One and done for off site parking. The app did not work so could not reserve a spot. Tried multiple times to reserve even created a new account. No helpful information once I arrived to tell me where to park or to tell me that a shuttle would pick me up at my car and to just wait there. I walked around looking for someone to ask. Finally found a place to pick up the shuttle and 20 mins later and THREE shuttles later. I finally got to the airport. First two shuttles dropped off people but said they were not returning to the airport. And by the way not just 14.95 a day but also an extra almost $10 in extra fees per day. Might as well park at the airport. read more

Waited about 45 minutes for a shuttle. In that span of time we observed 10 other shuttles from the various competitors pass. The staff is nice enough but lack of shuttle service is our main factor for never using Walleys service again. Just do yourself a favor and don't use Walleys. read more

I've used WallyPark for years and service has certainly gone down!!! I will not be parking here again. I was at terminal C, arrived at the designated pickup spot, & texted for pickup per the WallyPark instructions. I waited 23 minutes for pick up and by the time the driver made all the additional pickups at brightline, terminals A&B, it was another 25 minutes until we returned to the WallyPark lot. Over 45 minutes is just ridiculous. read more

I really don't know how I feel about WallyPark...let me explain. Most people park off site to save money and I do not feel like I saved any money compared to the new garage parking in terminal C at MCO. O Offsite parking so you have to take a shuttle about 3 miles (5 minute ride) to your terminal and return. I paid for the covered parking after reading negative experiences of peoples cars being damaged at the offsite parking location. In the covered parking you only have one car next to you and a pole on the other side. We didn't have to wait for a shuttle and they shuttle driver was very nice they laid you luggage onto the bus and give you a card with your parking spot number so you remember when you return. We waited about 15 mins. When returning for the shuttle to pick us up from the ground transportation level at MCO. The frustrating part about WallyPark is I feel like their technology is not the best. I booked through the app and it provided a bar code to scan showing prepaid parking when arriving. Well the barcode did not work on the gates entering and leaving so they had to look Up my reservation manually which was a process and held up the people trying to leave behind me. Also you are suppose to request airport pickup upon return but I do not think that feature works as the shuttle makes a constant loop so you just have to wait for them to return. My goal was to save money without parking at the airport and do I not feel I did that. And even if the airport cost a couple dollars more at least you are on property. My suggestion would be to park in Terminal C garage which is a little cheaper than A and B. However, if you sign up for their account you are suppose to earn free days and discounts. Shuttle service used to be good. Drivers are always present and great. But every time when I call for the shuttle it is really long wait. When I text for shuttle pick up it says to call if shuttle does not show up in 15 min. I've already called twice and it's been half an hour waiting and just was told to wait 15 more minutes. In a mean time you see other shuttle bus like fast park parking spot comes and goes. I saw them twice going by already. Drivers are great guys. But management should not have advertised or promise every 15 minutes pick up if they can't do Just an update after 55 min after watching other shuttle pass by so many times. Finally show up. Driver is working so hard and very present but this wait was way too longer than expected. read more

Looking to save others from my experience. First time/last time user of WallyPark. Arrived Sunday afternoon, texted for shuttle, then proceeded to wait 15 mins as multiple (like 2-4 shuttles each) off premise parking shuttles came and went. When WP finally got around, they took an airport employee (cutting line like she owned the joint) before anyone else (you know, like the people paying ALL of their salaries) and only then took two out of the eight people that were waiting because they were full. Ask the driver when the next one comes along, and he mumbled something along the lines of "I don't know". Waited ten more minutes and called an Uber. Nice. Save yourself some trouble and go with FastPark, ParknGo or The Parking Spot, all of which we're picking up passengers at a clip of 3 or 4 to one shuttles compared to these guys. read more

Used to be good, now they are terrible. Watched a shuttle drive by either picking us up because the location in C in their app is wrong. You can't actually see where they pull up from where they tell you, so we missed the shuttle. Automated system has a number to call to speak to someone and you get an out of service message. read more

I use this off-airport parking facility about once per month. The covered parking is always available and shuttle drivers have a sense of urgency to get you to the airport. Decide to use WallyPark because it was about 20 dollars cheaper of were I typical park. I selected them without doing any prior research, day before my flight I started reading reviews and I got worried. Day came I parked and someone picked me up at my parking stall (would be nice if there were instruction so there is no confusion). Got to the airport in no time. My biggest worries was on the return as folk said they waited over 1 hour for pick up. I texted the number, I had my card the provided when they picked me up on arrival and to my luck there was a Wally Truck waiting for me on my arrival to ground transportation. I was in my vehicle before the 15 minutes they say that truck will arrive. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because drivers need to be more hospitable and instruction at the parking pick up should be more clear. read more

