    20 plus minutes for a shuttle. Just park at the airport. Spend the few extra bucks. Time is money!

On the first day we waited and waited for our vehicle to arrive and once the time passed we call. They gave us some excuse that their system may have dropped our reservation and when we asked could they send another vehicle we were told NO. This company NEVER tried to assist with alternative suggestions, So we had to scramble to book another form of transportation. During this fiasco we reconfirmed our pickup from the ship for 7 days later. The company said they had our reservation and all is good. Well once we return and gathered at the pickup area, we waited 35 minutes passed the pickup time and NO vehicle. We attempted to call several times and no answer and no return call. Leaving us stranded for a second time. This company is unreliable & unprofessional. Use them at your on Risk.

We booked all of our ground transportation with Orlando Transportation Specialists prior to our arrival. We paid in advance with our credit cards, so it made the travel very easy and stress free. When we arrived in Orlando our driver was waiting for us with our name on an iPad in the baggage claim area. He helped us with our luggage and took us out to the very clean, spacious town car waiting for us outside. We had the same driver on all three legs and he was very friendly, prompt and helpful. He drove us safely to all of our locations and made sure we knew where to go to meet him when we got back from our cruise. He always kept the car at a comfortable tempurature and was even aware of when we were having a conversation and kept the music turned low and when we mentioned loving a song, turned it up for us. He was both professional and fun at the same time. I would not hesitate to use them again, it was a very positive experience all the way around. Way better than the uncertainty of a cab, especially for the longer trips to Port Canaveral.

My five girlfriends and I used this company for ALL of our transportation for two days and nights while visiting Orlando. Every single time, without fail, within twenty minutes of calling, our drivers were waiting patiently for us exactly where we needed them to be. Their rates were completely reasonable; to be honest, probably less than we've paid for smelly, suspicious cab rides in the past! I can't begin to say enough about Sammy and his remarkable staff. I was told a driver would come before returning to the parking lot. After waiting 10 minutes with no pickup, I called again and was told another driver would arrive within 7 minutes. After another 10 minutes passed, I called a third time and was again promised a driver. This time I asked for the person's name and he said it was Victor. In total, we waited approximately 30 minutes and I had to make three calls before being picked up. When I arrived at the exit kiosk, the first employee was rude and dismissive. I then spoke with an employee named Victor and reiterated the shuttle delay and my request for compensation. He denied being the person I had spoken with on the phone, said that someone was lying when they said it was Victor, and stated he could not provide any adjustment. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none would be available until noon. I needed to leave so I paid with the intent of getting it resolved later. To add more annoyance, I realized after I paid that I had more than enough points to get 1 day free but neither employee informed me of this. I emailed Katylyn the manager and requested a refund for 3 days (for the trouble and terrible customer service) and also the ability to use my points for a 4th day. So effectively, I requested a refund for 4 days (out of 13). She replied with a terse apology, that she would talk to her employee, and said "we do not offer refunds for wait times". I guess terrible customer service doesn't count for anything either. She did offer 2 free days for a "future" visit. I will not be using this company again even with 2 free days from her. If you value your time and customer service, I recommend finding a better company. ** Update: Search for "wait" on the yelp reviews and see how several other people are having the same issues we did. Wish I would have done that before using them again. They used to be good but they are too slow and have terrible customer service now.
