They offer a convenient drive thru and amazon style "pick up" lockers, which is unique. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, which is important when making purchases. That was the most garbage 420 experience. Had an employee pointing his finger in my face while saying "you need to think, you arent thinking" repeatedly. And when im asking a question so i can form a thought he answers the question with "you need to think" Waited 1 hour for a free half oz to walk out with no free half ounce and being yelled at. This review is overdue and references my experience back in April. Ok so unusual for me to review a place like this... but cannabis has become more widely accepted. I'm not a big "pot head" or anything but tbh I might partake, in a gummy, here and there just to relax and get a good nights sleep at home. It's sorta akin to opening a bottle of wine or having a few drinks at home before bed. Although I had ankle surgery and few years ago to repair a ruptured Achilles and the doctor forgot to provide me pain meds... so immediately after the nerve block wore off I was in a ton of pain and gummies helped a ton until I was able to get my pain meds. In any case... I was visiting for a few days and omw back to LA when I decided to pick some gummies. There was a place we had visited a few years ago right off St. Rose and I figured I would go back there since they had a drive-thru! Believe me I was shocked too! Anyway I did a quick google search and saw there was a place less than a mile away from where I was. Process was simple and quick... and they had a large selection. Prices were on par with other places but since they had a promo on a certain brand, I went with those. Kasan helped me and she was great! On the way out... We were heading to Vegas and wanted someplace easy (not on the strip) to pick up flower from. Googled and found this place. Honestly, the first luck we got for our trip. Easy to find. Easy to park. Was their anniversary & got some super great deal via signing up for their app for points and using in-store promotions for the anniversary. The place is beautiful. Well organized. Great selection. Staff (we got Joey) were amazing, non-judgy, super helpful. We enjoyed so much that we stopped again when leaving Vegas & my bf found his old coworker working there . She was also amazing & helpful. Got some more great deals. Highly recommend this location. Will stop again on our next trip there!! They have an app that you can download for points but it only works in Nevada, but worth the download. They give free points just for signing up. Today was my first visit. It will certainly not be my last. I live in Inspirada and normally drive past NV MADE and go all the way to THE SOURCE on Eastern. I really like THE SOURCE and have been going there about once a month for the past several years. The parking lot is a bit of a pain; but there is an Einstein Bros and a Smashburger, so I usually make a stop for food. Then I drive home, once again driving past NV MADE. I do sometimes go to NV MADE which is closer than THE SOURCE, with an easier parking lot. But the Budtenders are not especially friendly towards me, including during yesterday's visit. And, if you get a freebie and can't take it that day (because I've hit my legal limit of THC), they make you return the next business day which is not always convenient. Suggestion: Just keep it in my record to collect on my next natural visit. Why force a return visit? So I was very happy to check out this dispensary. It is well lit and spacious. The Receptionist today was an absolute sweetheart. We were greeted by a few folks; and Chris immediately offered to help. Chris was the most helpful Budtender I can remember. Seriously. I've had some helpful Budtenders at THE SOURCE but I don't know if I've had anyone as helpful as Chris. And knowledgeable. And he put the app on my cell phone for me, immediately recognizing my hesitation to have an app. (I'm a Boomer. I hate having apps on my phone.) New Rewards Members get a sign-up bonus. After just one purchase, I have freebies which I could have cashed in today. But I'm going to let them build for a while because I have more than enough weed right now. That's what I love: I can let my Rewards build. I am not being forced to return tomorrow for my freebie. Absolutely every person we encountered made me feel welcome. The Receptionist starts off your visit on the right foot. And Chris is a keeper; definitely a GREAT asset to the business and a very helpful Budtender. Also, they had something I've not seen at either THE SOURCE nor NV MADE: Infused pre-rolls, hybrid but clearly labeled "Sativa-forward hybrid."
