I called shortly after they opened and spoke to Alex who asked if I could drop it off. I said yeah and he told me to bring it on by. I did so, he took down my info, and my man picked me up and took me to work. They checked out my car and sent me a text the contained an estimate based on what they found. Yup, coolant was leaking and the water pump needed to be replaced. I approved the work and they did it all. The best part is when speaking to Alex he said my car would be ready by the time they closed. I was worried that they'd close up shop as we didn't get over until way past time but they stayed open and Alex moved my car out of the shop and cashed me out. I'm so happy to have my car back and running better than ever.

I called Richard's Automotive and they were amazing. Not only did they accept my vehicle the same day for the repair but they accommodated us after our tow truck driver arrived hours late to their shop. But seemed to be an issue so we just took it to the dealer, we were informed that the engine was significantly overfilled, containing 7.5 quarts of oil. This suggests either an incomplete drain of the old oil or an incorrect amount added, possibly due to unfamiliarity with the specific oil checking procedure for Pentastar engines. The extent of any potential damage from this overfill is currently unknown, which is a significant concern.