An extremely convenient and cost-effective option for storing your car during a vacation, I used WallyPark during a recent weekend trip. I made my reservation online, you provide the estimated length of your stay and pre-pay, then I simply presented my printed confirmation to the cashier at the entrance. From there they led me to an open parking spot from where their shuttle picked us up to take us to the airport. They provide a card that states the number of your parking spot. It was a quick drive to our terminal, probably less than 10 minutes. All in all, an easy enough process. Upon arriving back to MCO I followed the instructions provided on their app to find my way to the appropriate pick up area. I texted the number provided to inform them of my location. I didn't get an answer at first so I called them a few times but no one picked up. Right when they texted back a few minutes later I spotted one of their shuttles picking up a few people so we went ahead and hopped on. The driver took everyone to their individual cars. It took some time to locate some of the cars, despite the cards. For us especially, it seems there was some miscommunication and the letter/number combination written on it didn't lead to our car. But our kind driver helped us find our car soon enough. On exiting we provided our receipt and confirmation to the cashier and went on our way. Despite the slight hiccup to find our car it was a great experience and I would certainly use WallyPark again. read more

The saga continues. When the shuttle picked us the driver dropped us off at the car rental office. I thought this was odd since we parked and paid for advanced parking. I checked with the concierge and they told me I must to check in. While in line I asked the guy in front of me if he parked here and was picking up his vehicle. He indicated no he was picking up a rental. I then realized that the other customers from the shuttle were checking in for rentals. I went out to the parking lot and found my vehicle and exited. The shuttle driver should no assume that all arriving passengers are rental customers and ask. read more

My husband and I have used WallyPark in the past without issue, so we didn't think a thing of it when we made plans for this past trip we just came back from yesterday....If you've got time to read, I've got a book, so get your snacks! So, we made a reservation for a 4 day trip. Upon arrival to the facility, we were presented with our first red flag-- we scanned our QR code at the machine, the gate opened, but then we had no further instruction on where to park (we paid for covered parking). The attendant in the booth made NO attempt to help or advise us. We drove around wondering where we should park, we ended up coming back to the front of the facility where my husband parked, hopped out and went back to the booth where the attendant was. My husband knocked on the booth window, the attendant huffed and reluctantly opened the window. It was as if we were bothering him! He asked the attendant where we should park, because the paperwork we had said that the attendant would give us this information. The attendant recommended that we park in "J". Why couldn't he have told us this upon our arrival? We noticed that people were parking and walking towards the front building in order to be picked up (which is not the correct procedure, you're supposed to be picked up at your car--but it's not like anyone had been giving customers any instructions!). We ended up being picked up right away at our car before we ended up walking towards the front too....The driver quickly gave us a card with our parking spot on it, along with info for how to be picked up at the airport. On a side note: there were also customers walking to the pickup van from their parking spots....obviously everyone was needlessly confused. When we got back from our trip, we texted our terminal to the phone number that was on the card provided by our first driver, and received an auto-reply on where to wait and also that the company was running shuttles less frequently due to COVID.... RED FLAG #2: When the shuttle pulled up, a crowd of people surrounded the vehicle (alla the walking dead zombie style), and jumped in front of us! We didn't stand a chance of getting on because the shuttle was already half full from picking up people in the other terminal! The driver said that the next van was coming in 10 minutes..... Maybe 15 minutes later, here comes the next shuttle, same issue....too few shuttles, too many people. So we wait for the 3rd shuttle, all the while watching shuttles for several other companies send out at least 3 vehicles to make pickups before we ever got to get on ONE! When the 3rd shuttle arrived, my husband fights the crowd to get our luggage on the van, and I fight my way to front to get on....the driver had the audacity to say "is there a party of 20 here??". WHAT? You can only fit 12 people at a time on the vehicle.....party of 20??? My husband told the driver "this is the 3rd shuttle, If we don't get on, we are Uber-ING back". One young lady got separated from her partner, and once we got back to the facility, she jumped off at the first stop and walked through the lot back to her car, she was irate and over it! Red flag #3 and last straw: as we drove through the facility I noticed at least 3 out of commission shuttles. I understand that most businesses are struggling with staffing, so if this is their issue, then they need to address it ASAP. It was around 6pm when our flight landed, and it seemed like a very busy hour of arrivals at the airport, so, WHY is WallyPark still running limited shuttles as if it has limited business???? Their lot was FULL of cars! Slow and poor customer service...I have to take my business elsewhere for the next trip. read more

