This used to be a place where you could get all of your tire needs served. Nowadays the workers do…read morenot care anymore. A few days ago I drove over a sharp bolt and pulled in 30 minutes before advertised closing to see them closing the shop for the day with a lot of angry customers. The shop says they closed at 8PM On Tuesdays yet they closed this Tuesday at 7:30. I was already half way deflated and had to change my tire down the road from the shop. The people here used to be all about helping customers no matter what. If I needed a patch at 7:55 they'd still do it. Nowadays they don't even want to rotate your tires and rebalance them, the tire balancer is "broken". These new employees are very lazy and want to go home at 8. If the shop closes at 8, you close at 8, even if you don't go home until 9, thats your job. I've had a job like this and above all you respect the customer because they pay your bills. If you are looking for a local tire shop other than this terrible one, Don Vale is on the other side of the highway. Or if you don't mind driving far, Hamms Tires off of Carroll Ave and I-30 in East Dallas is open 24 hours and have way better service and prices and have new tires in stock always, no need to order them. This place has really fallen off and will make sure to let people know to not go here anymore.

After taxes, optional hazard protection and fees a we paid $350. Not bad! * Service: We arrived just before 8am on a Saturday to purchase 2 tires. We were informed the vehicle would be ready around 2pm. Around 3:30 we called and were told the vehicle wasn't even in the bay yet but it should be ready shortly and they would call. About 5:30 we called again and the vehicle hadn't started service yet. We hadn't heard from them by 7pm (closing time) so we just figured we'd get the vehicle the next day. Around 8:15pm we received a call from a very nice gentleman " J" asking "are you coming to get your vehicle today?" We responded "we were waiting on a call stating the vehicle was ready."
