I like this store because the staff is really friendly and they always have what I need. The pharmacy has improved a LOT in recent months!

Nelson, The cashier for the afternoon and evening shift is an outstanding Walgreens associate who is always polite, patient and eager to assist as well as sticking to a chill like vibe. I appreciate his service and its that exact service that I see many stores lack and I come back regularly due to this employees service. I made an appointment do have a vaccination done at this location. When I got there they told me to wait around until 9pm. And then when I said no that is not acceptable that maybe after 12:30 they could help me. Not only did they forget to take my paperwork and I had to drive back but they charged me twice so now I am on hold to try and get them to cancel the charge. Unacceptable and I will never come back. read more

I'm not happy with the pharmacy at all. I was told by my doctors office that all of my prescriptions are listed in their system as up to date but they are not filled on time or accurately at Walgreens and this has happened so many times. I didn't know Walgreens was the origin of those problems. I called to get to the bottom of it and spoke to a pharmacy tech who tried to rush me off the phone by interrupting me three times! He said he had no idea what the problem could be as that was handled by corporate. He finished by telling me he had done the best he could to figure out the problem (all within 60 seconds ) and so I replied "actually no, you haven't, you've interrupted me several times" he apologized and said its chaotic? Crazy? I don't remember exactly. Anyway, I'm looking for a new pharmacy...... read more

Their drive thru pharmacy is a joke!! I kid you not, waited for 20 minutes until (my dumbass) finally decides to get off. There was an Indian man arguing with the worker about insurance problems. The worker tried to tell him to move forward or to come inside the storE but the guy wouldn't budge and only argue louder. At this point If I were the pharmacist I would have called SOMEONE !! I'm sure SOMEONE including law enforcement WOULD have made him move. It was just a horrible experience whatsoever. Needless to say , rite aid pharmacy gained a new costumer read more

I feel like someone needs to get ahold of the pharmacy in this store, I have never had so many problems with a pharmacy, not ever! When I first came back to Woodland and transferred my medication to this store I was very happy I did, but in the last year or two.....it has been horrible!!! And getting worse!!! There is a pharmacist by the name of Frieah (I'm not sure of the spelling) but she should be excluded from this bad review. She may not remember, but she has helped me on many occasions to correct many situations this pharmacy has caused, so I am grateful for her.....maybe she's the reason I didn't transfer sooner! I did take action today and finally got out of there. I have nothing but relief now that I'm out. I could never recommend this pharmacy to anyone I know or love. read more

I have shopped at Walgreens for years. This Walgreens has to be the worst. Went in they had a sales sign on a product they sale and I always buy here. I got home and looked at my receipt and they had charged a higher amount. Took my receipt in 4 days later and the manager in charge refused to give me back the overcharged amount. Needless to say it might have been only 2 dollars they overcharged. It's the fact they don't honor there sales items and customer service is a negative one star. Won't be back. I usually come for the pharmacy. Which is always either a super long/slow line of people or a quick in and out experience. Always have my prescription correct and ready. Its hit or miss as far as waiting. it can be irritating to where I just leave and come another day if I'm in a hurry. The actual store is always clean and tidy. Organized and easy to find things. Customer service has always been pleasant. Both pharmacy and store checkout. Had a great experience with the photo department. Lady was patient and very helpful. read more

The pharmacy suuuuuucks! I have problems here every single time I travel. It's the same story every time.....They will not give me my traveling prescription after my doctor has called them to approve it. Every person I speak to tells me something different. I'm going to Europe for a month and I have to have my meds for gods sake.... I am so tired of this pharmacy. They all say they will make notes of my info in their computer but every person I speak to says there is no notes. They are the absolute worst and do not care about people's mental or physical health. Not to mention they take their sweet time. Thumbs down. read more

Wish I could write a review but because I spent the 5 minutes I had to run in and grab some Chapstick looking for said Chapstick or an employee to help, I couldn't. There apparently was a sale on Chapstick. I say apparently because all that was on the display was the sale tags. This is the fourth time I've been here and it's the fourth time I have waited over an hour in line to pick up my prescriptions. I've tried walking in as well as using the drive through--all at different times of the day and there are never enough people to help the number of customers they have. Their poor training has also caused a three month delay in receiving one particularly important information. I turned the prescription in and was told it would be 5 days before the medication could get here. It wasn't here when I returned and it was re-ordered. When I returned again no I e here could figure out why the medication hadn't come in. That time a pharmacist told me they'd look into it and call me back. After 2 weeks I still hadn't heard anything so I called my insurance and found that I couldn't fill it at an in store pharmacy, it had to be filled by their specialty mail only pharmacy. Then began the month long process to get the prescription moved from Walgreens store to Walgreens specialty clinic. Then, when I actually thought I'd gotten it figured out the pharmacist at the specialty pharmacy decided the doctor hadn't given me the right dosage (she had, it's not the standard dosage, but it's the dosage ive been on for three years) and whatever he said to her caused my doctor to cancel the prescription and require me to come back and talk to her before we start the process all over again. THREE MONTHS--and this is medication that I literally need to live. And now after waiting for an hour in told only 1 out of the 4 prescriptions I called in 2 days ago are ready--also not for the first time. I will be finding a new pharmacy after this. read more