EDITED TO ADD: I'm adding this edit after seeing the company's response which mentioned my "recollection of events." Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but that came across to me as if I may not be remembering correctly. I wrote this review within 2 hours of returning home. It isn't a recollection of events from days, weeks, or months ago, but rather 2 hours. It's what happened. As for being a leader in the industry....if I had read the reviews on this page before my trip, I would have gone elsewhere because there are many issues. I'm not sure how this is a leader in the industry, at least at the Orlando location. Perhaps it's better elsewhere. This was my first time using an airport parking service like this. I've always parked right at the airport, but wanted to give this a try as a less expensive option for a longer trip. When I pulled in, I was prompted to insert my credit card into the machine. I was having some trouble for some reason, and even though there was someone sitting in the little gatehouse a few feet away, not helping any customers, there was no effort to reach out to help me. I finally got it done, and went in to park. I was confused. There was covered parking and uncovered parking. How would they know which I chose? Was I just supposed to park anywhere? I ended up just parking at one of the first spots I saw. Then I needed to catch the shuttle. There was no signage anywhere that I could see telling me where to do that. I walked all around, and even walked into the building (seemed to be car rentals), tried another door (locked), and had no idea what I was doing or where I was supposed to be. And of course, dragging luggage around this whole time. I finally walked over the curb, through the grass, and towards the guy sitting in the little gatekeeper house (you know, the one that didn't help me out before when I was having difficulty with the card machine). I asked him where to pick up the shuttle, and he pointed out the place for me to wait. When I finally got in the shuttle, there was a sign (see photo) on the wall of the shuttle explaining how I would call for the shuttle upon my return. I took the photo for my own use, so I'd know how to contact them when I got back in town, but I posted it here for a reason I'll describe below. Upon returning from my trip, I was fully prepared to text the number, but when I walked outside, I was thrilled to see the WallyPark shuttle right there loading passengers already! I walked up to the gentleman loading the luggage into the back. He asked me for my ticket. I responded "What ticket?" He then opened his hand, which was full of cash bills and a ticket (presumably from another passenger) which showed where that passenger was parked. I told him I never got a ticket. He said something along the lines of "We have over 2000 cars in that lot. I need your ticket to know where your car is!" I responded again that I didn't have a ticket, and that when I parked, I just put my card into the machine, parked, got onto the shuttle, and that was that. And that he could just drop me where I got onto the shuttle, along the curve where rentals are. He repeated that I needed a ticket. I then opened my camera roll to try to prove to him that I had, indeed, parked at WallyPark. I pulled up the photo I attached here, which was in the original shuttle telling me how to call for the shuttle. He looked at the photo and had no idea what it was. I repeated the whole thing -- I put my credit card in, parked and got on the shuttle and never got a ticket, and at that point I just walked onto the shuttle in frustration. If I was supposed to have a ticket....I don't know where I was supposed to get it. But if I missed it somewhere, it still shouldn't take me arguing with the driver to be able to board. On this shuttle, there was no sign on the wall explaining how to text for the shuttle. I always tip shuttle drivers, but not this one. He did a great job of making me feel unwelcome and feel like I was stupid & doing the wrong thing. Won't be back! There are too many other parking lots to try, or I'll just stick to the airport. read more

Great customer service but TERRIBLE marketing with something like switch and bait. Outside the building is advertised $9/day (NOT $9.99/day). I was gone 2 days, 1.51 hrs. So something around $22-$25 with tax...NO...with all the "other" taxes and fees they don't tell you about, it came to $31.67. On top of that, they don't even get the "hours" right. They charged me FOUR units (4 extra hours instead of 2). Next time I will just park at the airport and spend a few extra dollars and have the convenience of being RIGHT THERE! read more

I have used Wally now three times and the service has declined each time. Getting picked up from your car and driven to the airport has always been pretty good; however the last time took a lot longer. Getting picked up form the airport is horrible and has gotten worse over time. As we are standing there we literally saw the other park and ride shuttles come by 3 times before our shuttle showed up. A 20 minute wait. other people were waiting longer than us. The shuttle had a broken seat and it was very hot on the shuttle. I do not think I will use them again. Worst experience renting a car I have ever had. Reserved a Chevy suburban online. After waiting and calling the company for 30 mins to inquire on when the "Wally park driver" was going to pick us up we decided it would be easier to pay for an Uber (total BS). Once we arrived to get our suburban we where told that they did not have suburbans on the lot. After 45 mins of being told we where going to be up charged for the car and we needed to get a representative from our insurance company to confirm our insurance OVER THE PHONE when we had already provided our insurance information. We finally a vehicle. This place is horrible. They will never get my business again. read more

