This place has turned into a nightmare of a business. It seems they have tried to change the business model to employ as few people as possible. Now during checkin you have to use the kiosk to get the gate opened and there is no one anywhere to help. If you are behind someone you are stuck because of the way the drive is set up. The car in front of me got out of the car and went looking for somebody. 10 minutes or more later he comes back and could not find anyone. He could not get the gate open but finally figured out what button to hit to get the gate open. I finally go in and found a spot to park and then had to go search for the shuttle stop. They used to pick you up at the car but now they only appear to have two drivers and they are not too enthused to be there. I used to like parking here because they had room in the back for larger vehicles. Now all of those spots are used by boats and RVs and Van rentals and such. It used to be when you parked someone would give you a ticket with your location and get you on a shuttle. Now you have to track down a shuttle if there is one there. Finally at pick up you have to wait up to an hour to get a shuttle back. The first shuttle showed up full and the second was full also. Could only take Valet and not self park. Eventually the first driver showed up again (45 minutes waiting) and seemed to care less how long you had to wait. I am sure it is not the drives fault at all but the whole companies attitude towards customers has taken a serious decline. When you text them you are awaiting a ride you get an automated response with a number to call if you have to wait for more that 15 minutes. No one answers that number and the customer service mailbox is full. (They don't care...) So last time ever for Wally Park Orlando for me. I noticed that FastPark and Park and Go seemed to have the most shuttles. They showed up every few minutes while us Wally Park customers waited and waited. read more

This whole pickup experience was very disappointing. We waited close to 30 min for a shuttle and no one was answering the phones when we tried to call. We had texted our number but our car wasn't ready and then they couldn't find our keys. Once they found our keys, our car wasn't in the spot written on the ticket so we had to drive around the lot in a golf cart searching for our car. We landed at 8:30 and were out waiting for the shuttle by 8:45. We didn't drive off their lot until 9:52pm - completely unacceptable. There are plenty of other options for parking in Orlando so we will make sure to use one of those next time. We were not the only people with this issue tonight - others waited even longer. Use The Parking Spot - they have a much better system. The only reason we didn't was because their lot was full. read more

Came in on an 11:30 PM flight from Orlando 20+ people waiting for the van. The van came quickly. But then got in line behind six cars not moving for the ticket booth. Why is there not a ticket booth that does credit cards without someone having to calculate the ticket? We used to like parking at Wally park. The whole thing is designed to try to get valet parking business-they told me when we called and they were difficult fine as of parking spot. I really there are plenty to be had-they are up selling the valet. With an hour and a half drive from the airport the last thing I want to be doing is waiting in GD line. Moving to the Parking Spot for my business. Recommend you do the same. (P.S. They also had a funny sign saying that uber or lift customers are not welcome and will be trespassing if they enter the van. What the hell is that all about?) read more

We used WallyPark for our trip back in March. The transport to the airport was quick and efficient. This was not the case when we arrived at the airport from our trip. I want to say it took over 35 minutes. I figured it was COVID related so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We always use them in Jax and they have been great. We used them again in Orlando just this past week. Again transport to the airport was quick. We get back from the trip and follow the directions on the card. Nobody for over 20 minutes. In the meantime their competitors have come by 2 -3 times during this time period. I'm no longer giving them the benefit of the doubt. After 30 minutes a large crowd gathered of maybe 30 people, and one transport shows up and said they have room for 14. Of course us being one of the first families there we jump on it. You need to have more transports or you will lose business like you did mine today. read more

Don't use this place. Period. The staff barely speaks English. They cram too many cars into the lot. The number on the card they give you only accepts texts. They advertise one price and charge a higher one when you check out. Scam. read more

He helped me because I had left some food in my car while it is staying there for a couple of days & I didn't want bugs or for it to stink up the car, but he made sure to be on top of it & contact the manager. First, the good, they have nice busses and get you to and from the airport efficiently. Staff is friendly. Car is waiting when you return (valet). Now, the bad. On my most recent trip, I paid for covered valet. I left a very clean car that was paid for covered parking and when I returned my car was the filthiest i have ever seen it (it's 3 years old). To add insult, I had prepaid my parking online but when when I got my credit card bill there was first the online charge (from several weeks before) but also a double charge to my credit card on the night I returned and picked up my card. Some employee is making a good living on the side of his hourly. Lucky for me, my credit card was kind enough to review and remove both of the fraudulent charges made the night I picked my car up. I will likely be Ubering to the airport from here on out. read more