The staff in pharmacy are not friendly, in fact I've had 1 lady hang up on me. The older woman who usually does the check out register has NO customer service whatsoever. The only reason I give it 2 stars it for its convenience as far as the drive thru pharmacy and it's location. read more

Ever since Woodland hospital closed their pharmacy Walgreens pharmacy has gone down. I used to be able to walk in and get my medication within five minutes. Now, I'm lucky if I can get out within 30 minutes. When it comes to getting my refills they called me that Friday to say that my medication was ready for pickup. Ten minutes later they called to cancel my prescription. I had to log on to the website to set up again an auto refill. I set the pickup 4pm that same day. When I got to the store nine hours later my prescription still wasn't ready. The cashier told me that it would be another 20 minutes before it was ready. Instead of waiting in the store I decided to continue running my errands. Let's just say that 20 minutes came and went several times and I still hadn't received a phone call. When I finished my errands and was on highway 16, I finally got a phone call saying that my medication was ready to be picked up. By this time an hour and half had passed.Luckily, I still had medication to make it for another day. But I'm just tired of all of the long lines inside the store as well as outside in the drive thru. Every time I come in they seem to be short staffed and not really capable of handling the high demand. read more

I was just in this store and the lady in front of me had 5 iTunes gift cards. She puts $200 on each for a total of $1000. Like that's not suspicious. Register stops her at $600. She puts in a credit card, signs, pulls it out and puts it in her wallet. This kid Juan is on the register and DOESNT ASK FOR ID. Instead, he tries the remaining 2 cards for another $400. I go to a diff. associate who is ready for me to check out and ask why they don't check ID and tell her what I witnessed. She says "Oh we cant do that. But he's new." I wait for a manager that never comes and am now here. If you have $600-$1000 charged to a card at Walgreens that you didn't authorize or do, its because apparently you can spend whatever you want without any proof of who you are or that the card you used is yours. Ask for security footage from 1/11/2019 at approx. 7:55pm. Unbelievable! Absolutely illegal to not ask for ID on a purchase that freaking large. WHO SPENDS $1000 ON ITUNES. I bet she goes home, sells them for $100 each, makes $500 and trashes the card. and someone please TRAIN JUAN! read more

I rarely feel the need to give negative reviews, but in this instance, it's a public service. The pharmacy at the Woodland Walgreens location is inexcusably incompetent. I've been filling a monthly allergy prescription there for over a year, and every single month when SOMEthing goes wrong (I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not), I keep telling myself that I'll give them a chance to get it right, but I've finally had enough. I changed my pharmacy as of this week. I chose this location because of the "convenience" of the drive-through, but in all honesty, the consistent long lines and delays cause more frustration than if I just went inside to a pharmacy department. I finally told the pharmacist that I want my prescriptions on auto-refill, after the constant headache of calling in and waiting on hold for 10 minutes before I can place my refill. They assured me over and over that both my medications are on the auto system, but every month for the last 6 months, I show up after getting the notification that my refill is ready, and they only have one ready. The fact that I live 5 minutes away wouldn't make that a big deal if it happened once, but EVERY time?! That's not acceptable. I would rather drive across town to Target, where the pharmacy staff actually speak English, greet me with a smile, and more importantly, have my medications ready when they say they do. Don't assume that just because it has a drive-through, Walgreens is convenient. It's not. Do yourself a favor and use ANY other pharmacy in town. read more

This pharmacy does not deserve one star. It has to be the worst pharmacy in town. You can't trust anything they say. I have been told several times that they don't have my prescription only to have them check again, well golly they do have it. I get emails and voicemails that my prescription is ready to pick up only to go get it and they don't have it. Then am told" oh we don't email that info". Really would you like to see them. I order two prescriptions a week ago, after receiving emails and phone message they are ready, I go in one is wrong and they don't have the other. I could understand this on occasion but it is at least once a month. Forget calling to check if my prescription is ready, it doesn't work, after being told it was went to pick it up, nope not ready. I said I talked to Jeremy, they replied he is the manager, well not a very good one. The staff are unhelpful and incompetent. If you dropped dead at the counter they wouldn't notice just step over you on their way to lunch. Tonight was the last time! I left and drove to RiteAid to get my Rx transferred at least they were friendly. Even though I receive a better price at Walgreens on my Rx plan it is not worth the headache or stress. read more
