Let's start when I arrived Friday morning at 5am. I attempted to make a reservation online but was met with a prompt not allowing me to do so. Once I got to the facility, the greeter lady was pleasant. Unfortunately, she advised me that the only parking that was available was $15 valet, nearly double what I had intended to pay. Had the online website told me this I would have made other arrangements but it did not. I was stuck and essentially left with no choice but to Pay this amount or be at risk of missing my flight. I arrived at my terminal rather quickly even tho the driver was a tad aggressive. Today I am picking up my vehicle and I had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle. The driver was nice and clearly looked overworked. He drove safely and did a good job. I'm more so upset about the wait times. It's the holiday season, if u guys are double charging for the holiday season one would think you would be double staffed as well. Fast Park on frontage had about 6 shuttles pick up their customers, park bark and fly about 3, the parking spot had about 3-4 .... Wally park home of the advertised cheapest fairs online which doesn't actually allow customers to book online (bait and switch) only 2 shuttles in 30 minutes! First time using them,y company has a corporate account. My trip to the airport was a seamless experience until I returned to the airport. I called the number to find out where to wait and the female on the phone was ride and snappy rushing me off the phone before I could ask another question. When I reached the stand the shuttle was there with people boarding. The driver asked if I had my ticket or know where my car was, I knew the number of the spot but not the alphabet. He waited while I was searching and said aloud "I can't wait on you your holding everybody up" and the other passengers were staring at me! The ride was horrible, not keeping enough distance and jamming breaks. I got off the shuttle nauseous and with throbbing in my head. I barely was able to drive myself home and I live 45 minutes away This driver made the review back for the driver who did a good job! read more

I've been using Wally Park Orlando since 2016- probably 20-30 trips... after giving them many chances I am calling it quits with Wally Park. Shuttle wait times from the airport consistently average 40+ minutes... all while other off airport parking shuttles come by 4-6 times already... you would be better off getting an Uber to the parking lot...if getting home quickly after a trip matters all to you, do NOT use Wally Park Orlando! I have generally had good experiences with drivers, gate attendants, and corporate customer service but waiting an extra 30+ minutes beyond literally every other offsite airport parking company is unacceptable. read more

Terrible service and hopefully no one goes there and puts it to them, they are nasty and the shuttles come every 30 minutes and not every 5-10 like they advertise. Extremely long wait time. I have used Wally Park a few times due to a corporate discount and every time I am left waiting almost 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport. The discount is no longer worth it at this point. Will not be using them again. Park Bark & Fly seems to be a more reasonable option. read more

When I moved to Orlando last year, I needed to find a place to park at the airport when traveling. Wally Park was relatively new, so I thought I'd try them out...they had good prices, too. My first couple experiences were ok, not amazing, not bad. But, it worked for me, so I kept coming back. I made a reservation two months in advance for parking over Thanksgiving (2015) so I could be sure to have a spot. Well, when I arrived, they said self-park was full so I'd have to valet even though I had a reservation for self-park. I told them I didn't want to valet, but they said I had no choice and it would be the same price as self-park. I still didn't want to because I hate letting other people drive my car around, but since I didn't want to go looking for another place with an opening during a holiday weekend, I let them take my car. When I returned, I noticed a dent on my front fender right on the crease of the panel which was very noticeable. I told the attendant, they took photos, wrote up a report, and told me to send a letter to their attorney. I sent the letter, and got back a letter about a month later that said their records indicated my car was dented before I arrived, so they would not cover the damage. No one mentioned a prior report when I was there. I know the dent was not there because I had hand washed my car the day before leaving on my trip. I called the attorney and asked for a copy of these records that they had on file and a year later, I still don't have anything (because I'm sure nothing exists). I will never park at this place ever again...and I recommend you don't either! I've since switched over to The Parking Spot and have never had an issue there....and their vans are way more frequent, and the employees are way friendlier. read more

What's even better than dealing with long lines at the airport and delayed flights? Trying to get out of the prison that is Wally Park's parking lot. I have now used this service a couple of times and will never use it again nor do I recommend it to others. The only reason I used it in the first place and used it again is due to the fact that it is next door to where I board my dog when I fly. It's basically right next to the airport which is why it gets two stars. Both times I have made reservations online and paid ahead of time. Dropping off your car is no issue and a shuttle is usually already there to take you to the airport. It's the getting back to the lot and then leaving that are pure hell. You'll end up waiting up to 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up when all you want to do is crawl into bed. You might not even make it onto the shuttle because it fills up very quickly. Once you're finally at the lot, you now have to wait to exit. Make sure you have your entrance ticket AND your reservation pulled up on your phone. I realized that ALL customers leave through just ONE lane, causing for a major headache and about a 30 minute wait to get the heck out of there. Customers who did not reserve ahead of time have to pay as they exit and this delays them. I didn't think it was fair for people who took the time to plan ahead to have to wait so long because other people didn't. Sorry Wally, we could have had something special - I travel pretty often. read more

