She was very thorough , and my glasses were ready in less than a week He also adjusted the old frames for free I am very pleased with the service and quality of glasses I have been getting from him. Price wise, I think his prices are honest, but I usually bring my own frames for fitting, but I see he has promotions of 29$ frame and lenses, which is very reasonable. Unfortunately, my lenses are very complicated and couldn't fit under his price promotion He provides advice regarding when to use which type of glasses, and makes sure you get a proper fit All in all, he is a real asset to Kew Gardens, and i wish him good luck and prosperity .

Diana informed me that my insurance changed and this year I would have to pay 30 dollars. I told her my insurance is exactly the same. She also said all the glasses had polycarbonate and there was no way to remove it. I informed her that last year I didn't have it and didn't pay a co payment. I wanted the same thing. She wasted my time going back and forth. I had two agents call her to educate her on my insurance. And she told them I had no choice but to pay and the poly had to be on the glasses. There was no way to remove it. I was so frustrated and left. I came back another day and explained the situation to a nice worker. I think her name is Kelly. She was perplexed on why Diana would say that. I picked out glasses and everything was fine. The next week when I picked up my glasses. Diana was there. I informed her she was incorrect the last time we interacted. All of a sudden she says yes..the Poly is optional im sure I said that. She straight up lied to my face. I would be more understanding if she said she made a mistake. I wasted precious time during our first interaction calling the insurance company and going back and forth. Now she's lying. I told her you and I both know that's not true and that's not what you said. I took my bag and left. I won't be returning and I will contact corporate.

Had I been told that they would not come as mirrors and I needed to add more money, let me decide but Vision Works didn't give me as a customer the opportunity to make an educated decision one that might benefit me.
