After my last trip to Lubbock I went to my old location and they also checked my radiator fluids and showed me the results. Said the levels were fine and no action was needed any time soon. The manager / main oil technician was rude and I could hear him over and over again talking down to the other technicians. I never saw anyone go underneath my vehicle to change the oil filter so I'm sure that was missed as well. They are slow as well. I sat there well over 40 minutes and it wasn't even busy. Prices are high as well and they love to push you for the " upcharge " on oil and filters ! They are very disorganized. I had 2 different technicians do the same job checking the same fluids. Overall, I hate that Kwik Karr is no longer in this location and it was changed to Valvoline. I definitely will never go back to this location. I did call corporate about all of the issues as well and was told they would notify the " area manager ". This manager never bothered or took the time to contact me. I had an issue on my car today and I called 8 min before they closed. Rodney told me to come on down and he would look at it to see what he could do. I got there about 5 min later, they immediately brought my car into the bay, figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. I will always take my business to them. The shop was very efficient. As with all speedy oil change places, you have to provide all kinds of info..Name, Address, Phone, etc. Employees were friendly and it didn't take long. We are grateful for that because we have a long drive facing us. My only issue was that they didn't reset the maintenance message on the dash.
