We took my husband's truck for an alignment and a variety of other services totaling over $1700. Within 500 miles, he had to buy new front end tires (another $600) due to the miscalculation of the alignment. We just bought these tires brand new on March 30th of this year. He also had to pay a different shop to do another, proper alignment, and we've had no issues with the truck since. When he called to tell Turner Tire about it, the woman who answered was very nice and told him to bring the truck in along with the paperwork from the shop that did the second alignment. He did that today and again, she was very nice. However, a man came out to speak with him and basically said too bad. It's the other shop's word against his and he won't do anything about it. So don't go here unless you like wasting money on services and want to buy new tires right after having an alignment. $700 down the drain is an expensive lesson for average people like us.

Apparently someone at…read moreTire Barn thought it would be funny to take the specialty wheel lock lug nuts, but only 2 of the 4 to 150psi impact wrench tight. The rest were on as tight as expected. Just glad that he wasn't dealing with that on the side of the road as he would have never gotten it off by hand. I've had better service in the past, but this would have been dangerous on the side of the road. Had to replace the whole set of lock lug nuts from the damage inflicted on one of them just adding cost that was totally unecessary.

They told me it's not safe to drive with that tire. But came out they pumped the air to over 50 psi( which recommended only 42 psi). It was very dangerous. And i have 2 kid in the car with me. I have been to this location multiple times since moving to Dawsonville, and always had great…read morecustomer service until this most recent visit, which was a disaster from start to finish. I ordered four new tires on Saturday, and was promised by Scott that they would be delivered and my truck ready on Monday. I also informed him that I would drop my truck off Saturday so that they had the ability to work on it at any time on Monday. I spoke with him about needing a rear alignment. When I arrived, he was confused as to why I was there. I then never received a call whatsoever on Monday from the location to inform me about the status of my vehicle, only to find out when I called them that two of the tires would not even arrive until the following day. This completely contradicts what I was told by Scott and promised. They never attempted to reach me to explain the delay, which caused me to have to take another day away from work without a vehicle. Then today, I had to call multiple times and spoke with Donovan, who while nice, literally said "I have no idea what is going on with your vehicle and nobody is responding to me when I ask them why they called you." This is horrible customer service for me to have to call multiple times to get answers. I then inquired about the status of my alignment, and was informed that the sales rep had not added the alignment to the ticket, therefore it had not been performed! Yet another delay. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I inquired about the warranty on my previous tires as they did not last very long and were under the stated warranty. They told me that the warranty was 30,000 miles, then corrected themselves and said 15,000 miles because the tires on the front and back are different sizes, so the warranty is then only 50%, yet when I asked for documentation of this, none was provided. I did not get close to the warranty, which was confirmed by Donovan. I then asked how they were going to fix that, and was finally offered a minimal discount. The customer should not have to do this, nor make the business do what is right by the customer when they have a warranty to honor. Finally, I had been receiving alerts in my vehicle's mobile app for two hours that the staff of the location never locked my car and left it unsecured sitting in the parking lot with my personal items in it. I am not sure what has happened at this location since I was there a year ago, but very disappointed in the complete lack of basic customer service and follow-up. I literally declined buying $3K in tires with my vehicle's dealership to give this location the business based on my previous excellent customer service, and that was clearly a bad decision. I cannot recommend this location after this absolutely horrible experience.

Owner replied they do not replace them…read more However, he recommended to use an engine cleaner that would clean the oxygen sensor that would turn off the check engine light. Never have I had a service garage offer alternatives to a requested repair. Texted me a few times about the cleaner and how it worked for him on his personal vehicles.