This place SUCKS. I've used their valet parking service 3 times now. Each time they've managed to mess something up. The first trip, they didn't have my car pulled up by the time to the shuttle arrived, and it took them 15 minutes to find it in the parking lot. The 2nd time they "didnt have a record of my vehicle in their lot", and after 30 minutes of waiting mysteriously found it. Today was the last straw for me: they drained our car battery while out of town for the week. They proceeded to tell us it wasn't their fault and hat our battery was 10 years old. This is absolutely bullshit, as our car is a 2015. James, the supervisior refused to take any responsibility nor issue a refund for the service. Avoid this at all costs. If I could give them a 0 I would. On 12/7 we got back from our flight, grabbed our bags and headed to the area for pick up. I called and was given a 15 min eta. After waiting 35 minutes and seeing numerous other parking companies come and go I called back and was given another eta of 10 more minutes. 10 minutes came and went and nothing. I called and they had no excuse as to the wait, myself, my spouse and another customer ended up taking a cab to wallypark after waiting 50 minutes for the shuttle that never came. It was incredibly frustrating as there were many people waiting and no answers being given while watching other companies came and went about 4 times each. This also happened again in September of this year with a 45 minute wait after an international flight. We will never park with them again, we will be trying other companies on our future travels. Stay Away from Wally park unless you want to wait 50 minutes to be picked up. read more

I decided to try WallyPark after purchasing a Groupon for the covered valet parking. I called to make a reservation, and was directed to the website, as they do not take reservations over the phone. The person I spoke to also stated that a reservation is not necessary, as they have a huge lot. I decided to make one anyway, just in case. I don't live far from the airport, so I know the area pretty well, however, I had a little trouble locating their facility, as their sign is kinda off the road, so be sure to slow down so you don't have to do the whole turnaround thing like I did! When I arrived, I gave my reservation information, tossed them the keys and was good to go! I did mention my Groupon, but was told we would settle up when I get back from my trip. I was advised to hang out in the lobby, where there is free coffee, water, and wifi. There were also some comfy chairs and a TV, but I didn't wait long for the shuttle, so I didn't get to really explore. I think there were also computers in case you needed to get some work done while you wait. The shuttle drivers both trips were very friendly, and helped me with my bags. The shuttles were clean, had seatbelts, and had nice relaxing getting-ready-for-vacation music. When I arrived back in Orlando, I called for the shuttled and did not have to wait more than 5 minutes. My car was waiting for me when I arrived, and I was instructed to check out, which was easy and on my way out. Their regular prices aren't really any cheaper than the economy parking at the airport, but the service was exceptional. I would definitely use WallyPark again in the future. Wally Park Orlando needs to work on their customer service. Extremely rude and no skill set at all in dealing with customers. I park here for many reasons, but will now be looking elsewhere. I am tired of the attitude when you pull up with your car. Sometimes you wait for them to stop having conversations with each other to finally acknowledge you are there. Other times they act like it's a total pain that you pulled up when you did. And lastly the ONE time they were sold out, when I pulled up I got the reservation paper that I handed them basically shoved back into my face......being told they were sold out and I needed to leave and park elsewhere. Done with Wally, maybe you guys could learn from ATL. That is where I found this place and moved to Orlando thinking it just might be the same....... read more

The staff here was so nice! I wish I could remember his name exactly (Carlos?) but he was so nice when he picked me up. The shuttle was clean and he grabbed my bags and stowed them way, asked which airline and updated me on what stop that would be. // When coming back, I had my parking ticket and it had the direction on there for pick up, not complicated to find the bus stop (which was something is was stressing about) but very easy, in and out. It also a nice gesture to tip the person who drives the shuttle and helps with the bags so have a few dollars on hand when you come and go. read more

