Last year My daughter had a television mounted and dismounted by WallMountit and she was a very satisfied customer. So on Yesterday WallMountIT mounted 2 televisions in my home. When I contacted their office, the staff was definitely very professional and very accommodating. They proceeded before the appointment to call to make sure that everything was OK and I as well as confirm the appointment. Yes, that too was greatly appreciated with our busy schedules now sometimes we forget but I appreciate the call. My appointment was at 1:30 PM and 4 hours prior to my appointment the office staff called me to inform me that the representative would be running late would I like to reschedule or could they come at a later time I agreed with the later time which were really really worked for me. With the newly scheduled time the wall mount it representative arrived well with in the new timeframe. Once he arrived we discussed the location and type of mount that was best and he addressed any and all concerns about the installation. The installation was very very smooth and he was and is very very professional. He connected up the cable set up all of the network that was necessary showed me how to work the televisions and as a gentleman even offered his had to help me up. He asked me if there were any other concerns that I had. I had None at all. All evening i had a big koolaide smile on my face I was so excited about my mounts, I enjoyed being able to lie back and watch television in my rooms as if I was at a movie theater. On today the representative from the office called to see how things were going and if I was please with my mounts as well as if there were any concerns, I told her yes very pleased and no concerns at all. I have used WallMountIT for 4 of my television installations. You are treated with kindness from the very start when Amber sends an email to see exactly what is needed. The Professor is always so professional, and very polite. He is very knowledgeable with the products as well, and gives his thoughts on where he believes would be the best fit for your television. The layout of my living room is annoying, and we came to an agreement of a very odd place to hang the television. Now when everyone comes over they compliment me on how much they like the idea of where it is (pats self on the back). I am a customer for life, because I trust their work that much. His work is excellent, customer service skills are excellent, his assistant is excellent; & if ever I have questions regarding their services, the response is prompt & professional. I highly recommend this company!! When I was researching, I was looking for great customer service from start to finish. I reached out to them and received an email before 24 hours. After the email I received a call of what to expect and how to pay due to Covid. Then once we talked and confirmed, he called 32 mins prior to my appointment... I was expecting a call at 9 and he called at 8:58(before time).... He showed up on time put on the shoe covers and mask at the door and that was a plus! Thank you! I showed him where the tv would be and he said it should take 40-45 mins... It only took him 23 mins from start to finish! He even cleaned up his mess! I Can't Thank Y'all enough! Yes I would Highly Recommend him, He is Very professional and good at what he does with his work, while completing installing my 65in TV, I ask if he could do another one that was not schedule to do, he stated that he had another appt like within the next hour, but he said let me take a look at it, once he did, he was able to complete my additional TV, and still able to make it to his next appt. While he was cleaning up from his work, I had others to come over to look at the work that he had done, and they quickly call his scheduler and set an appt for him to come to there home for services. Extreme professionalism with WallMountIT!! I have had 2 appointments for 2 installations in my home with them and both were beyond great! They squeezed us in ona last minute request. The installer was very professional. Gabe us his recommendations and completed the mounting quickly.
