Dr. Cai is an exceptional doctor. Her approach is direct and honest--when she tells you that you need glasses, she means it. There's no sugarcoating, and I truly appreciate that about her. She started to explain that I should have asked and it's more money. Again, keys do things right the first time. Had I been told that they would not come as mirrors and I needed to add more money, let me decide but Vision Works didn't give me as a customer the opportunity to make an educated decision one that might benefit me. Instead they gave me what they wanted me to have. If suggestive selling is going to add more revenue to your business, why not suggestive sell. Let me say yes or no. Corporate needs to reevaluate their decision making!
