Since I had replaced the brakes just last year, I decided to get a second opinion before spending that kind of money. I then took my truck to another shop for an alignment and a brake inspection. They found that my brake pads are still at approximately 50% on all four wheels and do not need to be replaced. This experience has completely damaged my trust in the service department. Being told I needed over $1,000 in unnecessary repairs is unacceptable. I strongly encourage anyone who is quoted expensive repairs to get a second opinion before authorizing the work.
