Posting cars that have been inspected then when you show up dead battery and flat tires.Waste of my time.

Most horrible dealer of all. I bought a vehicle there and within a few weeks it started running roughly. I took it to the shop that I always use as it is under warranty. JT decided to go pick it up and do the repair at their shop. I was supposed to be responsible for $25 hour labor. They had my vehicle from January 6, 26 till today. Charged me quite a bit more, refused to release it to me. Charged me for things that they didn't even submit to the warranty company. I picked it up today - fuel tank was on E, $20 missing from console. I'm moving out of state and didn't have a choice. WORST car buying experience of my life. Whilst the staff here was very kind, when I test drove this car I noticed the tire pressure light was on. My mom and I asked about it and they assured us that It was the sensor and that they had checked over the tires. I have had to fill the air up in two tires a few times in the last two days. This morning I found a nail in one tire, and a screw in the other, after I pulled over from driving down the road. After calling JT and telling them this, they blew me off and told me to take it to a tire place. I fixed both tires with my parents, and the tire pressure sensor went off. I am very unsettled and upset with the mi-information as it could have caused myself or others harm. read more

When I went back to pick up my car that I was so excited about Toyota Highlander Hybrid decent price couldn't leave the lot for the dead battery I was not aware of that was a high sign that I was being misled on the status or condition of the Hybrid battery which is an extremely expensive replacement I am making now cannot recommend them they did replace the battery so I could leave the lot with a brand new one that was nice got me home unfortunately cannot recommend these people read more

Beware of very expensive dealer fees and a warranty bundle. I told them I didn't want the bundle it still was included in the contract. They tacked on 3K onto the loan. read more

I'm posting in hopes others will see this and take it into consideration when choosing this place of business. I'd like to preface I'm not angry with JT Wholesale, I am just telling my story. I personally will do everything I can to make sure no one I know uses this place. I purchased a Chevy Equinox from them in May of 2023. I was under a time crunch due to an accident so I didn't get to shop around as much as I would've liked. We saw the good reviews for JT Wholesale and they had several vehicles in our range so we decided to try it out. We mainly worked with Jan and her son Jeremy. We found a few options and asked to test drive them. While they spoke to us they would talk down a little which was annoying. Jan kept calling my wife sweetheart but not in a caring way, more condescending. They were very restricting on test driving, only allowing a short distance and only if you were ready to buy that vehicle. There were several we wanted to try but after they made such a fuss we just test drove one, further limiting our options. During the test drive the check engine light came on. Even though you have to pay for them to "clean and check the vehicle" they seemed to not have any knowledge of this check engine light. Jeremy read the code and said it was an emission issue and they don't touch those. I looked it up online and about $100 repair which after I purchased the vehicle I had repaired and it had another check engine code which is $1000 repair. Also many of the vehicles were dirty on the inside so their "cleaning fee" is garbage, they weren't cleaned at all. We decided to buy the vehicle and put money down to hold it since we were paying cash and needed to move some stuff around. We came back 4 days later and paid cash but they weren't able to negotiate the price hardly at all. They gave us a standard discount for paying cash that Jeremy later tried to play it up and say it's not standard and they don't give it to everyone. We also bought the warranty which of course doesn't cover the $1000 repair. Also they had moved the vehicle up front to advertise it even though I put money down to hold it and it was very dirty on the inside drivers side that wasn't there days ago. I thought Jan seemed angry all the time but the way Jeremy would speak to her I could understand where she was coming from more, I would never be allowed to speak to my mother the way he did or using the same tone. He was extremely disrespectful. We got the vehicle and they don't put any gas in it so you have to immediately hit a gas station. I took it to a mechanic and all 4 tires had dry rot and were from 2014, lucky I made it home without a blow out. The temporary tag they gave me listed a Chevy Traverse not an Equinox. They also forced me to sign a form saying that the emissions were good and in working order even though they knew and I knew the check engine light was on due to the emissions. They claimed they had 30 days to mail me the title and then I had 30 days to get a tag which is technically true but you need to provide a second temporary tag if you are going to do that. I didn't get the title until just about day 30 after buying it. When I went to get the tag JT Wholesale had messed up the title in 3 places so I had to drive all the way back out there (45 minutes one way) to have them correct it. On my second trip in to the tag agency I got pulled over by the police because my temporary tag was past 30 days. THAT IS SUPER EMBARRASING!!! I'm a little mad about that. Jennifer fixed the title when I went back in, not sure if she messed it up in the first place. All in all this was the worst vehicle buying experience I've had. I figured a dealership would be better than buying from someone on the street but I was wrong. read more

Customer service after buying a car is terrible, we came to an agreement for payments of what I owed left, which was a few hundred bucks but they double charge me over my birthday weekend. Talk to somebody Friday and they said it should be fixed before the end of the day Friday but here it is Monday and they still haven't refunded me what they owe me. Also can't get a hold of anyone.. really disappointed in the customer service and would not recommend them have your card on file for auto draft!!! read more

Sold vehicle with bad catalytic converter and before you hide behind as is that is crap when you reset the light knowing that it will take a little bit to come back on. I know that will be your excuse that we offer a third party warranty. We do checks on our vehicles. Your test drive is crap that's why you don't want people driving very far in your vehicles. Just know I will spread the word about your dealings and yes the process is fast and easy. That's the point to get em out the door. Will never do business with you all again. Check engine light came on the same night and yes I do have proof where the code was read and if need be will be happy to post time and date it was read. read more

As someone who is willing to put in a little extra time and do things myself JT auto has been so perfect! We purchased a 2010 Acadia that was priced 2 grand under most of the ones I was looking at in Tulsa. The car had a crack in the windshield and some minor fix-its. Since I bought an older car I also purchased the warranty almost any big expense will be covered with a minor payout. Jeremy, the owner, was kind and efficient. Jan, the admin was also very helpful. My favorite part is that when we ran into an issue, Loren said they would take care of it and has. Tips for customers: Be aware that these cars have not gone through a long presale checklist. Many quirks will appear that's why they're so cheap and many the dealer doesn't even know about. Be prepared to pay with cash. There is a 4% charge for debit. I bought my car $2k under value so I am taking it in immediately to have a thorough check by a bigger mechanic and have all the fluids filled. I expect there to be motor issues down the road but feel good that my warranty will cover it! JT is a great, family owned wholesale auto dealer. cheap & kind. So Thankful! read more

Without too much detail they sold me a $1000 dollar car dressed up as a $5000 dollar car. There was literally a yard sign zip tied under the oil pan to hide oil leaks. Duct tape used to seal things. It has taken me almost $4000 extra dollars just to get this car to a point where I'm comfortable selling it. If you're keeping track that's nine thousand dollars on a car that best case scenario I can sell for $3000. I understand used cars are risky but this car went through three mechanics and all found some other shortcut or damage that was hidden. I have waited a long time to post this but after the most recent issue I just don't want this to happen to other people. I'll never go here again and I recommend you don't either. read more

I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape back in March, shortly after buying it I put a review saying it was perfect upon use...a week later I found out I needed a new rack and pinon, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System did not work, the passenger side side-mirror did not work, there is a short in my dash, NONE of the cigarette lighters work nor the Aux/USB.
