No wait, quick on the oil change, didn't try to sell me a filters/etc, and answered my questions about the synthetic oil mileage differences. So when our 18 year old got her first used car, she called me to say her oil light was on and the tire was low after just one day of owning it, I gave her the address to Speedees and told her to go by there after work to get it changed. I was a little worried about her not knowing about cars they might try to sell her extras. They told her the oil was fine, just needed sensor to be reset, checked all other fluids, and aired up tires. When they finished she asked how much and they said "no charge". These are the good guys.

The very next day not even 24 hours the same issue happened in my car. These people nickel and dime you for everything. Diagnostics fee even if its their fault and you tell them and know what the issue is. They will find another issue or part and say its not under warranty and charge you some more. 2k dollars later and I STILL have the same problem. Im cutting ties with them and will never go back because if i go back they will find another issue and try to charge more. Its like a scam is going on there. I've never been to a jiffy lube, always went to a dealership, but I was tired of dealerships making me wait two hours for an oil change to get done. I wasn't aware of the pricing and that's my fault. No, instead, I called CB and asked if they could help me fix some alignment issues on my Tesla Model 3 Performance (doom impending!) JAMES (bless this guy, the best) picks up from CB, told me I should take my car to Tesla (honestly), and he explained why & what's going on. With the information James gave me, I was able to safely research my problem and it was not related to the tires I just had put on, but the cameras need to recalibrate. I did that, car no longer wobbles. Thanks James - PS: I told James if this was what fixes the car, I would bring him $50 in cash. It does not take 9-hours to replace an automatic transmission filter... A "faith-based automotive repair franchise" with deceitful behavior is right on par with American religious behavior.
