They have been scheduled the last 3 days to come fix it and the first day never showed, the second day they came 2 hours late with touch up paint which I told them was unacceptable because I was told they ordered a new piece that we waited a week for. Plus they already touched it up once and it came off less than a week later! So they have to leave the second day to go order the part and are supposed to arrive 9 am today. Of course nothing almost 2 hours later. Please avoid this company! Their cabinets are crap and so is their customer service.

One of the things we liked about NuHome was upon our first meeting for an estimate, Udi went straight to work and started taking photos and measurements of our kitchen and bathroom. He then went back to NuHome and worked with a designer to create a 3D layout for us. This really allowed us to align our expectations with reality, which is so important when it comes to remodeling your home. Previous contractors would just eyeball everything, explain their vision loosely, and give us an estimate right on the spot. Throughout the remodeling process, Udi was able to advise and provide realistic options for us whenever we hit a roadblock. His team of workers were also very nice and patient towards my mom (who oversaw the remodeling while I was away at work). We had a pleasant experience with all of them - from demolition to tiling and to final installments. We also stopped by the showroom twice to choose our interiors and Joel was extremely helpful during the whole process. We have zero skills in interior design, yet Joel was able to advise us on the best colors and styles that complimented our kitchen (we could not believe how many people loved our backsplash!). We are so glad we chose NuHome for our home remodeling and have no regrets with them beautifying our kitchen and bathroom and improving our way of life. The samples they sent were poor quality, sloppy and uneven staining, and not at all what I had explained that I wanted. I found the product and color that I wanted and gave the information to the contractor. He insisted that Finnmark could get the product and do the installation with quality work. They got the product, but the installation crew was careless and sloppy. I ended up with glue on freshly painted wall walls, holes punched in drywall buy carelessness. I would not use them again for anything.

Our wood floors were last refinished 18 years ago, when we first moved into our 1958 house. While…read moremany areas had only minor wear, the area under the dining table had suffered a lot of damage, with bare wood exposed in several places. We were looking for someone to do a general buff and finish on all the hardwood, but also with a specific focus on fixing the dining area. Of the five businesses I contacted, four said they would not do a partial sand/stain, but would only redo all of the flooring, sanding and restaining everything, which would have been far more than we were planning on spending for this project. Wilmer of Better Surfaces and Services was the only one willing to work with us on what we wanted. He was very upfront about the potential issue with a visual difference between the restained dining area and the existing stained flooring, but also discussed how he would do his best to mix the new stain so that it matched as close as possible, and work on the transition area to minimize any difference. I hope the pictures show what an amazing job Wilmer and his team did. The pictures were taken at different times of day, but they are all of the dining area, which needed the most work. In fact, one of my relatives was thoroughly confused upon seeing the final result: she knew we had planned on just refinishing, but upon seeing the floor, thought they must have instead replaced the dining area with all new hardwood! In addition to the great work, Wilmer was very good about addressing all of our concerns and keeping us up to date on the work, as we had to be out of town during all of it. His employees were very conscientious about locking up our house when they were done each day (my friend let them in every morning). I still can't quite get over how beautiful and new our hardwood looks! Thanks for everything, Wilmer!
