Tried using WallyPark twice. 1st time waited 45 mins for a shuttle despite calling 3 times. When shuttle arrived, there were too many people waiting and another was needed. 2nd time shuttle arrived in 15 minutes with only 1 spot available for 25 people! Called dispatch and let them know the numbers waiting and the next shuttle sent held less than 20. It took me 45 minutes again to get to my car. WallyPark also does car rental and in Orlando that means families going to Disney. Each call for service will average out to 3 people and they should know that. Never again. Just pay more. I watched every over vendor have 3 shuttles show up before mine came. read more

We landed 3/27 at 2:40 my group and I wasn't picked up until 4:00 after making numerous calls and was told it'll be 15-20mins ...when the driver finally came he was extremely RUDE !! Exiting the parking lot you're suppose to use the same CC that you use when you first initially entered the parking lot....well unfortunately for me i lost that card ....after being told to go inside for help and then being turn around because the inside is only for rental car ....I go back to the booth and explain to curly hair individually I don't have my card but i know the card number ....he gave me a hard time for no reason...cause he eventually jus entered my card number AFTER 30mins a complete waste of time...I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS OR recommend this business to anyone .....PERIOD!!!! read more

I haven't ever had a bad experience but I've also never had a great experience parking here. I usually have to when I travel for work. Since I knew it, I went ahead and tried to make a reservation to park there for some personal travel but the website wasn't working. The two people who checked us in said that they would honor the discount that was online since the site wasn't working. Well make sure you get that in writing, because when we left, the guy at the front who claimed to be the supervisor said that they absolutely never do that. If I could give this business 0 star I would. I had the worst experience ever. This is the first and last time I ever use this company to park my car. When I first got there the guy at the entrance didn't even know how much it was to self park per day. No big deal.. I could easily check online. Second: the signage directing you as a customer on where you can or can't park is not very clear. I just parked wherever I could find a blank parking spot. Third: this was the last straw for me. When I returned from my long trip, the shuttle was there to pick me and other passengers up. I thought that was wonderful because I didn't have to wait too long. I watched as the driver loaded EVERY single person's suitcase. When it got to me, another passenger actually stepped in and helped me carry my luggage. I didn't think it was nice but I didn't think anything of it at first. Fast forward to the drop off.. As we were being driven to our vehicles, I looked as the driver (an older gentleman who was, I must admit, struggling a bit with the suitcases) would get up and help the different passengers who had valet parked if I may add, with their bags (meaning picking them up and dropping them off the the shuttle) and of course collecting a tip. As we got closer to my parking space, I expected the same level of service. He instead decided to pull up to my car and yelled M112; which was where I parked, as I was stepping off the bus I told him I had a large red suitcase, he responded OK and did not move. Instead he waited until I got my carry on and bags off the shuttle, then I had to get back on the bus pick up my heavy ass suitcase as he watch me stumble over my own feet. After being on a plane for hours and being tired from traveling no one deserves to treated the way I was. I mentioned the situation to the manager/supervisor on site. He apologized and said he will have a talk to the driver. Do I think anything will happen, probably not..but as far as using Wally Park in the near future I can say I will NEVER be doing that again. I would suggest using the other off site parking which I have in the past and never had any issues with them. read more

Though the service level has changed with smaller staffing, they still do a great job. I accidentally overbooked a stay recently and Shirley not only answered my email but called me personally and arranged a credit for my reservation. She is GREAT! Competition had 3 shuttles come by in the time I waited for one with Wally. Called an Uber when their shuttle showed up. Complained onsite and was given a smart ass response. My wife and I have used WallyPark for years, and it has always been a love hate relationship. Sometimes they are good, most of the time lousy service. Today they finally lost our business. We landed at MCO Orlando, and I texted the number for pickup. We waited at the off site shuttle stop for 45 minutes when a wallypark shuttle finally showed up. The driver said he could only take 5 people, he didn't ask who had been waiting the longest, and there was a mad rush to the van. Needless to say we didn't get on that shuttle, it too another 15 minutes for a second shuttle to arrive, and we finally were taken back to our car. A one hour wait is unacceptable. Wallyparks competitor, Fast Park had 5 shuttles show up In that one hour time period where we only saw 2 from Wally. Goodbye Wallypark, hello Fast Park. read more