I'm honestly not quite sure what the other reviewers had experienced to make them give such low reviews, unless Wally Park worked hard to make some great improvements, which if they did, certainly paid off. I had a great experience and would use them again in a heartbeat! Dropping my car off was seamless and when I got back to the airport, the shuttle got there just seconds after I had walked outside and my car was ready when we got back to the parking lot. Excellent service, was directed to parking spot immediately and shuttle bus picked us up within a few minutes. They are always prompt and there for pick up at airport within 10 minutes max. They are courteous and safe drivers. Our return Driver was new so little confused, but good person and courteous just took a little longer but no biggie. We recently took a trip and used WallyPark, it was super convenient and cheaper then parking at the airport. When we got home from our 2 week trip at 12am all we wanted to do was get home. This is my second bad experience. Both times covered parking was booked so I was forced into valet. I elected to have my car washed with my first trip when I came back that wasn't done!!! One line at time of checkout isn't helpful to move out of the lot. So this time I thought maybe that was a fluke and I should give the lot another shot, especially since I get a discount through work. This trip my car wasn't available when I got there adding even more time to my delay. Then same as last time...one lane at checkout adding an additional 15 minutes. Never again. It took over an hour and a half from pick-up to leaving the facility. They had 2 shuttles running and they said they were transporting 300 MORE people that evening! The employees were disorganized, understaffed, and understandably frustrated and the customers were the victims of it all. My time is not worth the $4.50 I saved instead of going to literally any other parking site (in the time we were waiting for the shuttle which was 40 minutes there was little to no wait for the other parking companies just fyi). read more

Worst mistake ever, after 12 hours of flight you just want to get home well, i called Wally park over 20 times to the number of the voucher provided never tough they will not answer the phone. With my wife and our 6 bags we decided to finally get an UBer that cost $22.16 we arrive at the WallyPark the man standing there says, we are always busy and we do not answer the phone you should have gone to the terminals A, B etc.. 1.nobody told us that 2. i told him that i have done valet parking before and other company answer the phone why do you have a phone number if you are not going answer. If you see this company and its $20-25 cheaper than other there is a reason for it, dont make the same mistake i did read more

Waited for 40 minutes to be picked up when we got back to Orlando airport on a Saturday afternoon.. We called right away as we arrived. 20 min later, called again, and were told the driver will be there in 3 minutes. 10 minutes later, I was told 5 more minutes. Total it was 40 minutes waiting in the heat outside. The price was reasonable and it's a new clean facility with new clean shuttles. When we first parked, the bus was there right away and took us to the airport. It was unexpected waiting for so long when we got back. As soon as you know your travel dates, go ahead and make a free online reservation in order to be able to select from the varied parking options. We reserved close to our trip and had to settle for the most expensive option, the covered valet service at $10.95/ day. That being said, it was very convenient both at drop off and pick up at the airport (but be aware, you do need to call once you have landed and picked up your luggage (if any) for them to send the shuttle to the appropriate pick up area for your terminal and airline. If you don't already have a rewards program card, you can request one as you exit the facility and the discount will be applied immediately. Nice! read more

Their facilities are nice and I'd give them 3 stars for that. The reason for one star is because from the time you text them and tell them your at the curb it takes over 35 to get picked up and then they circle back to terminal A to find more passengers. It took one and half hours to get back to my vehicle from the time I told them I was at the curb. I can't recommend WallyPark. On busy days they need more shuttles running. 30 minutes is reasonable an hour and half is unacceptable. I'll never be back and I fly 3-4 times a month. read more

They claim a shuttle runs every 5 mins. I placed 2 phone calls advising we were waiting for several minutes. Dispatch advised they'd arrive ASAP. Stood for another 20 minutes. Perhaps the worst parking experience I've had. I made an online reservation for MCO, including valet and an auto detail. Drop off went fine, no issues. Pick up at MCO was also fine. But it literally took them 30 minutes to find my keys once I got to the lot. I wandered around the lot and found my car myself long before they found my keys. Apparently they were understaffed and the guy working the desk was a driver and seemingly hadn't been trained on how to run the desk. On top of that, they didn't detail my car. When I asked the attendant about it, she said, "Oh, when you check in they don't get a copy of your reservation. You should have told them you wanted a detail." Seriously??? I'd stay away - their systems are broken and their people don't seem to know what they're doing. read more

Just used this service for the first time and I can say we would definitely use it again. Booking online was super easy and when we arrived we waited in their waiting are, which has complimentary water and coffee and the cleanest restrooms in Florida, which even included mouthwash to freshen up! The shuttle arrived within minutes and the driver loaded and offloaded our cases. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time with no stress. On the way back, the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes of calling and again, the driver loaded and offloaded our cases, the valet brought our cars around and we paid and were on our way in around 15 minutes total from being picked up at the airport. read more
