Wallace Lincoln is consistently rated poorly and from my experience it is earned and fully justified. Last year while shopping for a new car for my wife we stopped in their dealership with interest in an Aviator. When I asked the salesman he simply said there are some in the parking lot while he was busy talking with another employee. We looked in the lot and all the vehicles were locked and decided at that point it would be a bad decision to buy from Wallace, we went to Al Packer and bought the car. The first service was done at Wallace since they are close to my home. Although I had an appointment as well as email confirmation when I arrived there was no record of my appointment. The service manager was helpful and had the car serviced however the following day I decided to check the oil which was i quart low, even though they did an oil change. Currently the car is in for a recall and I made an appointment for it to be picked up with a loaner dropped off. Throughout the week I received emails and a text that morning and later another text that the drive would be there at 10:19. At 11 I finally got a call from Wallace saying they have been calling for the last 90 minutes and every call went to voice mail. My phone did not list any recent calls or voicemails. Regardless the driver arrived an hour late apologized and simply stated they were calling the wrong number. My experience at Wallace has been poor and other than warranty work I would not and will not trust them to do service. Of course I would never consider purchasing a car there. read more

I would give it 0 Stars if I could. I bought a used 2019 Nautilus car from the dealer. Day one of the car being taken home I had problems with the screen freezing, then I had problems where this car hesitated between 15 mph and 30 mph, they told me to live with it it's not that bad I asked if they could do a diagnostic test and at least see if it was a transmission problem as I was advised it might be they said no I would have to pay for it I told them I only have the car for 3 months I asked the dealer if they could do a diagnostic test just to see what the problem would be for free because I just bought the car they refuse to help me out in any form I would never go to this dealer or purchase anything from Wallace again. They lost my business. Came to the service department of this dealership just to get the rear window windshield wiper blade replaced as the local auto parts stores and even Walmart do not have this blade in stocked and will not even touch changing it out they said I need to go to Lincoln to have it done. I went to Lincoln they told me it would take two to three weeks for a mechanic to come out to change the blade as they are so overbooked on Services I said all I need was the blade to be replaced. I told him I came all the way up from Jupiter to have this done and he said, so. I guess I'll go to West Palm Beach and find a Lincoln dealership down there that's willing to change out a windshield wiper blade on the rear window. Wallace LEMON LOT!! I purchased a 2018 Lincoln Navigator - Certified Pre-Owned rip off. Dealership claimed 200 point inspection but in my opinion it was fraud. I spent over $1,800 in the first month to fixed problems the dealership signed off as being working ok. in the first 5 days 1) New brakes front and back. Warped rotors on the front and only 4/32 brakes shoes on the back $1,100+ 2) FOBs needed new batteries $50+ Within the the first 3 weeks 3) Software update for transmission due to have hard shifting 4) Rear-view mirrors grinding 5) Bad USB could not update navigation database and connect Android auto $100+ 6) A/C stopped working $500+ DO NOT BUY FROM WALLACE LEMON LOT!! read more

I took my Nautilus to have a software update . The service representative Frank Negron not only confirmed the diagnosis but pointed out that rear drive train needed to be replaced. Frank noted that I was covered under the extended warranty. Frank made sure I had a loaner while the car was being worked on. This by far is the best service I have ever received from any dealership . My compliments and gratitude to Frank and the staff that helped make this a pleasant experience. read more

BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. I took my SUV in with my husband telling them that we had a parasitic draw problem not a battery problem. They put it on the diagnostic machine and told us it was the battery. We reluctantly had the battery replaced. With the cost of the machine to diagnose the problem and the battery we paid just under 500 dollars. Two weeks later and the battery is dead. It gets better. Upon picking my vehicle up the a/c wasn't working. It was fine when I dropped it off. They said it was just a coincidence and kept it overnight to check it. Called the next day to tell me it was the compressor and would be around 1800 dollars. I brought it home and my husband found that the fuse for the a/c was missing. He put in a new fuse and the air is working fine. Why did they say it was the compressor when it was the fuse? And here did the fuse go that was in it? I'm currently trying to find a mechanic that knows about parasitic draw problems. read more

