I called in advance, they pulled the part and it was waiting for me when I got there. First off the store was HOT and the so-called 'customer service' SLOW. Also, their card machine wasn't working - so more waiting around just to purchase the item. I never checked the box since I'm not a mechanic...I just paid and finally left. However, the part didn't fit my vehicle when the mechanic tried to install it the next day. My mechanic lives way on the other side of town - and instead of driving way back over to the Farrow store, we I bought another part from the Two Notch store. When I tried to return the part at the Farrow store (I'd left my receipt home otherwise, I would have returned the part at the Two Notch store), they refused saying it was an OLD part - and my 'story' sounded 'funny'. Bare in mind, I had the store on Two Notch and my mechanic call the Farrow store to verify I had purchased a new part and the returned 'core' was old and had been taken out of my car. But by then the Farrow store employees were beyond convinced that wasn't the part they sold me and that I was trying to pull something! I even called their corporate number and corporate called the Farrow store, too...to no avail. They absolutely refuse to refund my money for the part. I've never used this auto parts store before...I always used O'Reilly. I don't know what demon possessed me to try that store because now I am out 141.00 with a part they SOLD me and refuse to take back. Well fool me once...they won't have to worry about me EVER purchasing anything from them ever, ever, ever again. Terrible, horrible store with poor customer service...my story is FUNNY...their parts are funny. What do they THINK I did with the other part? And, I'm just riding around from store to store for my health? They set me up good...don't go there. Danger!!!!

Ok if that is what it cast these days ok... but it took one day to fix and when got it back the check engine light came on the next day and then started overheating. Took back for them to look at it and they said still has same issue and now they say the head gasket is bad and leaking coolant into engine... Was not over heating before they looked at it but was doing a misfire on cylinder 4... So they charged 1500 for a tune-up/oil change and now they want to put in new engine

Great customer service…read more Went here for a slow leak on a tire I bought at the Garners Ferry location about 6 months ago. They said about an hour and they would be done. After about 40 minutes the service technician told me they couldn't find any leak to repair after they put the tire in the bath to locate the leak, at 80lbs pressure. I told him that maybe pumping it up that high and checking the valve stem will fix it. Much better experience here than at the Garners Ferry location a few weeks ago! This is now my Discount Tire location of choice.

Mine are still good but they suggested rotating them because the back tires wear down quicker than the front. They are honest and reliable and prices are always good. Love them.
