Jay was one of them and I mentioned to him that he has been in the store awhile and he made a few funny comments. I remember Jay on a few of my visits over the last few years and he consistently provides positive customer service and knowledge of auto parts. I felt it important after several visits to give kudos to this store. BTW- if you are in need of custom paint for your car, they can assist. They don't mix the paint at this store but they can help find an exact match and then order it from another store and have it delivered to the Elk River location. I have done this a few times with great success.

After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me "what's wrong, you just left". I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars. He also took care of the problem himself. Apparently, I ran over a large metal object that made the noise and a large puncture in my tire. He did it quick and NO Charge with a smile. Awesome customer service. As I told him, we will be back with all of our vehicles. Thanks Ross.

I was…read moreon my way to bring my daughter to school when my low oil pressure light came on (I know I know I should check my oil but I just didn't...life ‍ Lesson learned!) anyway I pulled into Quick Lane Tire and Auto center at 6:48am (they open at 7) where Ivan greeted me and quickly checked my oil and added a quart without hesitation and told me get my kids to school and to come back after (which I did!) for an oil change. When I got there he noticed I had completely worn tires and needed those too! He was able to get my tires on that morning and at a great price! I am SO thankful for people like Ivan n this crazy world he was SO wonderful to work with in the midst of my panic! It's people like him that make this world go round! Front desk did a great job keeping me informed on the repair and I appreciate the straight forward fix on my truck. Took an extra day to get the vehicle back which wasn't ideal, but I know parts can take a little bit to arrive so no big deal. They did a great job and I'm glad I don't have to worry about my truck overheating or having problems. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.