I'm not a person that writes reviews by this had to be written. This place is terrible. 10 Weeks and three cancelled service appointments. The communication from the service team was terrible. I changed my work schedule three times to accommodate scheduled service and every one was cancelled. The last two were actually a no-show and no-call. I had to contact the dealership both times to find out why nobody showed up. Due to the issues with the first and second appointments being cancelled I was clear with the the warranty service manager to please contact me if there was a problem with the appointment. The only communication is received was the auto text confirmation the night before. This leads me to think the appointment is happening if you text me confirming it. Once again an entire morning was lost with the same result of a no-show. When I contacted your team to ask why nobody showed up or called a gentleman said he wasn't sure and would have your coordinator call me. I received a call back exactly 5 minutes later. I was then given excuses that they tried calling and my phone number didn't work. Then it changed to the call went through, but the voicemail wasn't set up. This is absolutely false. I received multiple calls prior to that (including her call back) and haven't had a single person say phone phone number doesn't work in years. My voicemail has been set up for over a decade, I'm not a teenager. There seems to be zero accountability for failure to provide the service you and Lincoln are offering. These aren't inexpensive vehicles. Your clients that own them expect and deserve way better. I will not be using any Wallace dealership for service or vehicle purchases again and will be sure to let others know how poorly customers are cared for. read more

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I NEVER write reviews....but I'm truely seething at the lack of respect I just recieved at Wallace Lincoln. Even the "Manager" was a complete Ass. We bought our Navigator from Wallace Lincoln. The car and the sales department were fine. No complaints. The service department is a NIGHTMARE. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and completely lack in communication. They overbook and even when you have an appointment, they try to keep your car overnight for routine things. I purchased a 2016 used Jeep from this dealership on 06/28/19 . got the vehicle home next morning had a flat tire . took it to my garage and replace tire . while vehicle was up on the lift the tech. showed me the brakes total shocked that a vehicle with 17,000 miles had this bad of rusted brake rotors. and I could not believe that a dealership could sale a vehicle with these bad rotors . Unprofessional, rude, they do not negotiate. I dealt with a man named Todd who was extremely rude and wanted to argue every chance. Tried to buy a car with cash and get a little deal even if it was $100 it would have made me drive down to get the car a lot better. But no they would not budge from the price or negotiate anything off window sticker. I finally agreed on the full sticker price and was going to make the drive anyways because I liked the car, then after some long thought I decided not to and hold out because of how pushy and rude Todd was. After I let Todd (A manager) know I would not be coming by to pick it up he sends me a rude text provoking the fact I asked for a $1,000 off sticker. I'm so relived I didn't spend money here. Never take your vehicle to Wallace. We made that mistake because we bought our truck here and they have damaged several things on our truck. I retired from a Lincoln Ford dealership in Pompano and his attitude toward customer service would have gotten him a suspension at that dealership. Overall I found the customer service attitude at this dealership to be horrible. Classic used car salesman mentality of double-talk, contradictions, and lies. Once we agreed to a price,I was asked to send a deposit which I was ready to do until I was told that they wouldn't hold the car for me until I got there (so why am I sending a deposit???). The delivery process was lacking as well. Not only did it take me over two hours to process the sale but the car wasn't even prepared properly! There were nicks in the bumper, a loud and consistent rattle in the door, and the windshield wipers weren't replaced as it streaked. This was a CPO car and I was assured it was as good as new. sales manager told us after owning a certified pre-owned vehicle for less than three weeks that are vehicle was worth almost $10,000 less than what we purchased when we wanted to upgrade the vehicle. Stopped in to see if my car's failing air conditioner was still under warranty and meet Mr. Will Cummins the service advisor and sure enough it was, probably one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a dealership, no surprises, no pressure to purchase services I didn't need or want. Took are car there for oil change and 5 point check up before we started our trip to AZ for the Holidays. They didn't get the o-ring in correctly and caused a horrible oil leak. Took it back. Said they couldn't fix it so had to take it to the Jeep dealership. Within 5 minutes the mechanic found the o-ring in the filter was put in incorrectly. Fixed it. Had to was the engine since oil was EVERYWHERE! $250.00 later my husband called. The service manager was rude, had been thru the entire interaction. They reimbursed $123.00 after 3 trips to take the paper work and receipts from Jeep dealership and the 3rd to pick up the check, they wouldn't mail it to Vero to us. Again the manager was rude and arrogant. We assure them we would not return, and won't. So, here we set on Dec. 21 in Henderson, LA having to stay extra days here because our brakes went out, the very same brakes that the mechanic said were in 'perfect' condition, and even noted that. Thankfully my husband realize the noise they were making indicated something very wrong or a serious accident may have happened. Stay away from this place folks.
