I reached out to John HAUSER'S and John went ABOVE AND BEYOND, helping me trouble shoot, find a reputable garage, and HE called to apprise the garage owner about the case. I have no words!!! I have such respect and gratitude for John's kind, professional, honest, straightforward help!!!! This took time and effort away from his busy day with quite a few different interactions; not only calls with me but researching garages in the area I was in in Massachusetts, but also actually calling and talking with the owner of the garage I ended up taking my car for the service needed. I also requested an oil change, and during that service I was later told the oil pan bolt "broke" and that I now needed a new oil pan for an additional $600. I was not properly warned beforehand and felt pressured to pay, bringing my total close to $1,000. Just days later, the exact same noise was still there. When I brought it back, I was told it would now cost $900 for control arms. When I questioned why the original issue wasn't resolved, Steve became dismissive, hung up on me, and refused to do the repair. Regardless of the mechanical explanation, hanging up on a paying customer and refusing service when concerns are raised is unprofessional. I cannot recommend a business that handles customer concerns this way.
