well organized read more

Don't make an appointment here for anything and think it will matter. Twice I've made appointments for myself and my son (so 4 different appointments) & they've not once been on time. It's ridiculous, not sure why they offer appointments at all. I may as well just have been a walk in. They had the wrong address and phone number - I corrected this the first time came again today & it was wrong still. Get it together people. I'll definitely NOT be coming back here for anything. I hate giving a poor review. I try to find the good in every situation and want to build up a business and highlight where it shines! However, today was my tipping point and giving this disaster of a pharmacy 1 star is way, way, way too generous. I'm pretty sure when you fill out a job application to work at Walgreens and specifically the pharmacy, the first question is "Are you completely inept and unfriendly?" A simple YES, and you're hired. The pharmacist is completely overwhelmed and in over her head. Today, on her day off, my doctor was on hold for over an hour to call in a script for an urgently needed medication. Without it, my only option would be to call 911 and go to the ER. I then had to call and waited about 50 minutes on hold, only to be told, and I quote: "Go to another pharmacy. I can't help you, I'm here by myself and I don't know what to do. The drive-thru is backed-up, the phone won't stop ringing and I can't handle it". To her credit, the pharmacist did call to let me know she had filled it. My husband was already in the long, slow line to pick it up. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on you Walgreens Corporate for allowing your business to be be run so poorly, so inefficiently. I don't think excellent customer service would crack the top 10 things you teach your employees. It's exactly why we switched to an on-line mail order pharmacy. For emergency medications, in this case EPI-pens, we must use Walgreens, as the on-line pharmacy does take several days to receive your prescription. We were loyal customers for about 20 years because that's the only pharmacy our insurance allowed us to use. In all that time, I can confidently say that we have never, even one time, had a smooth, error free experience. I've received someone else's prescription, I've received drugs I'm allergic too because they failed to verify through their computer my allergies. I've had horrible after horrible experiences with this pharmacy and their staff. Most, if not all of the time, the Walgreens App would say my prescription was ready, only to find when arriving to pick it up, that is would be hours before it was ready. The drive-thru lane moves slower than a turtle. They need to staff it, or close it. Today's experience just reinforced that leaving that chaos and confusion behind was the best thing we've ever done. I'll be leaving it completely now- I'll use a different pharmacy for the life-saving urgent meds that I can't get quickly from my prescription delivery pharmacy. Seriously, if Walgreens can't employ enough people to run the pharmacy, they need to close. Yes, we all need to be more patient these days, but stores need to at least show some effort. It's clear they don't value their customers and I'd wager they're treating employees even worse. For crying out loud, Walgreens, get your pharmacies staffed appropriately. You've now lost me twice as a customer, and this time I'll never step foot in your store again. read more

I just walked into this Walgreens location looking for some photo paper so that I can make some lovely alcohol inks paintings. I asked the lady where I could find the photo paper. She said that she didn't know that they had any for sale but that if she had an extra roll that I could have it. She went back behind the film developing counter and found an extra one and asked if I wanted it? "Absolutely" I said. Thank you so very much. I'm sad to say that I didn't catch the lady's name, but that's okay, not sure if she might get in trouble or not from me writing this review. I really wouldn't want that. I can't remember the last time a stranger did something that nice for me. That was excellent customer service. And because of it I will definitely keep coming back. The whole world seems to be going crazy these days but it is nice to see that it is not all bad craziness. I feel so blessed. I love to do alcohol inks paintings and photo paper works the best in my opinion. Now I'll be able to keep myself entertained for a long time and the size of the paintings can be larger than standard sizes.!! read more

Can get dusty, which isn't the end of the world but its still gross. The employees are rude and unprofessional, mostly the pharmacy. They just seem irritated ALL THE TIME. My husband went in to get tri vi sol, a suppliment for newborns. This was for our first baby and didn't know ANYTHING. Lol but you know, some things you learn as you go. Anyways, our pediatrician said to talk to the pharmacist and so my husband asked about it, the suppliment, and get this: she said "what kind of father doesn't know where to get that and how to care for his child?!" I get it now, you don't need the pharmacist to help with it if you can read instructions lol. But we were just doing what our baby's Dr. Told us to. Straight up, I thought maybe she was being facetious. But that woman was dead serious. Anyways. She wasn't the manager of the pharmacy who I'd like to point out is 100% more professional and knowledgeable. I'm just saying, you don't know which one you'll be dealing with. Good luck! read more

Every time I visit this Walgreens the staff is just rude and unprofessional. Most of all unwelcoming . I love Walgreens just not this location I pass this one up to go to another. Someone in corporate should re-evaluate the entire store and staff. Start over !!! read more

They give you wrong information about prescriptions and leave you with no medicine. They also give you attitude when you ask questions. Going to start picking up my medicine at another location, if you see a girl at the pharmacy named Paula-RUN. Also, don't bother asking for help from the GM Shawna-she doesn't care. 0/10 would not visit again. read more

It never occurred to be to be particularly thankful for my formerly local drugstore until I had a less than amazing experience at a different one. I'm guessing being a pharmacist is not a particularly well appreciated task. So thanks to the folks at this Walgreens for getting the pharmacy job done without fuss and with at least a reasonable amount of courtesy. Had a terrible experience with the pharmacy drive-thru window. People worked inside (Kathy? / Amun?) were extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. After waited there for a long time, rang the door bell and all we received were a stare, then turn away from Amun, then a pick up by Kathy and just "Wait"; hang up, stared, turned away.
