When I was driving it back it would come out of gear so I took it back to the shop on that day. They informed me that my computer in my car was broken and it had nothing to do with them. Then they told me they would send me to their parts guy to get the computer so they could "make things right" their parts guy gave me the wrong part and I could not get a refund. They told me it was my fault and my car was not their problem anymore. After I got the correct part I got it installed at Nissan and I still had the isssues. I was informed that the transmission was not rebuilt correctly and they refused to honor the 3 year warranty that I paid for and did not offer to fix my problem. I would avoid this place at all costs. They are liars and thieves and I am seeking legal action. In the middle of the job they tell me a connector is leaking and it will be another $250 to replace. I googled it and it turns out that this is pretty common and easy fix. The connector is actually $10 and everyone say it is a 10 minute job including the time to lift the car. When I pick up the car I show them a printout of the real price of the part and they lower it on my bill to $85 for a grand total of $365.78. It is clear that they basically try to take advantage of non technically-inclined people. Well, I end up paying the bill but for sure they will not see my face again and will do my best to warn others.