Officially done with this place. The wait is excessive to and from the airport. I travel for a living and have been in and out of several parking facilities. This is by far the worst. I did the monthly parking program for the past few months and have been disappointed every time. It was slightly cheaper than the other monthly memberships so I tried to stick it out. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They are lazy and not only do they not go out of their way, but they make you go out of yours to park and get picked up. I've called and the phone has just rang and rang with no answer after a few tries. Any questions I have, the manager is never there and has a full voicemail box. They have a few clean, new shuttles but only one of them is ever running. They don't help with your bags unless you force them or park valet. They treat airline crew like scum. It is the same cost to park at the airport and at a few other facilities, such as park bark and fly. I would go to fast park, but they don't have a monthly membership. Save your money and frustration and park ANYWHERE else!! read more

Hot Wife and I used WallyPark while we took a trip to Green Bay for the Marathon and Half. I've used Wally Park in the past and found they are usually pretty quick and efficient. I looked online and saw that you can get a slight discount when booking online, and if you join the frequent parkers club you'll get a free day of parking. Keep the email or print out the receipt when you book online, it'll help you out later. We got in to park really early in the morning before the flight and quickly found a parking space (they have valet and covered parking as well). The shuttle to the airport usually picks you up outside your car, you'll get a card with your parking space and instructions how to return once you arrive back at MCO. The only real issue we had was the first van passed us up, we went over to meet it but were told it was full and saw it proceed to pick up another passenger. Kind of odd. The return was pretty quick as you just need your online booking receipt or email and show it to the attendant as you leave. They verify of course, and then off you go. The transit time to the terminals is about 5-10 minutes depending on the terminal you are in. We lucked out and caught a shuttle right as we left the airport. Nice. read more

Tried using WallyPark twice. 1st time waited 45 mins for a shuttle despite calling 3 times. When shuttle arrived, there were too many people waiting and another was needed. 2nd time shuttle arrived in 15 minutes with only 1 spot available for 25 people! Called dispatch and let them know the numbers waiting and the next shuttle sent held less than 20. It took me 45 minutes again to get to my car. WallyPark also does car rental and in Orlando that means families going to Disney. Each call for service will average out to 3 people and they should know that. Never again. Just pay more. I watched every over vendor have 3 shuttles show up before mine came. read more

We landed 3/27 at 2:40 my group and I wasn't picked up until 4:00 after making numerous calls and was told it'll be 15-20mins ...when the driver finally came he was extremely RUDE !! Exiting the parking lot you're suppose to use the same CC that you use when you first initially entered the parking lot....well unfortunately for me i lost that card ....after being told to go inside for help and then being turn around because the inside is only for rental car ....I go back to the booth and explain to curly hair individually I don't have my card but i know the card number ....he gave me a hard time for no reason...cause he eventually jus entered my card number AFTER 30mins a complete waste of time...I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS OR recommend this business to anyone .....PERIOD!!!! read more

I haven't ever had a bad experience but I've also never had a great experience parking here. I usually have to when I travel for work. Since I knew it, I went ahead and tried to make a reservation to park there for some personal travel but the website wasn't working. The two people who checked us in said that they would honor the discount that was online since the site wasn't working. Well make sure you get that in writing, because when we left, the guy at the front who claimed to be the supervisor said that they absolutely never do that. Won't be parking here again because he was so rude about it! read more

If I could give this business 0 star I would. I had the worst experience ever. This is the first and last time I ever use this company to park my car. When I first got there the guy at the entrance didn't even know how much it was to self park per day. No big deal.. I could easily check online. Second: the signage directing you as a customer on where you can or can't park is not very clear. I just parked wherever I could find a blank parking spot. Third: this was the last straw for me. When I returned from my long trip, the shuttle was there to pick me and other passengers up. I thought that was wonderful because I didn't have to wait too long. I watched as the driver loaded EVERY single person's suitcase. When it got to me, another passenger actually stepped in and helped me carry my luggage. I didn't think it was nice but I didn't think anything of it at first. Fast forward to the drop off.. As we were being driven to our vehicles, I looked as the driver (an older gentleman who was, I must admit, struggling a bit with the suitcases) would get up and help the different passengers who had valet parked if I may add, with their bags (meaning picking them up and dropping them off the the shuttle) and of course collecting a tip. As we got closer to my parking space, I expected the same level of service. He instead decided to pull up to my car and yelled M112; which was where I parked, as I was stepping off the bus I told him I had a large red suitcase, he responded OK and did not move. Instead he waited until I got my carry on and bags off the shuttle, then I had to get back on the bus pick up my heavy ass suitcase as he watch me stumble over my own feet. After being on a plane for hours and being tired from traveling no one deserves to treated the way I was. I mentioned the situation to the manager/supervisor on site. He apologized and said he will have a talk to the driver. Do I think anything will happen, probably not..but as far as using Wally Park in the near future I can say I will NEVER be doing that again. I would suggest using the other off site parking which I have in the past and never had any issues with them. read more
