Adjustments they have made to keep their employees safe and doing their very best to do the same for their highest priority. Us, the Consumers. From 2-3 people greeting you by the front door in full PPE. With Sanitizing Spray Bottles in hand. Directing you to Sanitized Shopping Carts. Yesterday, in the afternoon of Monday Labor Day. A friendly lady assigned to wipe the carts down. Directed me to the hand wipes, hand sanitizer in a quick but friendly manner. Greeting me with a welcoming tone in her voice. I did not have Hannah My Service Dog to ease my apprehension. (Since, she's still in training and has become a great asset to me. My family and friends. I was making a quick visit for some Holiday goodies). Much to my surprise I realized the store had very little foot traffic. Not the many products we are use to seeing. I was very happy to see a good supply of the GFree & No Lactose products. Since, I have Celiac and cannot consume cows milk. I am able to have Goat Milk products. Feta Cheese made only with Goats Milk is a super delight. I also recomend the Jarlsberg real Cheese No Lactose imported to Sweden. Pharmacists SHOULD NEVER wait until they're OUT or LOW of a medication to order more. It happens every single month, so wait 4 days one month, then 4 more the next month and it all adds up. If you see you're running low or know there is a prescription needing to be filled 4 days prior, should be common practice to make it a priority to have it ready.

The owner said he could order it for me and have it the next day. I told him I couldn't wait that long. Since 1995 I have never had a problem filling insulin. His advise was to go to Walmart and get over the counter insulin and use that until the next day. Worst advise ever. I should have got that in writing. If I put that inulin in my pump, I would have been in the hospital. It doesn't work for type 1 Diabetics. Terrible unethical advise. I refilled my script at another pharmacy(perkins), naturally. When I went to pick up another medication at Osceola, Kazzi(not sure if he is the owner or pharmacist or both) told me that he will no longer fill my medication. He said I was "pharmacy shopping". Is that even a thing? Is it a law you cannot use two pharmacies? No, it is not. I asked another pharmacy. They laughed. I called Osceola pharmacy back to see where I went wrong. To get an explanation. I explained that I NEEDED my insulin that day. What did he want me to do? How could I do this differently? He spoke over me the whole time I was talking. Saying, I will not fill anymore medication for you. No explanation. If you go here, get everything in writing!
