Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.

Glenn tells you that they have too many appointments to put on a new tire with all the bells and whistles, BUT they will sell you a tire and put it on the wheel; you just need to put the wheel back on yourself. *** So, considering they were able to accommodate us, and did the work for basically the cost of the tire, and did the whole thing in under half an hour, I would definitely recommend this place at least for tire work. As an added perk, they have a REALLY nice waiting area. Very clean counters and tables (the bathroom virtually sparkled). Most impressive, there are loads of toys and books for children, which was important for me, given that my two kiddos had put up with enough delay to their vacation and were getting antsy.
