I Just moved to Florida and this was the first time using WallyPark in Orlando and flying out of MCO. My experience was good except for the shuttle driver. He didn't great us and looked annoyed that he had to help me get my large suitcase onto the bus. When we got to the airport, he made one stop and had all of us get off. It was in front of the Southwest Terminal and I was flying out on Delta. I walked a good little ways, unable to find Delta. I asked an airport person and she said "Oh, Delta is in Terminal B. This is Terminal A." She was kind enough to show me the way. Maybe the shuttle driver was having a bad day, but it was the worst transport experience I've ever had. read more

Absolutely hideous service, broken vans, rude drivers , absolutely horrible customer service. You'll wait up to 45-55 mins for shuttle at the termianl and give or take they will be full of rental car people so you'll have to wait a little longer. Don't try going to track or text or call for a shuttle you'll be routed to someone in a different state who will say it'll be there soon. They have zero idea on how to run a business and treat you like you're second best. You're better off at parking spot or fast park for covered parking. Also if you park there during the holidays be expected to park your car on the side road or wedged into a few cars on the roads inside as they will not help you. Had a great experience with Wally Park and my driver Rodrick! Just scanned my reservation QR code at the entrance, found a parking spot, walked to the shuttle and 2 shuttles were there waiting. After using Wally park many times - finally done. Terrible at picking you up from terminal. Be ready for a 40 minute plus wait while you see 3-4 parking spot busses come and go, 2-3 park and go. You call Wally and they lie. Say 5 minutes away. 20 min later you call again. See calls made while cashier met cars leaving as all on bus were angry. Rep trying to say a shuttle was there at 8:01. Do not use this place! I honestly wish I could give a good review, but when you check in or say that you are there it sends you to dispatch and they are horrible! I was hung up on numerous times. Told that helping me wasn't there problem and refused to give a name. I recommend creating an online account and booking your reservations in advance, that way you'll have a spot when you show up to park your car, and you can get a discount. I've stuck with wallypark for years. Last month was the end. Waited for a shuttle at the pickup spot for over 40 mins. Finally tried to call. Got lost in their phone system. Never got anyone and could only leave voicemails. I left a bunch. I waited for 90 minutes overall before I just went to Lyft to get me back to my car. I got out and saw drivers just sitting in their vans on their phones. Nobody asked me "hey? why are you using Lyft to walk into our lot?" or anything at all. I emailed and got nothing back. I've used The parking spot now twice and so far ..... they are much better in all ways. read more

My flight landed at 640pm and I was out front of Terminal A waiting for the transport by 7pm. I called the main line at 713pm (have the call log) to let them know I was waiting and was told it would be 15 minutes. By 730pm, no one came so I called again and was told they would again be there in 15 minutes. I told the operator that other people were waiting as well and they had been waiting even before I got there at 7pm. It's now 745pm as of this review and still not a single shuttle has come. I have called twice and the operator said that someone has been to terminal A "multiple times" already--which clearly has not been the case. Even as I was on the phone with them for a third time, the operator said the driver reported they were parked at Terminal A waiting for passengers. I'm standing in the spot I was told to stand in (A34-36) and not a single shuttle has arrived so someone is lying. EDIT: we were picked up at 756pm. read more

Waited 45+ minutes for a shuttle, well over 70 people were waiting and i was lucky enough to get on. Called their help line well over 15 times and only got in touch with someone once, was told it would be 5 minutes and it ended up being 15. Driver was rude and did not listen when i said i needed to be dropped off where he had parked, continued to drive and i nearly fell while standing. read more

Things have changed at Wally Park for the worse. Beware. Waited an HOUR for shuttle pick up, never came. I got an uber to drive the .5 miles to the lot to get my car. They have disabled text, phone, email . The interactive map does not work. Literally watched The Parking Spot van come about 6 times in that hour. No red Wally van. DO NOT use. New management. It is better for dropping off rental car & that is what they want- not regular customers anymore. read more

I've been parking at WallyPark for years and I have noticed a decline in service as they get more and more business. Several times I have arrived at my reservation time and stood outside my car waiting to get picked up for over 15 minutes or longer. So if you are running short on time to get to the airport, good luck! I've seen the shuttles usher through aisles and skip the one I'm in and just today a shuttle drove right past me and the driver watched me and kept going. Not stopping to say he's full or dropping off passengers and will come back and ONLY because I called the customer service line twice is why they knew i was there. I stood outside my car for 13 minutes in the rain. After I use my loyalty rewards I will be switching to another park n fly that value their customers business. It's too bad because I used to like and prefer them over the other shuttle service companies. read more

