I had a wonderful experience even during summer of 2020, with ABF. They have a beautiful showroom to choose your flooring from in a wide variety of cost and wood. I was able to take a few samples home with me so I could see them in the light of my home. Within a day I had a bid and a date to start laying my beautiful wood floors. They have a crew that comes in to move your furniture for you and the are overly protective. Also during the construction process they are very clean and really protect all of your belongings. I really felt they went above and beyond while working here and they seem to love working together. They laid the flooring within a week, with beautiful new baseboards and I'm in heaven. Current situation: -Pregnant (4 weeks left to go) -New House purchased that needs all new flooring (1900 sq feet w/stairs) -COVID (lots of pre-caution/ restrictions and limited stores open) -Trying to schedule painter, contractor, and flooring in a very strict time frame. Ok now that you understand what we were working with, I can say it was a TRUE pleasure working with America's Best Flooring. Sadra came out to our house with a 1 day notice; he even offered to come out same day if needed to provide measurements. He was efficient, clean, and wore protective gear. He had our quote ready SAME DAY!!! Not only was he the first to provide a quote out of 3 competitors, his was the most reasonable and detailed. It was a no brainer and we booked Sadra and his team the very next day. Demo began (1900 square feet) 05/06/20 and ended right on schedule 05/08/20 (This was the only time we had a minor hiccup -there was a slight scheduling problem for last day of demo but within 30 minutes we had it figured out and we were back on track) Huge shout out to the crew who did both Demo and Install. Joel, Belem, and Pedro the three man crew who made this all happen!! They were true rock stars, they helped answer any and all questions I had, explained what was being done for the day and what their completion goals were. It was GREAT and a big sigh of relief knowing our house was being taken care of. After Demo was completed we had painters come in and floor installation began 06/01/20. The crew worked 8-4pm for 5 days straight and were professional, efficient, clean, and precise. I pay attention to close details and was very impressed with the progress made each day. It was like Christmas everyday to see the progress the crew made. We had variation of flooring in our house, from heavily glued down wood, to very thick travertine tile, and different carpets. The amount of work it took to have our BEAUTIFUL luxury vinyl plank flooring installed was quite the process, not easy --but America's Best Flooring made it seem like it was easy. Today is the final day of installation of our hardwood floors from America's Best Flooring, and we could not wait to write this review. Simply stated, we wish there was a rating higher than 5 Stars because that is what we would give America's Best Flooring. Everyone in life likes a great deal, and America's Best Flooring's pricing could not be beat. But we are not people who buy and rate only on price, and in fact that is just one small part of why this is a great company to work with. From the day we entered the showroom up and until today, we were treated with the highest degree of courtesy. Their showroom people are as knowledgable as they come regarding their industry and their product line, and steered us to a flooring product that wound up being perfect in every way. They did not try to up sell and in fact pointed us away from some higher priced flooring they did not believe we either needed it or would like -- and they were right on. They scheduled the in-home estimate and showed up on time, on schedule and scheduled the installation and were there with bells on that morning as promised. With everything good there is to say about this company, installation and the team led by Kevin was possibly the best. Kevin and his crew are the Michelangelos of floor installation. The craftsmanship in the installation of our floors is beyond description. They are flawless and magnificent. No problem was ever an issue and since we were doing our entire home, not only did they fully clean up every day -- they worked to ensure we had livable space and were as comfortable as possible throughout the process (with two dogs in the house, that is not always easy). Kevin and his crew were courteous and great to be around; we told them they could come back anytime! As you can see, we cannot say enough good things about America's Best Flooring. This review is long overdue! We had carpet replaced in three bedrooms in 2018. Sadra at America's Best Flooring provided product recommendations to fit our budget without trying to upsell us. His workers were considerate and careful when moving furniture to replace carpet in three upstairs bedrooms. We were pleased with the finished work. I received a second estimate from Sadra to put down LVP over 1800sq ft of our new house. It was in line with what I expected, with labor making up about 50% of the estimate. Ultimately I decided to hire out the subfloor prep and lay the moisture barrier and LVP myself. While this saved me several thousand dollars in labor, it took weeks of my own time, and the contractor I hired to level the floors did suboptimal work, leaving numerous high spots that will probably cause issues down the road. By the time I found the really bad spots, I was so over the whole process that I just threw common sense to the wind and laid flooring right over them. I wish we had bit the bullet and used America's Best Flooring for the whole process. Now I am sure I'll be calling Sadra again sooner rather than later when our floors start falling apart. Next time I want to have the pros put something nice down, and that means using America's Best Flooring. read more

Even after calling to remind them and leave several messages, I got ghosted easily. When the quote was finally sent over, he tried to offer us a discount for the inconvenience of not getting back to us. Even with his proposal and "discount" to earn our business, it was an insulting back handed attempt and it made me even more infuriated with his continued attempts to "make things right". As I explained to him that I'm usually a pretty forgiving consumer and have given businesses second and third chances to "make things right", even willing to lose my time and money to ensure there is fairness and equality to being a good business. I will give him kudos for his several attempts to gain my trust and change my mind on how he runs his business. However, I don't want a discount or excuses or even explanations. So I'm updating my rating from a 1 to 3....extra points for the owner's sincere effort in trying to earn our business. -------------- I had visited this store last week to see if they can help remove & install new carpeting in my home. Dave, the sales rep was really friendly & attentive. He even let me take home carpet samples from their showroom floor. We scheduled an appointment for the owner Sadra to come out next day to do the measurements, which that was done promptly. After a few days waiting with no reply from the company, I called the store to see if they have a quote for my project & the answer I received was that my detail wasn't in the system ye, that Sadra was busy away on appointments & they will text Sadra & have him contact me. It's been a week & not a word. Perhaps the 900 sq. ft area in my home that needed work done wasn't a large enough project for them to considered, so they just ignored me?! Anyways, I was excited & hopeful when I read all the great reviews online before & had a good experience with their sales rep, Dave in-store.....only to be really turned off & disappointed with their lack of follow through! We highly recommend these guys! Sadra and his guys Kevin are awesome! They did over 2000 sqft of LVP of flooring in our home and the results were beautiful! (see pictures). I had some hesitations in the beginning, regarding the product but Sadra was very patient with all our questions and answered all my concerns. I had an incredible experience with America's Best Flooring installing wood floors throughout my 1800 sq/ft house. Every employee I dealt with was a complete professional. You can tell the owner Sadra cares a lot about quality and making sure his customers are happy. The other employees in the showroom (Tony & Mo) were helpful through out the decision process as well. Setting them apart from others, America's Best Flooring worked around my schedule and constraints. After my request, they came out to do the demo a week early to give me time to prep the house for the installation. For the actual demo & install, the team led by Kevin did an outstanding job. The entire team was happy, energetic, respectful and worked tirelessly through the heat (it was in the 90's this week) to finish the install a day earlier than promised.
