They gave me a 36,000-mile or 3-year warranty--which I hit right on time since I drive about 20,000 miles a year for work. My AC went out in October 2024, just a few months after the warranty expired in June. When I brought it back in, they told me the warranty was up and quoted me $1,500 to fix the same system they had already replaced just three years earlier. The guys up front were nice, but honestly, it felt fake. I left feeling like they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. When I took my car somewhere else, that mechanic suggested I call Christian Brothers back to see if any of the parts were under warranty, since many AC parts typically come with a lifetime guarantee. But Christian Brothers told me none of the parts were covered because they buy from a wholesaler that doesn't offer those kinds of warranties. The bottom line: they charge premium prices, the work doesn't last, and they don't stand behind what they sell. I won't be going back.

I got a call about an hour after the truck had arrived to tell me everything the truck needed: the must-dos and the should-dos. There was no hard sell on any of the items and I was given a great explanation of why each was needed and whether the work was needed asap or could wait. I agreed to most of the work and got my truck back within 24 hours. I'll be taking my truck back for the remaining maintenance work later this year.

The prices are more expensive than other tire places. The price to replace a sensor is $49 higher here than at discount tire. today they get a very negative review because of their customer service. We dropped the car off at noon. They said it would be two hours. I called at 3 o'clock. They hadn't even started on the car. They said they would bring it into the garage next. Keep in mind we already told them that all we needed was a sensor change on the tire. Nothing was wrong with the tire. That is a very easy and quick fix. We got there an hour later and they hadn't started on the car yet. The man at the front desk said " I told you it would be closer to five." oh hell no he didn't! He said the car was going to be next. We took our keys back and left. We'll just take it to Tate Brothers or discount tire. These are the places we usually go anyways.