First time using them after using another service for years. Making reservation was fine. Pulling in, I explained to the person working that it was my first time, she said covered or uncovered. I told her, she told me where to drive. I asked about the electric vehicle charging station - she looked at me like I spoke russian. She said I don't know. I went to park, the attendant came by a few minutes later and drove me to the airport. I asked him about the charging, he said I dunno, then at least radioed the question - to the first person I asked at the booth. I don't know. Fine, I'll figure it out. That part was fine, not amazing, but fine. When I returned my flight was four hours late and I arrived @ 2:00am. I follwed the instructions and saw on the app that a few shuttles were parked at the Wallyparking site and one was in the general vicinity of a 7-11. I waited 30 minutes. Then 30 more minutes. No shuttles moved on the map at all. I called the main line several times. It would ring 6 times and disconnect. No way to get in touch with anyone in the app or on the phone (aside from sending a support ticket - which I did, and it has not been responded to). After an hour and fifteen minutes, I called an Uber to take me to the lot. I walked in and told the person at the gate booth what happened (she was on the phone and obviously very annoyed to have to deal with me instead of her call), and said nothing. I walked to my car, went to exit, and saw the "late fees" since I checked out later than planned. 4 hours of that was the airline's fault and almost 1.5 hours of that was Wallypark's fault. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you need reliable transportation/parking to the airport. read more

We didn't love WallyPark. Figuring out where to go and where the shuttle pick up was was very confusing. It added a lot of time to our travel. The drivers were great, but at the end of the day, I think I'd rather risk trying to find parking at the airport. read more

This is actually very close to MCO which makes it a great place to park. The shuttle was efficient and got us to the airport quickly! I had left a bag on the shuttle and collectively they got it back to me. Where it fell apart was when we got home. I had the space number, but not the letter which denoted the lot. The driver while pleasant made it sound like it was the end of the world. Thankfully I actually knew where we had parked so I found our spot pretty fast. WALLY PARK...I would have given you more stars but for two things. 1. Your driver did not explain we needed a letter, and while I did look for SINAGE denoting a lot number I did not see any. 2. The worst part was the numbers and more importantly the letters were barely readable because they need to be repainted!!! read more

20 plus minutes for a shuttle. Just park at the airport. Spend the few extra bucks. Time is money!

Avoid parking at WallyPark if using the Brightline Train at Terminal C. The Brightline train at terminal C advertises WallyPark as being the official partner for off site parking. The website states "WallyPark Orlando is a convenient and affordable way for Brightline Guests to park their cars and arrive at the Orlando train station with ease. Brightline Guests receive 30% off on standard daily rates and enjoy parking for less than $10 a day." The website would not allow me to book at the discounted rate- this should have been my first red flag. Once I arrived the parking attendant confirmed this offer is valid and that he would apply it. He stated I would pay once picking up my car. Once my trip ended I was over charged by around $50. The offer was not applied as promised. The new parking attendant would not assist with correcting the price. Again, I would not suggest WallyPark. They also take much longer for shuttle drop off/pick up. The operation is not nearly as organized as other offsite parking locations in the area. If you are looking for offsite parking at MCO I would suggest Park N Go. I have reached out to management at WallyPark and will update here if they are able to resolve the situation regarding being over charged. read more

Very unhappy with the pickup service. We were dropped off and given a card to text when our flight returned to get our car. We waited 45 minutes at the location instructed for pickup. We arrived at 2:45am while other shuttles arrived and left. We sent multiple texts messages for pickup at 3:00am, then we called multiple times on the phone we found through Google and tried to order pick up service,but still waited 30 min. The driver iarrived and blamed on dispatcher and told us he is nothing to do with this. When we finally get to the car and trying leave parking lot dispatcher at the gate smile to us and said that he didn't get any texts because plane arrived late,usually there's no plane that late at night. So if you have flight delayed ,because of the weather issue, then be ready to walk to Wally park,because it's only 2 miles away and it will take you 30 min to walk there,don't expect shuttle to pick you up. We Will never use there service again, very dissatisfied. read more

Switched from another lot for monthly parking as a flight crew member. Shuttle service from the airport to the lot is terrible. Always wait 30+ minutes. Then, inexplicably, they raised the monthly rate from $82.50 to $116.50. The one bright side was guaranteed covered parking as a monthly account. read more