Awesome! Reservations were easy to make online​. They are close to the airport and easy to find. The lot is always clean and well marked. The vans are fast, they seemed to be right behind us when we arrived. The driver was polite and helpful. He got us to the terminal very quickly. When you Check-in they give you a card with instructions for getting a ride when you are returning. The instructions say to text them. You get in, after a delayed flight at 3am. You text them and get a text back saying that someone is on they way. After waiting a half hour you doubt that and call. "Oh. We never got a text." read more

If I could give this place Zero stars, that would still be too many. I pulled into the parking lot at 5:28 PM. At 6:05 PM I was still waiting for a shuttle to take me to the airport. There was no one in the parking booth to assist. In fact, they had a handwritten sign on the parking booth asking customers to call a number for assistance. Are you kidding me?! I called twice and was told there was horrible traffic in and out of the airport. Then, a shuttle finally pulled in and the driver said he was done for the night and didn't know when they next shuttle would be there to get the 13 of us standing there waiting. Unreal! Not wanting to miss my flight, I left and drove to the airport's on site parking garage and ran to catch my flight. I pay monthly for Wally Park. Unfortunately, in addition to my monthly fee, I will be out another $60+ for the airport garage parking all so I didn't miss my flight after waiting 40 minutes for a Wally Park shuttle. I have been spoiled by Wally Park in Jacksonville. I always had covered parking, and the shuttle was at my car in no time. Not so much in Orlando. No covered parking, and I had to roll my luggage through asphalt and sand to finally meet up with the shuttle. It's a good thing that I allowed myself plenty of time to get to my flight. When we returned, we had to call the, to pick us up. They claim that Covid restrictions have them running on a limited schedule however, ALL of the other off site lots including the major hotels have shuttles running every 10- 15 minutes. So I'm a bit spoiled by one of their competitors and came here only because they were sold out. Upon driving up, no signs for rates, directions, etc. So I self directed myself to an open space. With no bus in sight. I Googled their number only to speak with someone who said they didn't know when the next bus would arrive....not able to give a daily quote as the rates change daily.....what that heck.....so that call was absolutely pointless. Wally Park has stepped it up since last time I parked here. No wait time once parked, and friendly service from the drivers as usual. I was also impressed with seat belts on the shuttles. I have been traveling for business for the past 7 years and this is the first I have noticed. The rates are more than reasonable and I received a free day with a promotion. Other airport parking places have multiple shuttles show up in the time it takes Wally to send one. On our return, we waited over 1 hr at pick up area waiting for shuttle. Not enough shuttles running to handle their returning customers. Air Conditioner in vans were inadequate. Not a great experience with dropping off or picking up our car. Drivers were good - no complaints there. My issue is with the scheduling which I expect is handled by management we had a reservation for valet parking and I included our arrival and departure times. Going to the airport wasn't too bad but the vans fill up fast and so we had to wait a bit for another one. Upon our return to the airport however we had to text them 3 times to finally get a van to pick us up and it's not line we were traveling during off peak hours. While we were waiting for our pick up 3 other competitor companies had at least 2-3 vans come around for pickups. Next time I will reserve with one of them instead. read more

Made and paid for an reservation through the online airport parking website for self parking. This experience was pretty smooth. I went through the front gate. Found a uncovered parking area. Within 5 mins around 630am a bus was present to pick me up. The bus was comfortable, and it was a quick drop off. The pickup was the same. No issues, it was a smooth transition. I park here monthly for the past 1 year, where as my husband has parked here monthly for 3 years. Always get the same drivers and they are always pleased to see you. Augustine and Justin are who I see most and they always make you feel welcome. Always ready to help you with your bags. I've been here so long they know mine and my husbands cars by us, both Subaru's and will take us straight to them on drop off. Getting to the airport is never a problem and the shuttle is always there in 5-10 mins. Getting back can take a little longer 10-25 mins. Especially if you come in between 1am and 5am. But I have heard it's the same for all offsite parking in the MCO area. My husband also wishes both entry lanes were open to come in, or possibly 1 as a 'Monthly member parking entry only' he says they used to have a lane like that a year ago and took it away. So down to 4 out of 5 stars for only one lane and waiting to return to you car after your flight. WallyPark's facility is nice, very clean with bathrooms, free bottled water and coffee/tea and mints. Valet parking is a option if you wish too as well. read more

When we finally got through to an operator, they said they would send a shuttle, which we could expect in another 20mins. This last time, we arrived after a delayed flight at 3am. There was no one else at the airport. They were not busy. They just do not care. We could literally walk to Wally by the time they even thought about picking us up. Meanwhile, all of the other local providers sent three shuttles while we are still waiting. I never write reviews. But this is awful service.