While waiting for a driver to take my wife and I to the airport MCO, the person at the front told us that she would notify someone to pick us up. We must've waited for five minutes serving as a pit stop for the local mosquitos. I asked someone to notify a driver and the response was as irritating as 100 grit sandpaper. The shuttle service is not consistent. The average wait time is 25-40minutes while Park N Go , Park Bark Fly and The Park Spot have a shuttle at the airport every 10 minutes. Save yourself some time and aggregation and park at the many other options . read more

We've used Wally Park in Orlando in several occasions and have had good experiences. This time was not the case. When I made the reservation valet was not offered. Why? When we parked everything went fine however upon our return it was a fiasco. We waited 30 minutes for the shuttle at the airport. When we finally got back to the lot we had to wait another 15-20 minutes to get out of the lot. The line was only 6 cars deep in the check out however it appeared some cars did not have paperwork which delayed the rest of us. Only having one cashier scheduled also delayed the checkout. I am hoping this is just a fluke since we are traveling again this summer and need to find a place to park our car at the airport. read more

The pickup driver was late (25minutes) and 2 sets of travelers told they would have to walk to their cars. Couldn't take a turn without 4-5 back and forth's. We finally got out and found our own car. Normally wallypark is pretty good. Today however had a driver that decided to pick up too many people. Even the other shuttle driver told him he was in parking lot too long but I guess he's banking on more tips. Then he had to completely rearrange all luggage because he had so many. Then someone forgot to lock Their car. Then someone was driving around he stopped and told person to go to back and park he would follow her. We were already full. He had to stop and tell people who were waiting just One car that the shuttle would be there. The other shuttle was behind us. First bad experience in 7 years. We waited forever at the airport and when they got there the bus filled up and we still couldn't get on. It seemed like they only had one driver working. When we got to our car, the line to just get off the property was ridiculous. We waited at least 45 mins just to pay and leave. If I could leave a no star review I would. We waited at the airport FOREVER. in the time we waited, fast park had 4 buses come through.

We waited for FIFTY minutes for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. We texted the provided number immediately upon arrival as instructed, and had to call dispatch twice thereafter before a shuttle finally arrived almost an hour later. We saw multiple other shuttle service come and go to pick up their lucky customers at least 3-4 times while standing their waiting with all our luggage and 18 month old. Would not recommend this company unless they decide to add more drivers/shuttles as that service was atrocious. read more

WAYYY CHEAPER than airport parking lots! For 12 days (uncovered self park)it was $83.94, which is fantastic ! The shuttle bus picks you right up next to your car and they load your bags into shuttle (on the way home same thing, but they don't load your bags into car). Cons-DON'T lose your 2 tickets they give to you! I suggest putting one in your visor and other in wallet. We returned at 1:20am and it took us 6 cars deep and finally leaving at 1:45am! The poor guy was new and in training, BUT with no one helping him! HORRIBLE WAY TO TEACH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also make sure you keep your EMAIL/paper confirmation.. You need that AS WELL AS THE TICKET THEY GIVE YOU! Nobody told us that at all and finally we found ours, so we could leave! read more

I stood at the spot waiting for 15 minutes before someone finally got around to picking up their phone when my flight landed. This is supposed to be a 24 hour service... Why did it take them so long to pick up the phone? When I finally got someone on the phone to tell them I was there and waiting the girl on the phone hung up on me mid sentence. I just wanted to get home after a late flight, and they were NOT well equipped to get me there. I thought I was going to have to take a cab to get to my car. I watched the other companies' shuttles come and go at least once before my shuttle finally arrived, a full half hour after I first dialed the pick up number. Update: I decided to give it another try... Everyone deserves a second chance, right? This time someone picked up the phone right away. I was told it would be 5-10 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. It has currently been 25 minutes since that call with no sign of a shuttle. I have watched the same Park Bark and Fly driver pick up people 2 times, as well as Parking Spot, AND the FastPark and Relax. All had the same drivers appear twice, and I'm still standing here waiting. Finally a shuttle appeared after 2 phone calls and a 35 minute wait and the driver just opened the door and didn't offer any help in loading luggage. I've given you a chance and you've solidified my opinion that this business is simply crap. read more

