She was patient while I checked my records to confirm whether it had already been completed elsewhere since I've recently had several services done at another shop. Once I gave the approval, I went to lunch and returned about 30-45 minutes later to find everything completed and taken care of. After checkout, another concern was brought to my attention and the representative assigned Orion to go over it with me. Orion was extremely pleasant, informative, and genuinely caring. He took his time, thoroughly explained everything, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The level of customer service from both Yolanda and Orion was truly impressive and greatly appreciated!

Then proceeded to slam on the brakes and do a U-Turn across the lanes. Then drove it like they stole it back to the shop. I wouldn't be to upset but it was raining hard out and I'd rather them not crash my sports car. When I told them I had a dash cam and informed them what happened they got quite and said it's not the technicians first time doing that.
