WHY? BeCause he always gives us optimum service from start to finish. His shop is not one of those shops that is constantly recommending things that need to be done that don't really need to be done immediately. His business is totally honest. His front of the house staff are knowledgeable, with good personalities and you really get the feeling that they take great pride in their jobs. So yes, I'm talking about Mark and other people who handle Mike's car business along with him, but even the people that work as cashiers are excellent as well. I wish Mike's was in Philadelphia where I spend most of my time, but that's a dream that will never come true because he is part of the fabric and the pride of doing a job well done in West Ocean City. He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.

I called every muffler shop and mechanic shop in the area, but no one had a welder on site. I went to every performance vendor at the event and no one could help. A nice gentleman from Rommel Harley Davidson recommended Fleet Maintenance in Berlin. Greg helped us out and he was nothing but professional and courteous. Glenn tells you that they have too many appointments to put on a new tire with all the bells and whistles, BUT they will sell you a tire and put it on the wheel; you just need to put the wheel back on yourself. *** So, considering they were able to accommodate us, and did the work for basically the cost of the tire, and did the whole thing in under half an hour, I would definitely recommend this place at least for tire work. As an added perk, they have a REALLY nice waiting area. Very clean counters and tables (the bathroom virtually sparkled). Most impressive, there are loads of toys and books for children, which was important for me, given that my two kiddos had put up with enough delay to their vacation and were getting antsy. No one ever hopes to need a tire repair place, but if you do, you want a place that is fast, affordable, and trustworthy. I recommend Ocean Area Tire
