I purchased the Platinum Extended Warranty-supposedly the gold standard-and was told my reimbursement for a TPMS sensor wasn't covered because it was 'broken.' Apparently, internal failure during normal driving doesn't count unless it fits their narrative. The manager or who ever she is confidently misinformed me (nice try), then doubled down when challenged. Either they don't know what the warranty covers, or they're hoping I don't. Pro tip: read your contract and come armed with the truth. You'll need it! P.s. I'll attach another review from Google that have mentioned Kathy( what a universal liar) ! Since then, the truck has been sitting there for over four months while they go back and forth with the extended warranty company that they themselves sold to me as part of the purchase. Meanwhile, I've been left without the vehicle I bought and paid for. To put it plainly: I owned the truck for one week, and it has now been in their service department for four months. I have essentially been unable to use the vehicle for the vast majority of the time I've owned it. What makes the situation even worse is the lack of communication and accountability from management. I have repeatedly called the dealership trying to speak with someone in management, and my calls were never returned. Getting anyone to follow up has been nearly impossible. When I finally went to the dealership in person to try to get answers, management seemed completely unconcerned. The showroom wasn't busy, and several people appeared to simply be sitting around, yet no one seemed interested in helping resolve a situation involving a truck that has been sitting in their service department for months. The entire situation has turned into a constant loop between the dealership and the warranty company while I, the customer, am stuck in the middle. The truck just sits there, and months go by with no real resolution. When you buy a vehicle and purchase the extended warranty offered by the dealership, you expect that if something goes wrong, it will actually help resolve the issue. Instead, it has resulted in months of delays and frustration while the dealership and warranty provider sort things out among themselves. A truck that you only get to drive for one week before it spends four months sitting in a service department -- with little communication and virtually no urgency from management -- is simply unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle or an extended warranty through Arrigo Dodge.

    2/14/26||I had a very disappointing experience with Sunrise Volkswagen in Fort Pierce…read more I brought my Volkswagen Jetta in for a routine oil change and paid $156. Shortly after getting my car back, I noticed oil dripping underneath the vehicle. I returned to the dealership and was told the issue had been fixed. However, when I got home, the car was still leaking oil. I brought the vehicle back a third time and was then told that the threads on the oil pan were worn out and that the entire oil pan would need to be replaced at a cost of about $800. Not feeling confident in that diagnosis, I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion. Within minutes they discovered that the wrong washer had been used to seal the oil plug during the oil change. After installing the correct washer, the leak stopped immediately. So what I was originally told would require an $800 repair was actually the result of an incorrect part used during the oil change performed at Sunrise Volkswagen. I expect better attention to detail and accountability from a dealership service department. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and could have led to an expensive repair that wasn't needed.