This offsite airport parking is really convenient and the promotion they were offering couldn't be passed up. With $2.95/day who could pass that deal up? You have the option to either park under a covered area or open. The shuttle picks you up right where you park and drop you off at your airline. On the way back, make sure you take note of what your parking spot was. They will drive you directly to your spot for you. The shuttles are nice and clean and service was great. read more

Wally park is new to MCO/OIA and I was quite happy when I saw their sign. The vans are clean and the drivers friendly and helpful. I have used them before in LAX and ATL so I knew what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. I signed up for the Wally Club where you earn point toward free parking and since I'm a retired airline employee and travel quite a lot, I'll definitely be parking there often. One of the pluses for me is the fact that they pick you up and drop you off directly at your car. I'll definitely recommend them to others. read more

Coming and going from Wally Park was 100% unsatisfactory. Only seems like they have one bus going at a time. While other parking places fly in and out multiple busses for pick up, Wally Park customers are stranded at the airport. Even the number on the sheet handed out had a busy tone. I had to google another number just to let them know I needed a shuttle and 25 min later I'm still standing here waiting. Same thing happened on the way to the airport. I waited over 20 minutes to have a bus driver who didn't seem in a hurry at all to get customers to the airport. I've used Wally Park a few times before, I love the valet option but never again. read more

When I arrived with an reservation; apparently I choose valet uncovered instead of covered. The guy in the entrance told me I couldn't change it and I have no other recourse other than to turn around or park in valet uncovered (no big deal or so I though). (Next time ask for a manager) We went and park and like always sent our car to get detailed (nice lady took care of that for us) and went on our way. When we came back we were nicely pick up and take back... when we took possession of the car. The SUV was completely full of ants in the inside. It looks like wherever they parked the SUV for all the days, it was a ant castle of some kind. When I went to complain, I got told that it wasn't their issue and there nothing it could be done. This was on December 4 and up until this day I still got this damn ants in my wife SUV. I sent the SUV to detail and still we have them. Bad luck? Probably. The reason of my review is if I would have been simply let me left the car covered.. I'm 99 percent sure this wouldn't had happen. I was contacted by the management later on and again it made me feel like they DO appreciate my business. I will definitely continue to recommend them in the future. A single bad encounter can't turn around years of good service and the kindness of the rest of the Wally Park Team Orlando. Management reach out and address my concern to my satisfaction. Got there. Parked wanted to ask a question but there was no one. The driver drove up and we were off. I asked him about my corporate discount. He said just tell them when you leave. When I arrived and called, they said soon. It took a long time and I called 2 times more.They finally got me and we stopped at the other terminal and waited even though there was no one wanting a ride. The problem is they don't know whose coming, so they stop everywhere. Other places have a more efficient system. Never got my corporate discount either. read more

After a couple different experiences with WallyPark in both Jacksonville & Orlando, I can definitely say I'm a fan. Sometimes you have to be willing to pay a little more for good service. And it's always usually worth it. Found a deal for Valet parking and since we were going to be gone for almost a week didn't want to consider paying for the airport even though I love the convenience of being closer, especially when I land at night and all I want to do is get home to my fur-babies. Entry was a little confusing but as soon as we figured out what we were doing - it was all good. The bus was there to get us to the airport and the porter was super friendly. When we got home pickup took a bit but our car was ready & waiting when we made it back to the parking center and we hit the road. read more

The location is convenient to the airport and the charges are very reasonable (I used a Groupon to make it even better). The facility is clean and safe, I was very comfortable leaving my car here. Getting to and from the airport on the shuttle was easy and hassle free. I did encounter only one small problem which was due to my own error and they resolved it immediately, no questions asked! Left my bag in a shuttle realized it three hours later call Wally Park thought I was gonna get a call but never did went back up to Wally Park the next morning miraculously my backpack can't be found and it's not even like as a designer backpack I just have my reading glasses will see your glasses cologne Maggie slides and other miscellaneous things in my bag plus I want my bag back and I know for a fact that I left it there how I left it that's a whole different story but... pretty sad because I always park there but I guess that's what I get for slipping read more

My family and I have used WallyPark in the past and it has never been this awful. While waiting for almost 45 minutes, we've seen The Fast Park and the Parking Spot make multiple trips. We texted multiple times on different phones, like we were told to do, and even called but were left with no answer. Respectfully, my family will never use this service again, nor recommend it to anyone else. People on the bus had to share seats and stand in order to fit as much as possible, while some people had to wait behind and will end up waiting over an hour for a ride back. read more
