I was back by 345 pm and handed the keys over. I sat down until 430 pm and decided to check on the progress. To my amazement my car was still in the parking lot and no one was in the garage working. I stood at the desk waiting until someone entered the store and the bell notified the counter person. I asked the T1re barn rep how many people were working and was told himself and one other. My issues 1. Don't offer appointment times if you're not able to do business 2. Take the time to let patrons know of delays. Time is money even if your not a corporation 3. This shop has a new customer for life with me. I implore everyone to take all of their car needs to this guy before he becomes too well known! His garage seems like an unoccupied barn and I dropped my car off early in the morning before he opened so I was low key nervous I even had the right place. Plus I had him work on my mercedes which made me nervous cuz most of our local mechanics wouldn't even touch it cuz it's too "complex." I was being quoted $200 for an oil change and that's if the mechanic was even willing to do it in the first place. I am not the biggest car expert but it's wild that so many of the big brand shops in this country won't even consider doing anything to a car that isn't a Ford or Chevy. But this guy got mine tuned up, filled my tires, topped off my coolant all for $73! Plus he had it done lickity split. Well done and I can't say enough what a relief it is to have met him. This guy deserves to have the biggest auto business in the county but I'm selfishly hoping he stays as small as he is now because he simply can't be beat and I want to keep him as my only mechanic.

Which I was super suspicious of (just kidding). So, back story. My wife was driving on 465 when she all the sudden heard a loud POP and the car started pulling heavily to the right. She was reasons shocked. So I googled auto repair near me because I definitely wasn't going back to the place in Indy I'd been before... reference my horrible review of Caliber Collision, and I found this guy. He's three minutes away from where I live and works out of a barn in his back yard so I was like, "whatever... if he does bad work I'll just Yelp him to death" and took my car to get it checked out. I was immediately impressed that the barn in in fact a legit mechanic workshop with hydraulic lifts and everything else you expect from a mechanic. So I was already impressed when he opened the door. Then he puts it through his 99 million point inspection and was like, "idk dude... I don't see anything wrong" to which I responded, "just replace the shocks anyway so my wife feels safe in the car". He already discussed pricing with me so I was good with that but then he comes out and says, "cool I'll have it ready for you tomorrow night". I was expecting like a week or something but he said less than 24 hour turn around. I was very impressed with that. Anyway to conclude this, I've gotten my car back and he did great work on it. Drives better than it did before. I am definitely going to be referring people I know to him in short order.

I was ready and excited to book…read morewith this company again since my first experience went well but this time I felt like I got scammed. After paying a $75 dollar deposit for an inspection my appointment was cancelled twice! Once because they were short staffed (appt 06/13), and the second time due to rain (06/17). I had to text them to remind them of the second appt and then they cancelled on me 2 hours before it was scheduled . I tried to call the shop many times but no one ever answered. I went through the customer portal and asked for my deposit back, to speak to a manger or to be accommodated in anyway and they refused me. I even tried to see if I made a 3rd appointment if they would inspect and service the car in the same day due to me having to wait on them for dayss! They told me no. They told me I will not get my deposit back and it will go towards a new appointment. They told me the deposit can't be refunded because "they reserve a technician's time and scheduling availability", even though no techs have been available to me!! They said both of the appointments they cancelled was for reasons out of their control and that they would escalate this with management and make me a "priority" to schedule me an appointment asap. Then turned around and said they aren't sure when they can service me and that I need to make my own new appointment for THE 3RD TIME!! When no one from the company/ management reached out to me for a follow up, I on their site to see what time has available and it showed no availability till 07/06. I reached out again asking how true this was and if this got escalated to a manager... no response. This is ridiculous. I am disappointed and I feel scammed. I will never work with this company again!

Best part of this place is the mere fact that Mark knew the area well & in fact grew up there too. Sooo glad I accepted his advice too! Not only did Greene's do what they said they were gonna do, they did more IMO w/o the discrepancy in non essential things needing repairs. Big bonus to me. My vehicle had been making a loud funky sound when the wheel turned (front end). My vehicle had new brakes installed last summer around this timeframe. Turned out the brake rotor plate was too extended. This caused the excessive noise I & others heard. So grateful to my buddy Mark who did a solid for me in terms of directing me to Greene's. Greene's rotated my tires, inspected my ride & the total cost was $40. Thank you sooo much Greene's! Hope I don't haveta see you guys for a good while. But if I do, I know it will be met with much kindness & will be a good investment for sure. Oh yes, I almost forgot. I did have a what do I do when I drop off my car do hickey. Ya know, how do I get home & how will I retrieve my vehicle ordeal. I asked Greene's if they would shuttle me home & yes, they said it wouldn't be an issue. It all worked out.
