We recently moved to Las Vegas and purchased a recent build that was move-in ready. We wanted to personalize a couple of areas, specifically the powder room & a former media room that we wanted to transform into a Tiki Lounge. We found Wallpaper Elegance & made an appointment with Amalia, who understood the assignment immediately! She came out to our home for an on-site consultation and helped us narrow our search for a large-scale banana leaf print for the powder room, and grasscloth for the Tiki Lounge, even making a suggestion for an accent wall that I would have never thought of. It must be noted that they do not only offer wallpaper services! We had custom floor-to-ceiling drapes made in gorgeous moss velvet and vintage accent chairs reupholstered in stunning salmon pink velvet. The wallpaper installation was seamless and easy, taking a few days, and everything was completed on time. Our Tiki Lounge is amazing! It's the perfect escape at the end of the day, and we love entertaining in the space (it's hidden behind sliding barn doors, so it's a nice surprise for guests!). The powder room is such a fun pop in our otherwise neutral & calming space. I wouldn't hesitate to use Wallpaper Elegance in the future and can't say enough about how easy they were to work with. read more

Sharon and her crew are great. We went with them for our shades, sheer curtains and wallpaper and we are in love with the finished product. The installer of our wallpaper is a true expert. We've seen bad installation where lines don't line up but ours is not the case. Looks absolutely stunning and professionally done. We are thrilled with our choices and really appreciated all the design help from Sharon and her team. I recently purchased a home in Reno in a historic district that was in need of serious updating. I wanted to do something different with my bedroom, but when I had looked for wallpaper shops in Reno, I couldn't find any. I was referred to Wallpaper Elegance from a friend in Las Vegas and am SO thankful I was. Sharon, Denise & Noelle were incredibly helpful from start to finish and offered sound design advice. They were constantly in communication with me regarding shipment, pricing, etc. even when I changed my mind on the look I was going for multiple times - I'm grateful they were gracious and patient with me. They even offered to find a contractor in my area to help install the wallpaper, but I was able to do it myself (though if I did it again, I would definitely recommend professional installation because although I'm happy with the finished product, I feel like wallpaper installation should be offered instead of jail time for punishment). Overall, I'm super happy with my new bedroom accent wall. I was skeptical about working with a business long distance, but Wallpaper Elegance was amazing. If I could give this place a negative I would. The minute I walked in here the lady at the front, Denise, was rude. I walked in there wanting to browse a little but was greeting with, what are you looking for? I wasn't sure and with attitude said , "I mean what do you want contemporary, modern, I need to know what you're looking for! " I gave her some sort of idea and went browsing thru the books and saw her greet other people differently. I shrugged it off, but when I ordered my 3 samples she told me they were a good size. Bigger than the sample I was looking at, which at 10 dollars I thought it was fair. I just picked up my samples today and they only had 2 of them. Denise claims that she talked to me about canceling the order and that I said it was To expensive for a roll, which I did not speak to her at all on the phone. She claims she would not have canceled the order if she didn't talk to me, but I have not spoken to her since I left the store the day I ordered my samples. Not to mention the samples are literally the size of a sheet of paper. She lied to me. I then had to ask her for my refund for the third sample that I did not get. If I didn't ask I wouldn't have gotten it. This lady is rude and she lied. I will not be coming back and sending my friends else where. read more

In 2015, my husband came home and said he met an interior decorator in a business shopping center that he wanted me to meet. Sarcastically, I said REALLY? We had interviewed two other interior decorators and had decided they were not for us. So I was very surprised by what he said. Sharon, the owner/interior decorator and her team work very hard to create your dream room. She is very experienced and knowledgeable in her field. She works very hard to find what you're looking for and listens to what your style is to turn the project into a beautiful living space. She payed equal attention to each of our needs and ideas. She was pleasant to work with which made it a good experience for us. We were very happy with the uniquely designed master bathroom back in 2015. Now we are teaming up again to remodel a living room.
